This place is pretty sweet. If you can get there tomorrow, May 31st, for the last day of their grand opening event then do it. Let me tell you what I walked away with:

How much did I spend, you ask? $110.
I won the pipe prize from the grab bag and got to pick from any pipe in the case. I got the jar, the hash, kief, joint and jar because I spent $100. I got the brownie for being a first timer. The prices are pretty decent (I still like to see caps at $60 for 1/8s though), the people were really nice (a little wobbly on the menu knowledge but very helpful and nice), the location is convenient AND next door to a pub (holla!), and it took about 30 seconds for them to verify me - I handed them the short paperwork back and I was sent to the back immediately. All in all, this was more than a pleasant visit - it was pretty fucking awesome actually. My husband was very impressed with what I returned with too!

Their spot is easy to find, and parking is not bad. They have some solid selection to choose from and they are good people it seems. What I got was very potent, nearly as potent of anything I have tried. They look and smoke like heaven, but seriously it is all about potency, and these guys have it.Iconoclast -
Bobby Meds at 1LBC
Boy this is right in the middle of it. Gallahgers or however the hell its spelled is right next door. I prefer a little more discretion when im handleing my meds but then again there is barely any parking so I just parked in the neighborhoods and hiked it! Quick verification and i was through the door. I also think its funny how they have pictures of human insides hanging up. I get it its a medical club. But then next on the other wall they have some AWESOME artwork displayed. So i liked the vibe so far. Cool Tv menu like the one in venice if youve been there. I like the fact they dont have any 25 dollar gram 75 dollar eighth stuff. Everything seems fairly priced. Staff seems to know their stuff however they really dont seem to listen to you Hahaha I would ask for a certain flower and it was as if he would forget and then show me something else! Although what he showed me i did take it was not what i asked. Decent buds for good price. I would say my number 3 in lbc

1 Love COULD be better
The location is great... at least for those living near Redondo/Broadway area of LB. I suppose the parking situation could be difficult if you're not familiar with the area. The club is not hiding in any way as its located in a high foot traffic area, right out in the open with a large clear glass front letting all the world know if you're going to this place. This place definitely lacks discretion. The bud quality was just OK for me. I peep'd nearly every strain but nothing really caught my eye or had a killer smell... I enjoyed what I brought home but I think the weed certainly could be better. The staff is friendly enough and the pricing is OK. Worth checking out but I think 1Love needs some improvements.

Very impressed!!!
I love this place! The bud tenders know what they're doing and they are a big help when i am searching for a specific high. Location is good,i dont live in long beach so the drive down broadway can be a bit long. i usually find parking on Temple pretty quickly, the furthest i have had to walk is one block so i dont know what these other people are talking about. The prices are good, i enjoyed the concentrate and their sativas are just what i needed.
All in all my experience here was great, everyone behind the counter is cool and welcoming. I recommend you definitely stop by and check out the goods.Academyof420 -
Best Medicine and Best Service
I was extremely pleased with their selection of high quality and variety of medicine to chosen from. Their quality exceeds their prices, with caps at 60. The staff is very friendly and personable--one of the key factors that will defiantly bring me back. I received a free gram since it was the 20th of the month as well! This place is very easy to find and parking is not too difficult. I highly recommend checking out this club!

Good deals on the 4th & 20th monthly
I returned to 1 Love for my second visit on the 20th for their twice monthly patient appreciation day. They had a cool DJ spinning in the waiting room and an artist on site painting artwork which was also pretty sweet. The front door was kept wide open and with the DJ and artist (and possibly a little of their entourage?) hanging out, this isn't the spot for people who want a ton of discretion but it's great for people looking for some freebies and good atmosphere. The vibe was very chill and fun because there was more going on than just picking up meds.
I've been a regular at AAC since around the time 1 Love had their grand opening event, because AAC had super low prices for good meds. Unfortunately AAC has grown to have fewer low priced strains and more $55 - $60 eighths just like everyone else (majority of strains at $55). That leveled the playing field for 1 Love because they cap at $60/eighth too, so no reason to not add them to the rotation now, especially on patient appreciation day. I got kief, hash and a fruity pebbles edible which made my purchase even more worth my while. I picked up some Pineapple Express and MK Ultra and they're both quality buds.
They also seem to be keeping their online menu current, which is a huge plus. I'm glad I came back to 1 Love. Enjoy!her HIGHness -
One Love Medical Evolution is stepping up!
This is the first review I have given all 5 stars to. I'll tell you why. The place looks good. You can tell the place is artistically centered and not an opium den like too many dingy sling clinic in LA. The staff is friendly and if you look at the website, pay attention to the strains going through and the constant variety of cuttings, you'll see they are true heads and not trying to flip you nugs. I was about to purchase medicine that was extremely good looking, but I wanted a more couch lock experience and they shifted me to another strain that was not as pretty, but was a better fit. Got both of them to test, and sure enough they were on.
ALL the medicine is great quality and the cap isn't too bad. It's in a great neighborhood with lots of hangout spots nearby.

Lovin one love
This place is really cool, there's a little art gallery in the waiting room. If you are looking for a cool vibe that isn't remotely sketchy, this is the place for you. If you are looking for some more discretion, maybe try across the street. I would definitely check this place out on the 4th or 20th of the month for patient appreciation. Spend anything and you get an edible I think and if you spend $100 you can a whole party pack sampler with keif and hash and something stuff. I had some silver bomb which was excellent for being their mids and a g of lambsbread because that seemed to be the strain they were pushing being "marley's weed" and all. I wasn't too impressed with it though. What I was impressed with was the edibles. I got a lollipop that I had to eat in 2 different shifts cause I was getting too high. And I'm not usually a fan of edibles but this was intense. My patient friends had one of their mini cupcakes and I had half the sucker and we were totally medicated for the whole day. Can't wait to go back and try the juices I hear so much about.

Tight Budage, Awsome Edibles
Being a local to the area I stumbled upon this place when going to meet up with a few friends at the bar next door. I have been to several shops in the area and one love is by far the best. The budtenders were very cool and knew alot about their product and the registration process didn't take long at all so I was loading up on some incredible strains and edibles in no time. Also i tend to be partial to edibles and this shop has the best selection i've seen in a while. I gave one love the highest score because at this point I can't find anything that I dont like about them. This is my new go to!

Great Place!!
This is the place in LB. I've been to a few but this one is worth the trip. So many positives...like 60 dollar caps...great bud selection...many potent edibles....killer bud....and the best....you see what you get!! They pick the buds from the jar instead of going to a window or another cabinet then handing it to you. This way I know what I'm getting.
Place is clean and well operated...they are getting more stuff all the time. Also after your first visit..no need for the paperwork...just your id. Cool place all around.

This club is on my top 5 list! I was amazed with the atmosphere when I walked in, it was spacious, clean , bright. They had Pineapple Express which i was pretty happy about :) I have never see such amazing quality of Pineapple Express and for $55 1/8th... I so had to get it.
When I found the club, i was lucky to find some parking. The parking situation looks kinda hectic, im kinda bummed out about that. I bought the "famous" Juice everyone was talking about and I'm glad i did,The 2 for 15 deal is not too shabby and it taste great!

I love 1 love
This is my favorite place in LB. Great atmosphere, excellent staff, high quality meds and huge selection of edibles. Also - very big selection of concentrates. My favorite thing about this place is the patient appreciation day on the 4th and 20th of the month - with $100 purchase - you get a cool little goody bag with hash, keif, and a few other things, plus a chance to win a raffle for some other cool prizes including a giant glass bong. They also have 4 gram Fridays.
The bud tenders are friendly and very knowledgeable. The always have great recommendations based on my preferences and my budget.
I highly recommend this place.
Oh and they have a great website too - I usually take a look to see what's new before heading in.sashakitty -
It's Aiiiight
Got some g-13 and juicy fruit for 50 an eighth, which was coo and smoked good for 50. Got a g of skywalker and wasnt blown away.... I went in on the 20th and was expecting all sorts of free shit but just got some keif and a small edible. Raffle was a good idea but hemp bags r lame... Also not very conspicuous.. Not my first choice but wouldnt mind going back.

