Pretty nice meds
Was a bit hard trying to find this place since all they had on the outside was a piece of paper that said "Green Tree Solutions" on the door. Verification was pretty quick. Staff was nice but the place seemed a bit unprofessional. Maybe it was just because they are still moving in and everything. The place had more of an LA vibe to it and the bud tenders knew what they were talking about. The only downfall was that it was 65 an eighth for their top shelf... but the buds are very potent. The only reason why I did purchase the 65 dollar eighth because I wanted to see what all the Planetary Strain hype was about. Other than the price, this place has a lot of potential. I will be returning. Thanks, guys!

BEST PLACE IN SD!!
I have been there twice in the three days green tree solutions has been open. I have been to all of the clubs in the sd area and this is by far the best one. Place is a great set-up, the bud tenders are very cool and knowledgeable. Have plenty of strains to choose from and all are top shelf and also had plenty of edibles. This place will only get better! Will Definately be back for some more meds!

Its actually shocking the quality differential between OTHER clubs in SD and GTS.
The shop keepers / budteners all knew what I was askin'em about the strains, and really helped me (not like I need help choosing)...
Super laid back shop, professional - yet welcoming. The front room/office is very inviting with a big ol 42" tv hooked up to a Xbox360. I couldn't ask for much - It sure as hell beats the tiny pinhole offices of the surrounding and most other SD clubs.
Centrally located off the 805 as well as the 163 and even the 15(with a bit more driving).
ONLY DOWNSIDE IS THAT THERE ISN'T A ATM THATS CLOSE ENOUGH TOP WALK TO QUICKLY - SO SOME PREPARED....
Maybe one day they will accept Credit Cards and/or bring an ATM in-house.

Best quality in SD
The quality here is what i expect to see when visiting a dispensary. Everything is top notch.
Now if only the cap was $60, then it really would be hands down the best club in SD.
Heres to hoping the planetaries get lowered $5, if not no sweat. But that extra $5 really does make a difference.
All in all im very satisfied with GTS, and this will more than likely be the only co-op i visit from now onspicoli -

Great place, excellent service nice location unlike some collectives I don't feel like I'm going to get robbed when I leave here. The staff is friendly....Ive never had to wait but the lounge looks real comfortable, Its got nice couches and a big ass T.V :)
The bud here is excellent! Even there lower quality strains look better than the $35 1/8ths other collectives sell. The planetary strains are on point, I still need to try a few of them. They've also got more variety then most collectives in SD. I got a free gram of GDP on my first visit and it was bomb....they got a lotta kush here but thats cool....you can't beat the K's.
If they would put up a $60 cap this would be the best collective in SD hands down! The extra $5 does start to add up.brosse86 -
Give this place a try!
Just went there today after work. parking seemed ok (small strip mall) I pre-verified over the phone so when I did arrive it was fairly quick until I was waiting in the lounge to go in to the room. Lounge has four big couches, nice tv a and cold water for what its worth. They had at least a dozen or more strains. Jars available thru out a long glass counter. I like that and a decent menu to confirm prices. I got an 1/8 of Chemdawg for 60...it looked and smelled nice...and it works...accordingly. I got hooked up with a free 1/8 of GDP as well. Smooth and comfortable experience. Also excellent location for me. I'll be back.

I went in there at like 1pm in the afternoon on the way to the beach just to scoop a g...
and i realized they were having an OZ sale as well...
I purchased the G, ending up going back a few hours later... because i decided that the GDP was definitely worth buying. (299$ for a 1/2 oz of GDP and 1/2 oz of Lemon Snow Cap).
These guys have a VERY wide selection. Very potent. Very friendly.
Oh but the best part about this...
Was when i returned to get the OZ special for 299, they ended up putting my $20 i paid earlier for the G, towards the $299, so i saved 20 bucks. Thank you so much guys!!

one of the best beach trips thanks to GTS
i was heading out to the beach again today with a friend, and figured i would stop by to grab an 1/8th of the chronic shake for $20 (excellent quality shake, from there good strains) to roll some j's...
i was in and out within 5 minutes. one of the best beach trips i have had in awhile. Thanks to Josh and Ryan. you guys are chill and i will definitely stop in sometime tomorrow or the next day. take care guys!

Best Ever!
We stopped by last night around 9:30pm. Parking was a breeze and it was easy to find. The guys in there were super friendly and knew what they were talking about. We've been looking for a new dispensary to frequent and I know we've found it now! We picked up 2 1/8ths of the House Shake and we were also given the free gram of GDP, much appreciated! The prices were great in my opinion, a lot better than the dispensaries in the OC. Top quality buds and the shake is totally dank. Love the place, keep up the good work. We'll be back real soon!

Second time in today... picked up some Super Sour D. This stuff is SO crystally. nice hairs and is super sticky. The budtender was a little bit high himself but he was a really chill guy and gave me a good idea on how the Sour D was. ;] They also had two baby clones and he said they might have a growing class soon. Great buds, GTS!

great deal on an ounce
easy to find ample parking and easiest verification yet! they had a special on ounce 1/2 GDP and 1/2 sour D for under $300. GDP not that purple but really good anyways the sour D is tastey as well but had a hard time getting them to give me another flave for my free G. all they wanted to give was the GDP but i just spent $300 and had enough GDP already so they reluctantly gave me another flave but they could have kept me happy and let me choose, come on guys its only a G! they had 2 tiny clones they wanted $20 for each and i thought thats was way steep. overall its a chill spot with a descent selection and i got a great deal on some smoke but received it in bags with no labels and the medicine room is under construction, would not take much to make it one of my favorites in san diego!

down to earth staff and great prices
super easy to find and even easier check in for first time, and re-visiting patients, josh knows how to keep the flow of the office moving. Huge front waiting room and comfortable environment with good coffee table reads. wide variety of strains, the planetary stuff is the way to go. ryan lets you get hands on and take a close look at everything before you make a decision, and is super informative on what works well for you. Tried out a brownie i picked up for a upcoming trip and i must say, definitely a good choice. since it is new to the area, there are a few touch up thats do need to happen in the back, but im excited to see the growth to come. i would definitely recommend on all levels from service to product and are excited to get back to see what new things they have to offer!