First Time Customer
This was my first visit to a dispensary. I have been self-medicating for many years. Bud Quality was excellent I didn't want to give it a five being my first visit to a dispensary and all. The OG Kush was stellar, Brainfreeze just as it states on the label. Best Kush I've had ever. SuperJack was just as good with an uplifting medium to high intensity buzz, very sticky and it does not make you sleepy like the Kush. The Juicy Fruit was similiar to the SuperJack but only medium intensity, the buds were a little fluffier than the other two. On a scale of 10 I'd give the OG Kush a 9, SuperJack 9, Juicy Fruit 7. They had plenty of herbs to choose from all in glass jars. They also had edibles cookies, brownies, and even juice. The juice gave me a light buzz, not for me. I'll stick to the herbs and the hash. They also have some hash, kief, and oils. The staff was friendly and hooked me up with a sour diesel joint and a peanut butter cookie that gave me a light buzz. It's worth checking out, theres a spot called Gallaghers next door where you can sit down and have some drinks. Trendy area of Long Beach two blocks from the beach, where you can enjoy your meds. I will definitely be returning for the OG Kush and the SuperJack. Best day to go 4g eigth fridays.

This place is prob the sweetest for profit place in Long Beach.
The bud quality and selection was a 5. totally awesome looking flowers. awesome blossoms
i got a sucker, it was..lets say i wouldn't recommend it. but then again Ive found that i just don't like edibles in general.
the atmosphere was pretty sweet, i really enjoyed it. they have art in the waiting room which was cool, and then their board isn't a board, its a giant TV! sweet. they also have a sweet see through fridge for the edibles.
the staff was a five, very helpful. they were just really busy
I didnt really know Lb very well, so it took a little while to find it, but it worked out.
price was a 4 cause it was average, they could be better but im not complaining.

Great place. Even better bud! I drive from the high desert to go here because of their excellent selection. And there is pretty well rounded pricing. Only thing I would like to see is some more love on the 1/2 and 1 oz. prices for top shelf, but with strains like Halloween and the best Mr. Nice around I can't complain.

1 Love is a pretty tight spot and it's fairly easy to get to if you know LB a little bit. It's clean and the waiting area is comfortable. I had no probs parking and I like the area.
The bud was really nice and I didn't see any grams over $20. I picked-up some of the Blue Dream they had. Really nice looking and had a great taste. I looked thru a lot of the bud and they didn't seem to mind at all. They also gave great recommendations.
I got an edible from them as a first-timer gift. It worked well and I had glazed eyes for the rest of the afternoon into evening ( i ate it around noon the day after my visit). I loved the washes of good feelings that went down my body! For edibles.... I go a lot on looks and presentation. I see something that looks delicious..... I get it. The only prob at 1 Love is that the fridge with the edibles was way back behind the counter and I couldn't really see them. Still.... no big deal.

Top Quality Club!
Anyone looking for dank buds for reasonable prices NEEDS to check out 1 Love! I've been a patient here since they opened and they keep me coming back for a number of reasons, but quality, price and the budtenders are the main reasons to go to 1 Love. Here's the low down...
Bud Quality: Top quality especially if you stick to the $55 and $60 1/8 strains. Everything is grown well and handled nicely so it gets to you in good condition. They have some killer strong strains! They've also got tons of great edibles and CONCENTRATES! Their Nepalese Eclipse hash is a knock out concentrate and their hash oil makes you feel so relaxed with an amazing body high. I wish I felt that way 24/7! Plus the online menu is a must-have and so convenient.
Atmosphere: VERY clean place. It's a completely pleasant environment. You'll feel comfortable and it's a place you want to go back to.
Staff: THE BEST. Every single budtender is helpful, knowledgeable and just good people! 1 Love has some of my favorite budtenders. They can't be beat! They have good taste in strains and the knowledge to go along with it. I don't trust budtenders' recommendations right off the bat but I trust these guys because their recommendations have put some great buds in my bowl. I got a much needed lesson in how to use hash oil (thanks! worked like a charm) and they also answered my questions and gave me some tips on growing when I bought a clone from them, which BTW is doing great! They also know how to hook it up which I APPRECIATE!!! :) :) :)
Convenience: I've never had to wait long (less than a minute usually) to get in the back. But if there was a wait it'd be worth it. Parking is easy if you just park on one of the side streets, like Temple.
Price: Totally fair. I don't normally like to pay more than $55 for an 1/8 but it's totally worth it to pay $60 for their top level strains, and the cap is at $60. I'm a big stickler on price and 1 Love is one of only 3 clubs that I go to regularly because the price is right, the service is THE BEST and the quality is excellent. Also, check out patient appreciation day on the 4th and 20th to get even more for your money in freebies and raffles. I've won the raffle twice already and have 2 beautiful pipes to prove it.

I actually walked past 1love with friends to hit up the local pub up the street one night and decided to go in while we were getting drinks. Getting verified was super fast and easy, and the vibe in the waiting room with all the paintings made it pleasant herbs was nice edibles are bomb and nice cuts. thanks for the 1love nug jar

Second Review. I Love this place!
I have now visited a total of 4 dispensaries in the LBC. Most proffesionally run place in Long Beach. The meds are premium and priced right, the edibles and juices taste real good. They have hash, kief, oils, cannabutter. You name they have it. You get 4 gram 1/8ths on Tuesdays and Fridays. The guys there are real knowledgeable and mellow, and they're Bill Maher fans. This place should serve as an example to all other dispensaries that just don't get it. Keep up the good work fellas, I love that Super Jack, Super Silver Haze, and that Brainfreeze OG. Save some Kali Mist for me, I've read good things about it.

4 gram Tuesday
Stopped by the Love guys again this Tuesday. Nice clean place with $60 cap on all 1/8ths and 4 gram 1/8th on Tuesday and Fridays. Very friendly staff and a lot of variety. i split my 1/8 between the Afgoo Krush and the Halloween. The bud tenders did not try to push anything, and left it up to me so I had to try the Halloween. Was a little disappointed in the effects though. Thats the way it goes sometimes. But the Afgoo Krush was very good. A lot of other strains that are on their web site look awfully good as well. The guys gave me a free joint as well. Thanks guys!! A great deal on Tuesdays and Fridays, check it out.

Bomb place, need to check this out.
1 Love is one of the best clubs I've ever been to. Of the few I've seen, they have definately been the most helpful and laid back. The bud quality is great. I've gotten five strains so far, the kali mist, trainwreck, blue dream, skunk, and halloween. Would definately recommend every one of them, blue dream wasn't as good as I expected, but that happens. The staff is awesome, I've gotten Jay (i think) a few times and he has always been helpful and friendly. They always make sure to hook it up, and I would definately check out their specials because 4G Tues/Fri is insane.
The price is for sure worth the $60 cap (and they also allow you to split 8ths), and is overall great. I also got a sick pipe. The only crappy part is I live in North OC and have to drive 30 mins or so to get here. Definately worth the drive though.fockdawg -

I've been to a few clubs in Long Beach but this one is worth the trip. I went on Sept 20th for their customer appreciation day... and it was well worth it.I have never won anything from the raffle they held but today that changed... I won the 3ft bong with a 5 tree perk built-in, a very nice piece that hits wonderfully. (Picture posted in my photos -One Love Bong) Gift bag contained rolling papers, lighter (love the logo on it!), cookie (good high), Trinity Gold joint and some Purple Kush Kief. Plus a One Love hemp bag... a great little bag.

Patient Appreciation Day
Thank you for everything. I feel very appreciated. I got a nice glass nug jar, hash, an edible, a joint, and a nice hemp bag. You guys are the best brick and mortar in socal. This is definitely a place worth driving to, especially on patient appreciation day. The buds are always straight fire, and you get 4g 8ths capped at $60. There lower priced buds are better than other places top shelf buds.

GOT MY RECOMMENDATION AND WENT STRAIGHT TO ONE LOV
I got my recommendation on Friday and came straight to this spot right after. I've heard some positive things about this place so I thought I would try it out for my first time. I got registered with them no problem and was in there picking my meds in no time. They kicked me down with a house joint for being a first timer. Once I got in there they seemed to get really busy, and once that happened the bartenders attentiveness was directed more towards the people coming in from the street. Anyways, I tried the following strains:
Purple Kush - Not very "purple". Covered in crystals, not too fragrant, small popcorn nugs, deep high, seemed like a shitty gram bag.
Brainfreeze OG - My favorite of the bunch, it wasnt very dense and sticky, but very aromatic and very sedating high, this shit knocked me out! Didnt expect so much judging by its looks but was very surprised.
Shark Shock - Different from most strains Ive seen lately. A welcomed change! Dense, crystallized as hell, aromatic, very piney woodsy scent and taste, awesome high, sedating like the brainfreeze.
Overall my experience was good one, will come back again for sure.
Snow Cap - Sativa - Noticed the difference in high from the others, had a very spicy scent and taste to it. The high was not as sedating as the others but just as good. Very dense, crystalized nugs. Liked it a lot.Dr. Gonzo -
Top Notch
My Favorite stop in Long Beach, super friendly staff with a easy going atmosphere in the shop. Everything you've read is true. My only gripes... even a 60 cap is becoming high with the explosion of dispensaries in LA county, and there's not to many strains less than 60 and the ones that are kind of suck sorry. Also the last few weeks there hasn't been many new sativa strains, but I'm sure they'll restock some new stuff.

keeping a fat boy away from cake is nearly as difficult as keeping a smoker away from good buds. 1 love made me one happy fat smoker. strawberry cake was great and did the job. 4 mixed grams for the price of an 1/8is great. Atmoshere was mellow and not rushed at all, staff was cool. Street parking was abundant and in a cool neighborhood. I'll go back.