Please take the time to read through this
After reading all the fantastic reviews of GTS, their staff and their meds I decided I must go see what they have to offer the San Diego medical marijuana community. My trip was made late in the evening as I had been at work the entire day. The fact that it was dark out made the task of finding the number of the building even more difficult than it already is to find building numbers; especially on major roads such as Clairemont Mesa Blvd. where traffic moves at 50mph. I had gone a full block past it before I realized I had passed it. I had no problem finding a parking spot right in front of the dispensary, but as I said it was late and most of the other businesses they shared the mall with were closed, I could see parking being more difficult during normal work day hours.
When I went in verification and paperwork were easy and done in a matter of moments. There was only a single page to fill out; it was a standard caregiver form that every dispensary has patients fill out. There were no dispensary rules to be seen like just about every other place has their patients sign, and honestly I am not really sure what to make of this. It has always seemed like a good idea for a dispensary to lay out its rules in black and white, no matter how obvious the rules are, and to have every patient sign off they have read them. After quickly signing the paperwork and being verified I was handed off to the budtender who was to bring me to the back room.
I must say the waiting room was very nice. There was a nice fresh clean coat of paint on the walls. They had what appeared to be a relatively new rug, and some very nice furniture. And of course, there on the wall is the extremely large flat screen TV that so many people have talked about, and what a TV it is. The effort, time, and money put into the waiting room had me very excited to see what the med room was liked. In my head I imagined something as luxurious as the waiting room, with only the finest medication on the shelves of which I knew I would be going home with some of; this thought was perpetuated by the heavy-duty security code lock that opened the door.
As soon as the door opened my heart sunk. The med room was nothing more than a dingy, poorly lit closet,a long one at that, but it was not very wide. The back half of the room was not even illuminated and one of the lamps in the fluorescent lighting in the front half was flickering the whole time. The counter top on my right hand side right as I walked in the door was covered in junk. There were some shelves behind the counter and they too looked like a tornado hit them. The walls in the med room did not appear to have any new paint on them, unlike the waiting room walls. The acoustic ceiling tiles were not in great condition and looked like many of them needed to be replaced. Disappointment really would be understating how I felt when I saw all of this.
At this point in time I was really hoping the meds, in both variety and quality, would make up for my disappointment about the environment itself. I quickly directed my focus on the meds themselves. Again, for whatever reason looking at the shelves of jars seemed quite lackluster. I had heard a lot about the planetary strains so I asked the kid who was showing me the meds a little bit about those strains, such as lineage and effect; the answers I received were uninformed at best. At one point the budtender informed me he was new there, which I interpreted as an excuse for why he didn't know much about the strains he was selling to patients. I will say he was quite eager to show me the different varieties, even after I informed him I was only there to purchase two grams, at which point he admits to me that showing me the meds is just as much of an excuse for him to smell and look at the strains again as it is to help me find the proper variety. The kid was very nice, polite, and courteous, but that unfortunately does not make up for the rather unprofessional appearance, demeanor, and knowledge level that in my opinion is required to do the job he volunteered to do.
Back to the meds, I started by looking at the three planetary strains they had, Martian OG, Saturn, and Uranus. The Martian OG smelled very nice and looked ok, a bit roughly handled. By appearance alone one could tell it was an OG cross. On the other hand I was a bit surprised when I looked at the Uranus and the Saturn as both looked and smelled simply like different cuts of OG, not any kind of OG cross. I was kind of disappointed with the Uranus as the entire jar was full of nothing but small nugglets. The Saturn looked much better with full sized buds that appeared to be grown and handled better. When I asked about a strain that would knock me out I was shown their GDP, and I now know why they are trying to give it away, that is the only way they will get it out of the door. GDP is a mediocre med at best and this was a poor sample of the strain.
The strain in my opinion that looked and smelled the best was the Mango. But since I really wanted to try one of the planetaries I opted not to get it. Another disappointment with the meds was the lack of variety in the Sativa category. Both Sour D and Chem/Dawg appear on their menu twice, they are in fact two different batches of each variety, but that made up around 50% of their Sativa menu.
Their bottom shelf stuff did not belong in any medical marijuana dispensary and was overpriced for what it was. They had Haze (well kinda) at $30 an eighth. If you purchased an eighth of this med you would have gotten more stem than flower in your eighth. Even at that low price if you have to smoke and waste more of the flower it isn't compassionate.
In the shelf next to the one housing the flowers was what I assumed was supposed to be the edibles case. The only edible in the case was a crumbling brownie in a zip-lock bag.
At one point in my examining the meds my attention was drawn to their "clone station". They had two of the saddest looking clones I have ever seen, and they had the gall to ask $20 for them. They were obviously damaged by what looked like thrips, and the damage was not under control. The few leaves on the plants were all yellowing. What was really bad was that both clones were just starting to show roots through the rockwool cubes, so they are selling un-rooted clones at $20 a piece, a bit of an unsavory practice if you ask me. The poor clones were placed under a standard four foot, two bulb T-12 fluorescent, with regular bulbs in the unit. It's no wonder the clones looked so bad.
As for the meds I purchased I went with the Saturn and one of the Chem/Dwags'. The Saturn is as it looks nothing more than an OG cut renamed. I was told this was one of their most potent and knock out Indica strains, after I told the kid that I use OG in the middle of my day. To top it off the bowl I have smoked of the Saturn would not stay lit, and burned down into a dark black chunk, this is not a healthy thing to see at the end of a bowl. I haven't even tried the Chem as I am waiting until I have a day off, in case I am as disappointed with it as I am with the rest of my experience.
All in all I am curious as to who it is that is leaving these wonderful reviews. This is not a place for anyone looking for a professional, comfortable, informative, and helpful experience. I can't even say this place is for those users on the hunt for the "dankest" strains out there, as true connoisseurs will not find anything that would stand up to their high standards. I hope what I have written here is not taken as a personal attack but is simply the truth about my experience.TheShadow -

Whats up everyone? I thought I needed to weigh in on the last two posts. I agree with both of you!!! I myself have been to alot of these places and I have to hand it to these guys they have a pretty nice place for just being open. The back is alittle lack luster, but Im sure they will fill out the space as they get the patient base to do so. They do have quite a few strains to offer but like mentioned a feel they do lack in the Sativa department. Not to say Indica isn't great, cuz its awesome and great for pain relief and sleep, but I love my sativas. Neways, back to the topic at hand. Their planetary strains do look appealing but for 65 an eighth I want big nuggs like also mentioned. OG does grow in little amounts, but these strains do pump out some nice nuggs so that argument is kind of weak, but accurate aswell. Maybe if they kept the jars more full it would persuade more peeps to grab some. I have stuck with there 50 and 55 dollar strains such as the Mango, Cantelope, Bubba and Super Sour D and have been very satisfied so far, but I would love to see some more sativas other than Diesels aswell. Like some Jack, SSH, Bullrider, Headband, Blue Dream, Pineapple express, Bluewreck or something along those lines. But all in all these guys have some nice flavors and definetely deserve a look if your in there area. Peace.

Okay Meds-Bad Service
I have been here on two different occasions and was disappointed both times.
The first time I bought lemon haze and it was okay but really harsh, the second time was just about the same.
Overall, the receptionists were jerks and the guy in the back is not of much help.lbbohena -

If your gonna pay 30 to 50 an 1/8th, then don't think your meds are gonna be super great. Stupid posts like the one before, obviously lemon haze is some booji ass shit. Dont be scared to spend 60 an 1/8th, you shiesters. I've found everyone a help over there and they have LA type meds no doubt only if you pay top dollar. To me its worth it, 10 dollars is not a big difference when your spending 50.

This was my first time going to GTS and it wont be my last. The staff was very friendly and welcoming,; you can tell the place is new but give the people credit, they got a tv and an xbox, what else do you need while you wait? The registration process was short and easy, no hassle at all. when i was taken back to the bud room its like others have said, a little unfurnished but a nice environment. They had a good selection of meds, good pricing, and the guy at the counter was more than polite helping me. I was very satisfied and will be back again.

GREAT!!!
I didn't have anything to help me go to sleep so I found this place is open til 11pm. That's right, 11PM EVERYDAY!!! I wasn't sure exactly where it was so I called as I was pulling into the parking lot. A cute girl came outside to show me where the place is. They were already off to a good start. The verification process was very quick. They had nice leather couches to relax on while waiting. There was a big screen TV with XBOX 360, High Times magazines, and even the current menu for you to review while you're waiting. The wait wasn't long and I was inside.
The bud tender was very knowledgeable. The bud was clearly marked with prices. They weigh everything out in front of you, using chopsticks to pick up the pieces so they don't disturb the bud... very professional. They used nice bottles and then put them in real Rx bags, stapled and taped closed. The guy recommended the perfect bud for my Insomnia. I went back the next day and the guy recognized me, remembered my name, and asked how the GDP worked out for me. I was very impressed by that. I got the green crack and OG Kush this time. THE GREEN CRACK IS AMAZING! I will definitely go back to this place as they have a great environment, young staff I can relate to, wonderful buds, and prices for everyone.HAQER -