Didn't feel the love...
Read such great reviews on this place, but was pretty disappointed when I finally went. The prices aren't awful, but the meds were just barely so-so. The 4 gram mix and match is cool and all, but out of the 4 strains I got, I didn't love any of them. I felt like I was on display walking in there, and the staff wasn't rude, but they weren't very friendly either. The guy that helped me seemed too medicated, or didn't really know what he was talking about, I can't tell which was the case. All in all, I have had MUCH better experiences at other places and will continue to do so.

20 bucks shy from the fire damn...but there not so fire is bomb.....try cherry bomb and sliver haze its good like the 1 on belmont but way cheaper way way cheaper..i was really satisfied with getting the hook up on being a new patient hooked me up with a prerole and with almost 2 free grams... go its a kool spot.. i need 2 go back and get that church and some other fire looking 1 thank u guys for hooking me up...

This was my spot for over 3 months but I decided to shop around and I've stopped going because I can find the same quality bud for cheaper. Everything about the place is great and if they would just lower there cap to $50 I would never go anywhere else, but until then I'm going to shop around, with all the competition around paying $60+ an 1/8th just doesn't make sense anymore.

BEST DISPENSARY AROUND
I went to this place yesterday for the second time and i love it. i dont even live in the area but that $60 ounce of shake is what drew me in. These guys know what they are doing and they offer great prices. On my first visit i got the $60 ounce, brownies, candy bar, peanut butter and jelly, oreo, cupcake. I visited this place again recently and was so impressed I felt I needed to add a new review. I came in here during a recent promotion, and I was lucky enough to win a free t-shirt. I am a big guy so none of their t-shirts would fit me, but they hooked me up with 2 smaller ones that would fit my girlfriend! WIN!
I got Church OG which was true bomb. Church OG is a cross of God's Gift and OG Kush, and it is a great indica. Very sedating, and at $60 for 4 grams a steal. Another place close to here sells the same weed for $70 on 3.5 grams. What a difference.
The budtenders here always are great. You usually see the same guys in there, and I have never had bad service. They also offer great clones, and I will just say if you want quality clones you come here.Iconoclast -

Quality Ounces: A Must See!!!
Love this place! It's super convenient, you can park literally ten feet in front of the shop. The staff was extremely nice and knoewledgeable. Great Long Beach Club
I have been to this clue at least 10 time and it is my favorite in long beach. The clone are always amazing and just harvested a couple. Haven't tried most of the bud but the one I had weren't the best.
The staff is always very knoewledgeable and know the strains very well. And overall I would anybody in

This place is on the forefront of marijuana dispensaries. The waiting room is clean and appropriately decorated. In general the place is clean and furnished well. No black spray painted walls, no dark areas and no cheesy cluttering furniture.
They get to you right away and they enter your information from your Rx and ID without you having to fill out some form. They are eager to show you what strains they offer. The service is what you would expect from a retail establishment. They seem like good people who are happy to earn your business.
The selection is good and fresh. The 4 gram mix and match 1/8 is a great value and quite convenient for sampling.
They have no parking so you have to parallel it on Broadway or park on a side street. This is probably the only minor drawback.
You will not be disappointed by doing business with these gentlemen.Digame -

Went in to pick up a couple of their $175/ 30g. oz deals. Totally worth it. I love that you guys are doing these ounce specials now! Thank you very much. The top shelf oz. prices are a bit too pricey, but overall I love this place. They always have a good selection of hash, edibles, and clones. The staff is Top Notch.

Patient special on the 20th and $30 4 gr 1/8
I decided to check out one love since i was low on cash, and needed atleast 4 grams to get by until payday, along with the mercury, i got somewhere else, i only wake and bake with it.I needed something plentiful for the entire day,so i can get ready for work, lol , at my lunch and breaks. Then I saw they had a patient appriciation day, where they give out free medicine, and give you 4 gram eighths starting at 30, every 20th of the month. Also if you spend more than 100 you get a package consisting of a joint, edible, gram of hash, and gram of smoke. I mainly went for the big bud x widow, since that was 30 an 1/8,and after getting home, i smoked some, and it wasn't that bad considering the price i paid--4grams for 30, you can't beat that. It did have a good taste of widow in it.
The verification was quick, and then i was let into the medicine room, and they didn't have too much there, but they did have good deals, but not on their top shelf. All of the staff were very helpful.
I also got the edible for todays special, instead of the joint. I choose the small milk chocolate double stuff oreo. I took it and then after an hour, i felt a slight body high and never really increased from there. This place is good to check out especially on the 20th of the month, if you have atleast a $100 to spend, but if not, there will still be good deals, and you'll also get a free joint or edible out of it.matt92806 -

This is my favorite store EVERR! the guys are super chill and really friendly. i've been going here since they first opened and finally got around to writing a review... i was in the shop yesterday and again, had a great experience so just had to share. no complaints about the weed ever, and the guys are really helpful and i'm never disappointed! also, the location is really convenient too!

Iconoclast thinks 1 Love is the best in town!
I was able to visit here today and once again was very impressed with this co-operative. The guys here always seem to know their customers which is key in my opinion. They are always very good about knowing the right strain for your need.
I picked up Blueberry x Skunk which was covered in crystals and tasted great. The smell of blueberry was there, and it had a distinct hybrid feel to it.
I also picked up some new clones, which they always have at a bargain. I highly recommend giving these guys a chance since they are all around one of the best spots in Long Beach.
Quick update, I came by here after their 1/20 customer sale and picked up an ounce of their Super Silver Haze. Whoa, I giggled all night and am so happy to have a place close that sells quality medicine at a good price.Iconoclast -
Official LBC Review
This is one of the premier clinics in the LBC. Huge selection of buds available. Prices are about average to average-high. But they do offer 4 gram 8'ers everyday which is a huge plus. They advertise their menu on-line which should be mandatory for all clinics (it's nice to have an idea what a clinic offers before you walk in). The clinic is one of the best looking clinincs I've seen. It looks like a real professional store and not a mom & pop shop working out of someones garage. Parking for this clinic is not the greatest but you should be able to find a spot on one of the side streets. Generally the staff seemed cool, but for some reason the guy that checked me in came across as a tool (he may have been having a bad day - but keep that shizit at home).

Very easy to find. Nice and clean location..Felt very safe. Quick verification and I was in the back room in no time. Great selection. The Kushzilla caught my eye..also pickt up some Blue Champagne..Both had incredible smells and taste is out of this world. Also got the world famous Amber Glass...Bang Bang Bang all day long. This stuff if pure FIRE.. Since being a first time patient and showing up on the 20th they kickt really hard. Free Joint, Edible, Papers, 1/2 gram of hash and a free gram of Banana Kush... 1Love has a very easy to reach location on Broadway and Temple, and while parking is street only, there is usually a spot open. Verification is always quick, and the seating is comfortable while you wait. 1Love can get busy but they are set up here to get you in and out quickly so wait times are always minimal.
A key thing about 1Love is that they offer 4 gram eighths. Also they allow you to mix and match so it is possible to get 4 different grams of medication for $60. This is great for people like me who need different strains during the day. 1Love does pre-weigh their medication which is a plus for me because I like to run in and out of a co-op, but it can be a negative for some.
The quality of the medication here is always great, and they get some unique strains in as well. Everyone loves their Kushzilla, and their LB OG Kush is topshelf as well. On my last visit, I picked up their Headband, an OG Kush/Sour Diesel cross. Their Headband has huge nugs, with brown hairs running all throughout. A very interesting looking strain, and very potent as well, it is an excellent hybrid for people looking for a tingly body experience without being overly sedated.
1Love also offers a large concentrate selection with good prices for some rare finds. They had some premium amber glass and a wasabi earwax which looked exactly as it is described. Also they carry a full edible selection. I particularly like their dank vines, which is red licorice stuffed with white chocolate. 1Love sells a full line of clones, and I have personally had great success growing with them.
1Love runs patient appreciation days on the 4th and 20th of each month. While on both days you get a free edible or joint, on the 20th they also raffle off free bongs, pipes and other supplies while giving out sample bags if you spend over $100. The free medicine they give out are always a plus and are actually of pretty good quality.
Either way just read the reviews here and it is clear to see that this place has quite a rabid following. The budtenders are always friendly and helpful, and I have never had an issue with any flowers I have purchased here. 5 out of 5 stars across the board!Iconoclast -

1Love is the place to go for your every necessity!!! The Flowers i found to be out of this world(could have been grown on mars, i dont know...) lol but on a serious note, the staff is highly educated on what they are providing you, the medication is top-shelf, the prices are competitive, and the atmosphere is comfy. For me the convience is okay, really not bad at all, but for the fact that im coming from anaheim keeps me from just "popping in" at anytime. The store front is impressive, really catching my eye as simply just another store on the street(this is how its supposed to be), no negative vibes were present. The clones 1Love offer's are clearly the best in the land, with long evenly spaced nodes, 100% pest and problem free, and with enough roots to be confused with medusa. Thanks 1Love for setting the standard for cooperatives not only in long beach, but for all of southern california.

Stopped by the Love shop again. This is a very nice and friendly place,with good meds, and the very reasonable price of $60 for 4 grams of the best in the house. I tried the LA Confidential and was quite pleased. Plus it was "fans of herbal medicine day", and I got a free joint!! Easy to find parking, quick check in and great service, I will be coming back to 1love.

this place is fantastic!! their selection is always top notch. The staff is awesome, what ever questions i ask they will almost always know the answer, or can atleast steer me in the right direction of what i need.
The environment is open and bright, not in some small back room with a shady atmosphere. And i never feel like i need to take a shower once i leave the way i do at some other clubs.

Happy 3/20! :) First time visit to this lil spot. VERY BUSY today cause of there Patient Appreciation Day? i guess.. Verification was still quick, in the back in about 5 minutes.. kinda was a crowded smaller size room.. with a nice size selection to choose from.
I was helped out right away by a VERY medicated budtender :) . who broke down the deals/menu for me, cool dude. i ended up going with a gram of orgasmic OG kush .. Maaan o Man. sticky to the slight touch, very compact, crystalized whiteish buds, smells of harsh chemical lemon lysol kush sent.lol. when u smoke it the taste sticks to ur tastebuds ..just tasteing my tounge away.. very nice indica. quick, easy verification...spacious dispensary...even though there were maybe 6 other customers perusing weed with me, we were not on top of each other...my budtender was friendly and knowledgable---telling me the genetics of everything i inquired about...he recommended their original strain called "Super Dope"---and boy was it!!!...this double indo crosses OG Kush with Northern Lights producing a mellow, relaxing buzz that tickled all the way to my toes...after toking, i eventually float to sleep on dream clouds...and awake still feeling a bit spacey...just a grade A strain!!!...being a first timer, they also tossed in a fat house joint and lighter...i will definitely be back!

First of all, 1 Love Beach Club...thank you so much! I just visited earlier today and the service/product was awesome. Easy and fast check in, friendly environment, GREAT location, very knowledgeable staff, and good bud.
This is the second dispensary I've been to and I think I have found my favorite spot already. 1 Love is really close for me and they are open until 8 pm everyday except Sunday which closes at 5 pm. But it's still really convenient for me :) They have a really nice selection to choose from. They have more edibles then most around and at affordable prices. I received a $3 cookie for being a first time patient and really enjoyed it..ALOT. So I am definitely going to be buying more cookies. As for bud selection they have quite a bit to choose from but their cap is pretty high. For their top shelf stuff its like $60 an eighth. I wish the prices were lower but I'll manage...they weigh their 1/8th to 4 grams so in a way it evens out. :)
All in all, 1 Love Beach Club is one of the best places to go in Long Beach. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and their bud selection is pretty good. I was definitely impressed with their edible selection. I do wish their prices were a little bit more compassionate but I can't complain too much this place was AWESOME! Definitely coming back soon for some more cookies and green crack!

Nothing but love at ONE*EVOL
Lots of love here that is for sure. I went by to check it out and it did not disappoint. finding it was cake, finding parking was not though lol. I took off half a star for parking, it is not there fault the ara it is in has shops and bars and cafes so parking can be an issue i went on a friday afternoon. Looking at it from outside the building you would not know what this place is at, no green crosses everywhere just the ONE*EVOL graphic that could be anything, to me it felt like i was walking into a graphic design firm lol. Once inside you do not mistake where you are though.
Check in was a breeze, standard sign here stuff. Wait was short to get to the bud room. My BT was the guy that checked me in Jay. A very nice guy that was able to answer every question i threw at him, From genetics of the flowers to the hash and how to use it. They split 1/8ths and they are 4 gram 1/8ths. You can mix and match. I got a mix and match of sativas and Indicas, For sativa i went with 3 grams of trainwreck and one gram of Jack H, Indica was 2 grams of pre 98 and 2 grams of snoop OG and got a gram of og bubble hash. All the flowers were insane, every thing you would want your top shelf meds to be. The only thing is all there meds are prepackaged in 1 gram bags, so when i got home i had 8 little baggies to open up and put in my nug jars so that took away half a star on convenience. i was given a Joint, Lighter, and cookie as a first time gift. price was 60 and 1/8th so a star for that as 60 seems high to me so anyplace at 60 gets 4 on price, that is just me though.
There is an irish pub next door to them so after you stop by one love hit up the pub for a bad ass ruben sandwich and a pint of Guinness.havok3c -

Nuggetry OGxTahoe is A+!
I heard that 1 Love recently got in some "Nuggetry" strains so I had to come in to see what all the fuss was about. I was extremely impressed with what I saw! Generally this collectives selection is Top Notch anyways and the Nuggetry strains did not disappoint at all! I picked up a quad of the Nuggetry OG X Tahoe OG which stunk through the bag and had that classic OG smell of a pine tree forest. I smoked a bowl out of my bong and had a bag from my volcano and boy was I tossed! The high hits you fast right in the head which proceeds to a couch lock status and lasts for a couple hours. I smoke Indicas most of the time so I'd say I'm a seasoned vet. This stuff is not for the noobs. I LOVE IT!

BF and I frequent the area around One Love a lot (love Merry's crazy clothing store a few doors down, I highly recommend it). We've walked by a few times, but never have made the effort to actually stop in. We both decided to change that last weekend. The wait wasn't too bad (there were about 5 or 6 people ahead of me), and the staff was AMAZINGLY friendly. Honestly, one of the nicest groups of budtenders I've ever encountered. We normally buy a lot and only go to clinics once every few months, but we just wanted a quick stop, so I ended up getting 2g of Purple Kush, 1g of Blue Champagne, and 1g of Soul Shine. Have only sampled the Kush so far, but it was absolutely delicious and only took a few hits to get us nice and stoned. Thanks again, One Love. We will definitely be back soon!

Normally i wouldnt even bring it up but I went to a different spot and they weighed the nug i got from 1love and it was .8-.9 Just sucks because other than that their top shelf was really good...Not much of a smell but a greeeaaat high. I dont feel like i need a shower when i leave. The budtenders are cool and knowledgeable so that is also a big plus. not much love beach club
Checked them out last summer in july, came and got a new patient freebie of a joint that was rolled with shwag, low quality shake. I actually found a fatty stem in the joint. I bought a gram of their lowest quality hash which was 25 and it was not good at all. Prices at 60 an 1/8th, no thanks, mr nice guy they had looked really frosty but not worth the price. staff was not too friendly when they found out I wasn't going to spend much. sall good other places exist.

from what I saw when I went in the only thing worth smoking is the 60$ 8th's and their not worth 60 in my opinion. the low end strains are weak and not worth wasting my money on, the only concentrates worth anything is the gold thc and amber glass and they are priced way too high I would just get some flowers for that price! Plenty of other places that are 45 and 50 cap with bomb meds