This is a Top Notch dispensary in SD area. Closer to the inland people, great hours of operation, friendly girl working the office and the verification process was fast and easy. No having to worry about getting your pic or holding a card specific to them.
The lobby is one of the best i have been too. Comfy couches and a XBOX 360 to play. The back rooms atmosphere looks like it will be neat with the painting going on the wall. The guys behind the counter knew what they were talking about and had very good suggestions when asked about the strains. They also weigh out the buds in front of you.
The strains, lots of different strains to choose from and they are not bottom of the plant swagg. The buds look dense(depending on strain this varies)and lots of crystals. I got the Gods Gift at 105 and its high grade, stony, lots of crystals, dense and came in a big GREEN pill bottle. The price of the edibles is reasonable and better then most places as well,Travace -
1st visit
lady at front was so nice. but had to wait awhile & the guy in back was not that smart. for all my questions about the bud he just said we got it from a vender so idk. prices are pretty good. except one of the jars of hash had a small spot of mold. idk ended up getting a gram of catalope kush, OGxsourD, and green crack. I got a free gram of "grand daddy purps" cause it was my first time. sounds sweet. not that sweet. my total was supposed to be 55 for the three and then he gave me the free gram and said $60. w/e i got 4 grams for 60.
the clones didnt look good at all. some guy came in and said is this purple kush and the sales guy says ya. the first guy calls him out that its not and then sales guy goes idk we just get them from out vender.
green crack smells amazing. its alitttle darker then most green crack ive seen but it is dank. the "grand daddy purps" DOESN"T have a single spec of purple, good thing it was freebakmk -

been here a few times and each time the place is looking beter and better as for the reason were here the buds are of good quality nice n stinky but best of all stony.the hash looks very nice and staff is always in the good with me.as far as the clones, they could use a better setup, but hey at least they have clones riiight?best of all the specials!! could use more variety like make overstock on some uranus or some green krack ;),something other than the usual gdp or sour d .all in all this place is pretty awsome .dont forget to grab some candy on your way out =)!

Been to Green Tree twice now;)
Really like this place and I'll be going back! Love all the meds they provide, my fave is the 'Green Crack', so tasty!! I know they are just getting it together, but they need to be a bit more organized. When there are two patients in the meds room, the bud-tenders are in each others way and they only have one scale between them. Which made me have to wait to get meds. One bud-tender helping a patient, who was picking something from each jar, brought out all of the meds at once and had them all out on the counter. Maybe one at a time would help. Made it a bit confusing. Otherwise, it's very comfortable atmosphere and the people that help are very friendly. Prices are very fair.

This was my first time going here and is my new fave. For anyone in North County this is the closest south there is. I was checked in promptly and throughout my whole time there I was treated nothing less than courteously and respectfully to the fullest extents. They obviously understand the whole customer service and paying customer schpeel unlike some other dispensaries on this site that I have been to. I mean they're not going to brown nose you, after all its a give and take guys they are doing you an incredible favor by being open. The waiting room was very spacious and is the best one I have seen yet. I loved the super comfy looking long couch with the gigantic TV playing Game 2 of the NBA Finals (I forgot it was on tonight!! Thanks guys!!!) Anyhow when you get cleared and go in the back it is a hell of a lot better than some of previous reviews; I mean this place is obviously new and they are clearly working on making it nice for all you poshy critics who never dealt with a less than perfect room. There was only one other customer in there and someone immediately came in to tend to me. The area is not sketchy and neither were any of the people I saw inside there. The selection was great and accurate to what they had updated on this site for today. I got a 60 of the sour bubble and it is freaking amazing. I love me some sativa. Anyways that's about it I don't have the time or the aspirations of an author to write drab reviews like certain ones below.

3rd times the charm,
I had been to two previous dispensaries prior to this one, and Green Tree is by far the best one I've been to. I went this friday that had just passed and it is a patient-only facility with a security guy that sits on the stool near the entrance. The secretary was very helpful and nice, and only a few people are allowed in at a time and the waiting room has a sweet TV and they have a menu and prices out for you already. The selection is more than decent and the staff member helping me was nice enough to pick out a big nug for me and even let me mix and match my eighth just as long as the selections were the same price. I don't know how long they've been open, but they have a nice mural that is currently being painted on the wall, and they have clothes in there as well. I will definitely visit this dispensary often. DAAAAAAAAAAANKKKK!!

i like to get quantity and quality and i do like your meds but i never know how much an oz is going to b so i call and the best answer i get is oh it should say on the website or come in....ummmm 1st of all they dont say on the site and ya id much rather not waste my time and gas to drive there for them to give me an outlandish price or maybe tell me over the phone pleeeeease i live to far to just stop in whenever sorry .this is a issue for me and makes me not want to donate my money to this shop.all in all u guys are awsome!