Quality buds, knowledgable tenders
Modern-looking space with a great view of the beach right from the disp. The secretary up front is quick and polite and there's never been a line when I've gone. The waiting room is very spacious and comfortable, with couches and magazines. The frosted windows in the waiting room offer a nice sense of privacy while also letting in the warm California sun. The budroom is a good size and offers not only bud, concentrates, and edible but also papers, pipes, mini-vapes, etc. The budtenders here are very accommodating: they are familiar with all the buds and have recommended very good strains every time I've come here. Always patient, letting you inspect & smell every bud if you really wanted to. The medicines here are strong: the Diablo OG Kush I got before worked perfect for my insomnia, the Platinum Trainwreck is a very high quality sativa- you will not be disappointed & the Sour OG Kush was a very tasty hybrid with a great buzz. I've tried a couple of their house joints and for $5, they are more than worth it. I like their menu size too: enough to have variety but not so much that one is overwhelmed by choices. The 4 g's for $60 deal 1 Love has keeps me coming back everytime- it allows me to try different buds and stay under my limit. Haven't tried the concentrates here & the only edible I've tried was the free Oreo I received on my first visit: Didn't hit me that hard, but I wasn't expecting a lot from one cookie. While finding parking on the street can be bothersome, this place is worth it. I only gave 3 stars for convenience because it takes me about 30-45 min to reach 1 Love. Donation prices are awesome: quality strains, all for $20 and under. Will definitely keep coming back.

all the hype was right
the bud i got from here was really good. wish it was a little more sticky. knocked me on my ass though. just the way i like it :) verification was super quick and easy. barely had a chance to sit down by the time i was invited to the back room. i got an oz and a half of the cheapest stuff they had. which by no means was bad at all. i was very impressed for their great prices. i'll definitely be back. it's just a little out of the way from where i normally am. but i'd still make the trip

Ok, well i headed down to L.A this weekend and i was excited to finally visit some clubs in So Cal, since im from San Francisco. Ive been to all the clubs in SF, and most of the clubs in the East Bay. As i arrived in L.A, i was overwhelmed by how many dispensaries there were. I ended up hitting a club that i saw Chubbs recommended on marijuananreviews.com. I went down to Long Beach and hit up 1 Love Beach Club as my very first L.A. Club.
I went in right when they opened and i loved how the place looked. It was clean, yet small but did not look crappy or ghetto as some clubs ive seen in Sacremento. The workers welcomed me very well and we even had a great conversation. I told them i was from SF, and they broke down their dispensary for me. This place had about 15 strains, all of which looked and smelled amazing. Only thing was their prices were all about $55-60 for an 8th. Great thing is their 8ths for 4 grams which i found out did not happen a lot down in LA. One thing great about 1 Love is you can Mix and Match the 8ths so i ended up getting a 4 different grams. I rarely see this option at any other clubs even in SF. (They would normally charge seperatly with no deals, although some would let you mix and match.)
Anyways, i ended up getting a gram of Snoop OG Kush, Utopia haze, 1 Love OG Kush, and Super Dope (Northern Lights #5 x OG Kush) all for $60 flat. Got a free cookie edible for a first timer and a free lighter with a bottle opener. All the strains at this dispensary were high grade and had an amazing smell. When i left and tried each and every one of the strains, they were amazing. Deff not the best of the best ive smoked, but they were not weak strains. Only thing is these strains seemed pretty close to some that i could have gotten in SF. Overall, this place was great and their medicine was top of the line. Only problem was i wished the price was cheaper. But you do get what you pay. The free cookie they gave me was wack though. Did not get me high at all, not even a little bit.

The 4 grams of a different strain for 60 is a great deal, they also have many edibles, everything looked of a legit top shelf quality, i got some pineapple diesel that looks amazing! however the one thing i do not enjoy is the fact that everything is in preweighed grams. I haven't scaled out my medications to double check, but some of my bags look like they could be a few points away from a gram, but i may be wrong. I think overall this place is great, theyve got variety and the staff and atmosphere is very friendly and inviting. Also the ice cream is pretty damn good. I will definately be back

Really Chill
Im pretty late on the review, but One Love really took care of me. Great presentation of meds and the budtender that attended me was really cool and knew his stuff. Really convenient that i could mix n match my 1/8 with 4 different strains. Snoop OG was a great pick. Overall 5 stars only con was the herbs being pre packed and that theyre in baggies. Other that tat it was perfect. Deffinately going back. Oh and the D. Stuffed Oreo....... Awesome.

My new home base
This was my first time in this club and because of their high grade goos I am making this my home club. I've been to so many clubs from the valley to the south bay Im dizzy. Very rare to find a club with dedication to quality goos on par with my standards. Most clubs will gladley sell you shit so they can make the most money off you. Thank you guys for caring what is being extracted and the methods being used. Then to prove it by having them tested is just so legit. Keep on.

Great great concentrates! The gold oil hits rather hard, but more importantly it's very clean and healthy for a concentrate of it's caliber. By far this place has the best quality concentrates of any collective in the area, and the girls are friendly, not obviously fake like another close by collective which I will refrain from mentioning :( It's always nice to have a genuine smile in front of you when looking at Mother Earth's finest medicine!
Buds were good, nothing to write home about, but best in the small area I visited today. Mostly I was happy with the price of the medicine, quality of the concentrates and the attentive and pleasant staff!patients first! -

1 love is definately the best club ive been too. lots of options across the board, with top notch buds. Every one of their top shelfs are some primo nugs, making it a tough decision. luckily they have some cool, knowledgeable budtenders there who can point you in the right direction for what u want, or let you know the current house favorites.
60 dollar cap keeps it in my price range, and the mix and match 4 gram eighths is awesome! half gram for free with a buffet of flowers that consistently get me heavily medicated.
they also have some solid clones available.. ive grown out a couple of their strains with excellent results.
house joints for 5 bucks kick ass too... all in all, an excellent place to go to. very clean inside, great staff, excellent selections.tikitikitravi -

First off let me say this was my 2nd dispensary ever, thanks to 1love for the great meds, and awesome staff/atmosphere you guys provided. I went to the club this Sunday. Verification was fast and easy, less than 5 minutes. When I went inside I was given a quick tour of everything available there, buds, edibles, etc. I asked for the highest quality indicas, and Zack my B/T went into good detail about each. I ended up mixing-n-matching my 1/8th, got 2 grams of Black mamba, 1 gram Woody OG kush, and 1 gram Golden nugget. All of it was QUALITY, I was pretty couch locked that night, very relaxed, and also slept like a baby.
Cant complain about the $60 cap when they give you 4 grams, and allow you to mix n match. Also got a free pre-roll and lighter for my first time. Staff was so chill. Atmosphere was also nice, they have a lot to read in the waiting room. I am all the way on the other side of the beach, so it takes me about 25-30 minutes to get to 1Love, but for my first trip it was well worth it. I recommend it to anyone who wants quality buds for good prices, they have caps as low as $35 for 1/8th depending on your financial situation.

Mars OG- First Timer
Bud Quality- All the buds i viewed seemed to smell and look above average. I choose the Mars OG, very well grown, well manicured, taste matched smell. Heavy Indica. 9/10
Atmosphere- Pretty much standard for the course in south Lb. Very clean and neat. Huge Fridge of edibles!! Next time i will browse alittle more, I admit i was alittle overwhelmed with all the greatness.
Staff- Zach, i think, was great, patient, aware, not baked to the floor. Thx Dude.
Parking- Walked about 4 blocks from my apt. 15min well spent in the sun.
Price- 60 for 4grams. Not bad. I must admit this is the first place ive ever received a "pre" weighed bag, but everything seemed up and up with weight. Not dry.

One of my favorite places. The patient appreciation day is worth a visit on the 20th for anyone! Got Jack Star (stoney), Lambwreck (tastey and stoney a new favorite!), and Galaxy OG (Nice and Heavy) and scored a free joint, cookie, and half gram of kief for the purchase of my mix and match 8th. I went to this club based off of the weed map reviews and I think this place is really overrated. The staff did not seem very compassionate or friendly, especially for a first timer. I felt really nickle and dimed on the way out. I will be back due to the quality and house joints.

First off, i wanna say most of these LONG ASS reviews just seem to repeat the ads on this page. Not really a review at all. I went to this club because of the 200 OZ deal. The bud was OK, but smoked and got me lifted like BABY CHRONIC back in the day, but hey...200 an OZ is not that bad.
The eighth thing for 60 dollars isn't that great though. I mean, anyone can get 50 eighths from a street dealer, and ask for a little .5 heavier for about 5 dollars more! 60 an eighth seems pretty steep to me though when street prices are $50!
Parking here is a BIT@%! If you dont get parking in the front, best to park in the alley and hope not to get your car towed!
The budtenders are pretty decent, nothing special. Although, they are VERY firm on the OZ prices here. Don't try to negotiate like i do at other places, i usually get to knock down the price by at least 10 bucks or so! Thats a meal for the day if your serious about saving money.
Overall, a decent place. I feel like most of the reviewers here have low tolerance, and just toss their money anywhere! This is the spot for decent 50/55 dollar eighths, i just feel 60 is too much! Decent 200/OZ though.CamboSoup562 -

My first stop as a patient
I came into this collective basically because of the 4 gram eighths. Not a bad place overall, the staff was helpful and even let me break my eighth in single grams to sample the different strains. I must admit that the quality is overall good, I luckily got some LA Confidential here and it was bomb, if there is anything negative to say is that prices are bit high or the norm compared to some places, and parking can be a pain sometimes. I honestly have not returned but if necesary I will return. I do like the fact that the area is decent and there is a nice little sports bar a couple of buildings down.

Parking on broadway, fast checkin, all female staff (sweet), medium size shop, no 1/2 eighths and they do pre-weighed grams (boo), mix and match strains (yeah). little high on the eighth prices for the quality. 4 gram eighths are a plus though. 1st time deal was a joint....
I was a little skeptical because all the bud pics above... for some reason they all look like nugs from the same strain. Maybe some newer pics are in order.
Blue Dream- little dry and makes me cough when I smoke, nice through the vape, ive had cleaner highs from this strain, overall did the trick-spacey and inventive
Jack Star-This was nice all around, good texture and taste, good buy, smokes clean and leaves a pretty good after-taste.
platinum og kush-nice bud, lacked taste for an og kush(I was expecting a little harder hitting indica), looked like the best indica they had, not a lot going on the day I went.
they should drop the cap to $55 because the quality. Not sure if the batches I was looking at were a little older, but they lacked vibrance in comparison to my regular spots. I know they are 4 gram eighths... but $60 still is too much especially with a 3 dollar charge at the atm. ( I love it when dispensaries complain about the cost of banking, therefore they don't take cards... wtvr I guess you guys don't understand the consumer psychology behind cards, it would only benefit your dispensary, you will make more money!)
the buds lacked smell (except the jack) but I was assured it was all fresh.
I wish the taste was a little more present in the smoke/vape

I was really stoked when I saw that they have 4 gram 8ths. Their bud is packaged in these cute little plastic baggie and labeled really clearly the name of the strain and whether it's sativa indica or hybrid. Picked up some Fire OG, Super Jack, and their own strain Red Beards Surprise!

i'm rating this as compared to other LA and Long Beach based dispensaries.
LA county is a big crapshoot as far as dispensaries go, and this is one of the better ones. They display obvious care for their patients through their interactions, and where the prices aren't the very best, they're a helluva lot better for the weigh-out that we are accustomed to.
i'm a fan of their 4-gram eighth, where you can split between multiple strains.

THE spot in Long Beach
I've been a customer/patient here for a while and it's 1 of the only 2 spots I go to. The bud is consistently excellent and hash selection is nice too. I like that you can split a four gram eighth into four different grams.
I picked-up some hash here on Wednesday. It was all $5 off because of the Wednesday special. I grabbed some Tahoe Snow and Platinum OG. Both are nice with different effects. The Tahoe Snow was putty-like and forms well. It tastes great and was uplifting. I felt great and was very productive. I put a disc of it on some True OG i also got from there later in the evening. Was a great balance and I felt very relaxed. I could also finish-up some work and then wind-down for the night. The Platinum OG is a nice melt that really prolongs whatever you put it on top of. Didn't really "melt" all the way but is very potent. Gave a nice body high as well as head high. Had a nice golden color and breaks up nice.
I always go for the 4 gram mixed eighth here. It's a great deal and perfect for me. They have a large variety here and with this deal, you can try more strains for your money. Pretty much everything they have is top-quality. I can smell this dispensary walkin' up Temple Ave and also from the gas station on the near-by corner. It's potent medication. Besides the above-mentioned bud, I grabbed some 1 Love OG Kush, The Walter, The White, and some others on previous days. All have been really excellent and of the highest quality. The bud-tenders really seem to know what they're doin'. I get recommendations often. They are usually right-on.
It's really a one-stop-shop here. Large variety and knowledgeable staff make for a great collective. Pretty much my spot. Always great and potent MEDICATION. Check it out!DJAnakin -

My favorite dispensary in LB
Their bud quality is great. I usually get the 4 gram 1/8 so I can mix and match different strains. All the people behind the counter are very knowledgeable and super friendly. Also they're the ONLY place in Long Beach (that I know of) where you can find hash - usually a variety of options, and very good quality. Their edibles are gone as they figure out how to fully comply with the new regulations, so I look forward to the return of those.

i love the bud from onelove, but i usually just try and get in there, get my bud, and get out, which is fine because the menu is updated OFTEN (huge plus)

I came in here a few months ago...parking was kinda lame (not their fault though, they're on busy Broadway in LB), the girl at the front was super-smiley, friendly and used my name when talking to me which definitely stands out...The budtender was really friendly but I got kinda nervous because I was really indecisive and he just stood there quietly staring at me while I tried to figure out what I wanted...maybe that's stoner paranoia...he definitely didn't rush me at all though haha!... ended up mixing for the four-gram eighth (I love when places do that, even though I know it's kind of a pain and makes their end of the day weight more complicated)...I also got some bubble hash that the budtender said was made by this hippie dude who insists on using only melted snow as the water that he uses to make his hash...it smelled kinda off, but it smoked awesome and gave me such a clean awesome buzz! Overall good job guys, I had a good experience! XO

Still going strong
I've always enjoyed a lot of the strains at One Love, but lately there have been some very special ones. The Pure Kush is currently my favorite of any strain I've sampled in the last 6 months. The Walter is quite good and the Salmon Creek hybrid is also really good. Nice and keefy when you grind it, tasty and strong. If you are an indica fan, try any of these, but especially the Pure.
No complaints about One Love after coming here for more than a year. Yeah, parking's kind of a pain, but that's South Long Beach for ya. And for the quality you get (and the 4 gram 1/8s, which I've weighed at home to my satisfaction), the prices are quite fair. Nice people, nice strains, nice atmosphere, and if you're on a bike you can park it in the front lobby area (nice if you don't carry a lock, which I generally don't.)WeedyDeluxe -
I Love This Dispensary
It is a unique and spacious shop, with one of the best staff's I've ever encountered. They are all friendly, outgoing, and knowledgeable. They are also a pet friendly environment, with a gigantic dog as their shop pet. Their selection is pristine and has varied every time I have gone in. Their prices are fair, especially considering that all of their eighths are 4 grams! Can't decide between all of their top shelf buds? Not a problem, you have the ability to mix and match all 4 grams, which I have personally done several times. On another note, they have some of the healthiest clone's I have come across, with again a nice variety of choices that have varied from visit to visit. Fun little tip for you, when transporting clones, ask for 2 bags, one to carry the clone in, and another to cover the top of the clone. Personally I have found it to be the best way to protect the clones until you reach them to their final destination.

Love this place
So I came in, got verified, chill waiting room and all that. You could actually see the bud counter in the back through the verification window, not a huge fan of that but not a big deal. I went in, the budtenders were really helpful and cool. I ended up getting a mix and match 4 gram 1/8th of Duh!Winning!, Mr. Nice, Green Dream and Halloween Kush. OH MY GOD. This place has the bomb. The Duh!Winning! I asked to look at just because I thought the Charlie Sheen reference, but the name was well applied to this herb. Not only is it as bat shit crazy as Charlie, but it was definitely winning. It put me down for a while. The Mr. Nice is probably some of the most purple buds I've ever seen. EVER. The Halloween Kush is purple too, but the crystals on it steal the show. Absolutely awesome. The Green Dream is a really great sativa, if I feel like getting really medicated but still have to do stuff that day, this is my go-to bud. Overall, the selection is decent, not huge, but it's because the stuff they do have is fire. The price could be a little better, but hey, they have great stuff for pretty standard prices, and it's on Broadway and easy to find. Great shop and if you are ever within 15 miles of this place, take a detour. You will be happy you did.