Can't get enough!
I've been to this place many times now and each time their selection is excellent. I picked up their low-grade eighth last night and don't let the price fool you! C-99 was an excellent strain. Good high and didn't taste too bad either. Their bud room is getting cooler and cooler every time I come in. New additions like Seedless clothing and more clones are popping up. I also played CoD4 while I was waiting. :D Also, their dog was roaming around... I'm not a big fan of big dogs but this one was such a sweetheart. Thanks GTS! Keep it up.

Top notch!
This was my first time visiting a dispensary, and the folks at Green Tree definitely created a repeat customer. They had an excellent selection and great recommendations! I was recommended God's Gift and Kona Kush, both were strains I hadn't tried previously and so far I am blown away by the KK. I haven't yet tried the God's Gift, but I did try some of the free Grandaddy Purple that they sent me home with and it is also quite tasty. Last but not least, I also picked up some Green Crack Full Melt, and it is mind blowing. The customer service here was excellent from start to finish, and the staff seemed very well educated on their medicines and the effects of them. Next time I need to pick up I will be going back to Green Tree for sure!

Lies about the "Full Melt Green Crack"
i have gone to green tree solutions several times. The bud has always been dank but im always looking at the hash.
As a new customer i had asked the staff what the difference between full melt and half melt was before i really knew. The staff was honest with the answer and from what i have read elsewhere was true. They know what they are talking about.
So that day i picked up Half Melt. It was good and was exactly as they explained it would be. Fast forward to yesterday and i visit them to pick up some of the Full Melt as i have heard some great things about Full Melt Bubble Hash online. I buy a gram get home put some in a pipe and this stuff does NOT melt at all.
It is actually worse then the half melt i purchased before... This stuff does not liquidize when heated AT ALL. I feel highly lied too and it is very disappointing. I was on my way to being a regular at this place. Now, unless they want to make it right somehow im not sure i will continue to visit this co/op

GREEN CRACK Full melt??? This place HAD potential.
Definitely not so happy with my recent hash purchase either. What is claimed to be full melt green crack hash is nothing more than bunk, low grade hash. Now, take from this review what you will. I was very down with this place having visited it a handful of times now, impressed EVERY time with the quality of the bud. Period. The hash is a joke and I really just want to throw it away, plain and simple. It tastes like I am burning a piece of plastic. What they claim to be full melt is the same dirt that some other clubs try to push off as chocolate hash, salt and peper hash, etc. Thanks for charging me $30 for some Green Crack Hash, which I have had before from different dispensaries and it was BOMB, and putting a bad taste in my mouth for your dispensary. great selection of different strains of bud with very good prices. Also picked up some of the Graham Chocolate Drizzle's as well and i can't wait till tomorrow to try those. This was my first ever trip to a club as i just received my card and it was a very easy experience. Will be returning to this place again.

first off, price sucks at all co ops, so disregard the 3 star for price....second i bought a gram of full melt hash from this place like a month ago.....you guys are trippin or u got a bad batch, cause the fult melt has i got was off the hook ......i only smoke it like once in a blue moon, so i still have some....it bubbles and melts right through the screen if you dont hit it right....if you guys wanna see how dank this shit is request a pic and ill post it......max

Never Disappointed!
I'm a frequent patient of Green Tree and I gotta say I'm always surprised and NEVER disappointed when I'm picking out meds. The top shelf is bomb of course, every co-op must boast their best on the top...but with Green Tree, DON'T OVERLOOK THE OTHER SHELVES!!!

I packed a big order for a camping trip recently and I won't lie, I was straight retarded for the duration thanks to the bomb bud, amazing hash and really effective edibles. Everyones always really cool, weights are definitely compassionate, and compared to other co-ops around, I'm more comfortable being here and I leave more satisfied. What more could a patient around SD ask for?