You guys are awesome! Just came in for my first time today and got some Skywalker OG, Killer OG, Mr. Nice (which is suuuuuper purple and oh so delicious), and some Jack Herer! Good job guys! Everything about the experience there was welcoming, from the staff to the high-quality medication provided! Not to mention that they have the best "house joints" I have ever smoked!!! One Love = One of the best!!
Alright, let's break down my ratings here:
Bud Quality - 5 Honestly the bud quality amongst dispensaries in this area tends to be pretty much consistently great, and this place is no exception. I've never gotten better bud anywhere than I have from One Love.
Atmosphere - 4 The place is clean, well lit, and has a layout consistent with what you would expect from a quality dispensary. However, it could use a little touch of decor.
Staff - 5 Everyone I have ever dealt with here has always been very friendly, very helpful, and very professional. They really make you feel like they truly appreciate your patronage. And, as I said in my review of this place in another forum, they gave one of the most breathtaking women I have ever seen working there. Her name is Frankie, and her eyes will absolutely bewitch you. And no, I'm not some creepy stalker, I just call 'em like I see 'em.
Accessibility - 3 The lowest mark here, but it really isn't their fault. There is only street parking here, and at times you may have to park up to 3-4 blocks away. Nothing they can really do about it though, it is just endemic of the area.
Price - 4 Their 4 gram mix n match eighth deals really are nice, though I tend to latch onto a particular strain and get it a half-ounce at a time. While I have gotten better deals on half-to-full ounce quantities, but since each eighth has an extra half-gram, the value is definitely there.
Summary - I really do love this place. There are actually a couple of spots that are even closer to me (I live about a third of a mile from One Love) that I have yet to try because I really want to help support this place. Everyone is so friendly, and it is next to the best glass shop in Long Beach, as well as a fantastic Irish pub. Kind of a destination spot you should definitely check out next time you are in the area.gruvdone -

Great Bud, Even Better Customer Service
My brother lives in Long Beach, about a block from this place. I've sampled the buds but finally decided to go in for myself a few weeks back when I was at my bros. First of all, there was NO wait. The clinic I frequent back home, though a great clinic, is generally always busy with a 5 minute wait for the most part. Not a big deal, but when I don't have to wait at all, its always a plus.
The bud quality was top notch. Got some Skittles OG and the OG #18 by recommendation by the budtender (ace choice by the way!), then some Trainwreck and Headband for my daytime smoke. The budtender was very knowledgeable. I know my shit, but I ALWAYS appreciate someone explaining their buds to me, and with so much excitement. And their 4 gram eighths and the mix match is an INCREDIBLE deal. Seriously so pumped.
I've always enjoyed their pre-rolls. Even the house joints are great. I bought a Skywalker pre-roll when I was there because I wanted to sample their Skywalker to see how it matched up against the Skywalker from back home. It held up to its name.
Now the most important part of my positive experience with this dispensary. I left, already completely happy with my service and my purchases. But I got home to find the guy had forgotten to put my free house pre-roll in the bag. I smoked the Skywalker joint and made the short walk back to see what they could do for me if anything, since it was my word against theirs. The dude said he thought he remembered putting it in the bag, but when I told him no I only got the Skywalker pre-roll he didn't ask another question. Just reached back, got my pre-roll apologized and thanked me for my business again.

Great spot
I really like this place! I go here all the time. I really like that they carry canna-butter at a great price. Only thing I don't really like is that they pre-bag, BUT the quality of the weed is DANK.

Pleasant surprise in LB, will definitely come back
Came here randomly for some edibles and i ended up being very surprised at the overall quality of this place!
Long Beach is very hit or miss with it's clinics, but i was immediately impressed when i walked into this place.
They had a great selection of everything. Nice edible selection, concentrates, and of course they had a wide variety of buds.
Was recommended the Special OG which was great, i'm stoked to go back and try some more of their strains.
They had great specials, can't beat 4gram 1/8th, and i got a cool little grab bag for their 4/20 special
I would have to say that the staff definitely made the experience for me. Immediately upon entering everyone was super nice! The receptionist was amazingly friendly and made the check in process painless, and the budtenders knew their stuff and were also great and cheerful.
Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area and ill definitely be back! See you guys around 1love :)manchot -

Ive picked up a few menu joints last week (Mars og, HeadBand) not bad for 10 bucks. Both burnt without running. Both were rolled fairly tight and needed to be loosened. Seemed like bud as apposed shake.

1 love was highly recommended to me by an old friend of mine, so i had been wanting to check em out for a minit or 2. this government engineered economic depression has left me on a miniscule budget so i carefully pick n choose where i go for what i need, trying to get the most bang for my buck. i saw headband on the menu at 20/60 so i figured at that price it would be bomb..plus it was a great reason to try 1love. so i headed to long beach. parking was easy, i got lucky and parked right in front on broadway. check in was easy, very friendly staff and i was happy to see a good selection of top shelf primo looking buds. my bt was cool, he showed me some jars then i pulled out the list, top selection headband. the sample jar had no smell so i asked my bt if it had the headband flavor to which he confirmed and proceeded to tell on the effects. i was sold. i split an 1/8 , 2 grs headband 2grs plat. sour d. i was happy...till i got home. the headband is super dry, zero scent, break it up and it has a vague sweet odor, ive had mexican schwag better than this!but i was clinging to the hope that it would smoke tasty...boy was i let down.you see id been searchin for that dank headband,and i got dry tasteless schwag, im sure it will medicate but thats not the point. i specifically told my bt that i was big on FLAVOR and especially excited to see headband. if he had not said it was dank i may not be so upset, but i still would want to return it. this is a first for me so i called 1 love and was basically told im out of luck ,stuck with crap meds..by the same bt that served me!then he says "its doin the job for me". Thanks for the compassion 1love, i will NOT be returning, and i will let my buddy know how i was treated. btw the platinum sour d was great, it is what i like, dank pungent tasty meds! i dont see why any compassioinate dispensary would risk losing a great customer over 1.8 grams of bud. REPLACING the bud even, there is no loss. if you cant take it back then just give 1.8 of dank to keep a good customer happy..idont understand!!???MAYBE IM A POT SNOB????i think not but either way, i feel like i got burned. i wouldnt pay 40 for an 1/8 of that headband let alone 60. it just sucks because now im out of money for meds till my next crappy unemployment check comes in 2 WEEKS. Dissapointed
in all fairness to 1love, the platinum sour d is a good sativa,today i gave the headband another chance, first smoke of the day, and it still sucks. it tastes horrible and burns my throat. i got medicated but ill probably put this in my cooking buds jar, its not good for smoking.i am dissapointed that this low quality is out there still for 20/60! i was also hoping to at least get a response from 1love, i guess they dont care what the patients have to say. in all fairness to 1 love, i did make the mistake of trusting thier bud tender who told me it was good headband and that was what he was smoking on..i should have trusted my nose but i was soooo hoping to get that dank headband..this is why i can only give 2 stars on bud quality,im sure they have dank meds, but i got poopoo.im not trying to label anyplace, but this is just how i feel and it was my experience.you can still make things right and i would probably be a return customer, i dont hold grudges and after this review im gonna drop it,one last point, im not a cheap person, its only 1.8 grams here, its the fact that i feel i was mislead and that is not cool,if the bt really thinks this is good headband then i seriously doubt his credibility.

Quickie
Went in for a quickie today.
First time paying $20 for a G so I asked the lovely bt what would make me come back.
She suggested the Super Silver Shark due to my requests of it being Indica based but still up and moving.
Perfect choice.
Was in and out of there in 5 minutes.
Got a free J since its patient appreciation day.
Super good for a pre-roll.

love the 1/2 8th special
First off, love you guys! I brought a friend in the other day and to my surprise it was the 4th. We were just coming in for a few pre-rolled joints but ended up finding some dank buds! The Hippie Heaven caught my eye so I grabbed 2 grams of it for $35! I was stoked because I just paid rent and didn't have that much cash on me. Since the 2 grams were normally $40, I brought that to spend, so of course I used the other $5 to grab an extra house joint. They gave me another joint on top of that for bringing my friend and another one for it being a patient appreciation day! My friend bought the 1 Love OG Kush and it is killer, it put me right to sleep! Thanks again 1 Love for keeping the quality of the buds high and patients happy. I'll be back very soon!

Great clones at a great price....
Bought clones from here today for $10. They are in excellent health, about 4" in height with approximately 3 - 4 nodes per plant, nicely rooted (I can see the roots coming out of the rockwool cube). The rockwool cubes aren't disproportiantly huge compared to the actual clone, so they transplanted easily.
1 Love's $10 clones are in much better health than other clones that I've bought at a higher prices. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.RobinHoode -

Wow if your looking for a top shelf concentrate the Dragons Breath is what your looking for. All you need id a little bit on the top of your bud and your gonna be put on your ass. It has a nice taste too.

I never post comments here, but I had such a positive experience today that I wanted to share. I have been here only twice before and have to admit that I'd been put off by the prices, though it's nice that they are actually all weighed heavy. The guy who helped me was courteous, quick and clearly knew what he was doing - the whole be polite and smile thing is great and makes it easy for me to decide to come back - the focus of some places on "sexy" bud tenders and super cool/bored people bums me out almost as much as some dispensaries’ attempts to make it seem more like the dentist's office or Walmart....I digress; One Love was not like that at all and the whole thing - customer service and quality/price balance was fantastic.
Today I had $100 to donate and took 4 grams each of Juicy Fruit and Deathstar OG. In addition is the much appreciated bag o’ freebies - two very nice free joints (good quality compared to the free joints given away elsewhere) and a gram of some Kush (also super surprised by the quality - fresh/moist/potent)…stickers, an edible, a pen, a lighter, a glass chillum, papers, incense...I'm sure I've forgotten something. Since I spent $100 I got to choose a gift from the grab-bag thingy - a cool One Love t-shirt.
So, a lot of fun stuff, but the real issue is of course the med: I was after an inexpensive sativa; I like to smoke joints and don't like feel like I have to conserve. Unlike other places where people have tried to disuade me from buying their "lower quality" bud, there was none of that here - the less expensive was still very good bud. Juicy Fruit has good bud density and a light stickiness and freshness; a slightly harsh but not grassy or nasty taste - actually surprisingly sweet, not brain-damagingly strong, good for concentration work - like writing an overly-long review of a dispensary!! Just what the RX calls for. The price $40/ 4 grams (and I think it was $250/ 30 grams) makes it affordable from my perspective. Couple this with the very nice free meds and a helful staff and this is a winner.

best spot I've been to in LB
I can't speak enough good things about this place. They have the best extract selection of anywhere I've been to in Cali -- that includes SF. Premium bud quality. The Budtenders are super nice and very helpful when you're not sure what to get. The prices are a little more than usual, but honestly, you get what you pay for, and here its worth it! Anyways, I've been here about 20 times or so, and have not had A SINGLE bad experience! Thanks guys!

Bomb buds, but maybe pay a little more attention?.
I came in with my boyfriend a couple days ago to check out your stuff. Check in was friendly and easy, and our budtender was a really nice guy who answered all of our questions. So, we ended up splitting the 4 grams between Orgasmic and Chunk OG's...the Orgasmic was standard good OG, but that Chunk seriously put me on my ass in like the worst possible way. I took one bong rip and even though it was only a little before midnight, I couldn't hold my eyes open and had to crash hard. I ended up sleeping until 12:30 the next day. I recommend that one ONLY for heavy insomniacs. We also got an eighth each of Trainwreck and Jack Star, both of which were awesome and tasty, though I don't think I'd attach the $60 tag to the Trainwreck, and two edibles ($15 for a Bhang is a little silly too), overall we dropped over $200. So, being that my boyfriend was new and I was referring him, we assumed he'd get to choose his freebie and I'd get a joint. The free joint for me was never mentioned, and the free joint that he chose never made it to the bag. Two joints, MIA. Kind of a bummer when we got home, really wanting to smoke on some instant gratification. Like I've said before in other reviews, freebies aren't what it's about, but when you advertize and don't deliver, that's when the lack of attention to detail really stands out. You guys are a pretty good spot otherwise, but we most likely won't be coming back.

A little pricey, but...
This place is great if you are not on a budget. The staff is kool and love the dog...you don't see too many Russian Wolfhounds in this part of Cali. Great buds the quality is very kool, but a little pricey on the Oz side. Would love to see about five more Oz's in the 250.00 range. All in all it was a great experience.

Great place if money didn't matter
I visited One Love due to it's many positive reviews. I went to see for myself on 7/22. First impression, very clean and professional. Easy check in. The staff that spoke to me seem friendly enough but overall it felt like a cool(and by cool i mean, douchey stuck up) nightclub lounge. Then I was introduced to my bt and then it went downhill from there. She is so beautiful it was distracting, I only heard about a third of what she said. So I said give me a minute to look around. It's not a large area but I wasn't expecting her to hover over me when I went to read the "specials" board. The selection from the menu and board looks huge but when you look into the display case, it seemed like they were missing a couple of jars. I do like that they give you 4g eights and you can mix and match. The bad thing is each gram comes pre-weighed and each one of my bags were short by .1-.2. The quality is good, really strong initial high but not long lasting( 1g each of Surfer on Acid, Super Lambsbread, Dr. Greenthumb and Chewy OG). The prices are a little high for the quantity. I don't the like the pre-packaged format it feels too sterile and more of a get your med and beat it. So my recommendation is go to this place if you're a hipster who wants to get your meds from a pricey place in a cool neighborhood.

Love it!!
parking so sucks had to park accross the way but staff was super nice and sweet knew their stuff, for new timer got a choice of medi candy, grinder, or free joint.....they had great meds for those with the cash but also had low priced goid qulity meds for those who are broke lol just a very humble comfortable environment......love this place and will be back!!!

What you will love about 1 Love Beach Club is the professionalism. When you walk in you the staff is always friendly and courteous. It is a safe, pleasant environment where they make you feel at ease and welcome with every visit. Even the security guard is always friendly! And the fact that its always a rather clean cut chap in a decent security uniform is a nice touch, instead of some dude with a pony tail and a "security" t-shirt :) The selection of meds is always top notch, and the prices are fair. Other dispensaries in the area do have lover prices on some strains, but not nearly as a consistently large selection on hand, plus they are always running some deal or giveaway...it seems I always get a free J with every purchase (maybe because I always tip too?). I spoke with the guy who runs the show and asked how often he updates his menu online, and said "everyday." and it sure is true. It is always being updated from my many visits. If I had to sum up 1Love in a one word, "Outstanding."

Very cool
Very cool place. Budtenders are nice (and all hot so far, yay) and very easy to deal with.
Had an issue where they accidentally gave me the wrong strain but with a quick phone call it was solved and I got a joint out of it--very good customer service.

This spot has the best edibles
The bud here is kinda pricey but its the real deal! Never a bad sack..and even tho they pre pack its always on point! the edibles her r amazing the 420 kitchen peanut butter cupcake is the best im a big dude about 6 3 265 pounds and half of that bad boy is more than enuff for me and i really dig the looseys and on the fourth and 20th they always break u off a freebie which is cool!

Awesome Staff!
Everyone at 1 Love is super amazingly friendly and helpful. Even the Security guard is relatively friendly. The Budtenders are knowledgable and sensitive to your needs. A pretty great place with one quirk
Overall, 1 Love is a pretty great place. It's conveniently located and in a good area. It is next to an amazing high-end glass store (name withheld, just in case) that sometimes holds glass art type shows. Anyway, this place had some great meds at decent prices. The one niggling point was that they pre-weighed grams, 1/8ths, etc., all the way up to 1/2 oz I believe. This gave the whole thing a more professional, albeit dehumanizing, experience but at the expense of getting hooked up with a great deal. Not too big a problem, but I'll still be shopping around for the hook up elsewhere. See you all on my next visit!

clone review
i came in about 1 month ago to grab some clones. I got one of each, LSD, BD OG, Berkle, And Afghan Kush that are currently 2 weeks into flower. The BD OG and the Afghan are doing amazing. The Berkle and LSD are also doing great, but the LSD started to grow odd leaves and was extremely stretchy, something i had asked about and was told that it was a hybrid so not much stretch. And the Berkle is growing weird too, took forever to root, is very picky to what it likes to eat. I was told this strain was a purple kush strain, and this is way too stretchy to be a purple, but its obviously a slow growing and low yielding strain, something i had also asked to be steered away from. The Gentleman who helped me seemed irritated at other workers and was very pissed about anyone touching his knee. He also made me feel kind of rushed and looked irritated the more questions i asked about the clones. I only got blunt, uninformative answers. I also felt like he kept on pushing the newly rooted clones on me, rather than the more healthy rooted, more robust clones.
all in all, i didnt care for my experience, but i am happy with 2 of my clones and will come back for more of those 2 strains. I usually never had a bad experience here, so im just gunna assume it was an off day. I just hope I dont get hermies from the 2 odd plants....
added response to collective response 11/8/11...that was a kinda offensive response from a collective. ive been growing for a few years now and saying that i do not know how to control my plants is a little harsh. I was just looking for an indica dominant clone that grew similar to a real indica since i dont have the space for aggressive growing sativa strains. Sorry guys, insulting a customer is not a way to win me back. BTW, my BT brought 2 of each clone out on a plate as my choices. I even asked him to bring some different clones out because the ones he brought out barely looked rooted. I know there were more than 2 of each strain back there.