I like this place
Well I can't compare the setup with anything else because it was my first trip to a dispensary... I did think the place was nice, and it was a smooth operation. I was there on 06/28/09 and the dank selection was pretty good. I went with the Saturn, and Sour D II... both are dank, and I definately like them both. I just wish the buds were a little bigger, pretty much all buds in the place were popcorn nugs(maybe thats normal for dispensarys) They give u free gram of GDP on your first trip, so that was cool but the GDP was not as good as some other I smoked months ago. On price, I thought it was a little expensive, except the free gram defintely made up for that... I may go back here, but I will try some other places before I do.

the staff is very helpful and works quickly. there is security there and that guy is pretty chill. there was also a dog there that was pretty chill. the meds are good and there are so many choices, sometimes its hard to just pick one. there is even some pretty girls that work there and thats always a good thing.

GREENTREE IS BY FAR THE BEST IN SD
Green Tree is the best co-op in SD by far.... Love the Flower, and the Hash, and especially the chocolate goodies, since i am the one who makes them. I am in most all Co-op's in SD and Greentree is the best by far. He has the strongest chocolate in town, made with high quality flower that does the job. The flower selection is unbeatable as well, alwayse have large selection of all types, i stick with the top shelf myself.. Make your way down, Expirence the best in all around Quality, Green tree....

Good meds, price is OK, and peeps are friendly...
I have been to GTS a handful of times and let me say the flowers are the real deal for SD. The planetary strains and Kush they have are legit and consistently stocked. The prices are a tad high but I have gotten price breaks on 1/4's. Have tried a few edibles and I felt their potency were less then satisfactory. I am an edibles guy, so my tolerance is high on these. They were a tad pricey with not as much of an effect as I would have liked. All the BT's were cool and it's a comfortable environment. Yes, the ladies at the front are cute. Too bad no vapor room with the nice sofas, could be good times...just throwin' that out there.

This place has the best atmosphere out of any of the clubs i have been to. The couch is really comfy. The buds are always consistant and you can always find a dank for a good price, although for a few extra bucks gets you a real good medication! Open late for the night run and there is always parking.

Green Tree Solutions was THE FIRST clinic I went to after receiving my recc. GTS came highly recommended from a few peers who have been there before, so I was really looking forward to the experience and stock ;).
My first visit was amazing! Quick and easy verification, extremely friendly staff and an array of a few top quality buds.
That's the thing at this club -YOU MUST search out the dankest batch -for example, some 60 dollar eights are actually weaker than some 55's, so TAKE your TIME when you are deciding on what medication to get from here.
GTS is an awesome local establishment that I will continually support -however my visit last night, the 16th, was anything but what I have described; there was only one server in the back room (which he made apparent by telling us that three times) and he being stressed himself, stressed out the entire process. Not going to name names or any BS -but hey, GTS, if you guys are going to have one employee run the counter one night, try and pick the least agitated one.
other than that -you'll find me here frequently throughout the weeks to come.

Nice Place Week Meds
I bought the Sour D and Blue Dream. The Sour D was harsh and not very strong and the Blue dream was almost moldy smelling like it got wet or wasn't properly cured and it wasn't very strong. The Grand Daddy & Cheese were decent.

I freakin love this place! First place I ever visited after I got my doctors rec. I loved it immediately. From the friendly girls at the front desk, who are sooo helpful in everyway. To the helpful budtenders in the back. The selection is always awesome..ranging from regular street prices, to 65 an eighth for their Planetary Strains. If you have the few extra bucks and want something amazingly strong to relieve any discomfort/pain, the planetary are the way to go! You will completely think it's worth the price once you try it!!!
What I mostly like is always being greeted in an enthusiastic/friendly manner by Melinda and Kelsey! They are able to handle a busy lobby with ease!! And the budtenders in the back are professional and very helpful in guiding you in the right direction, as to what would work best for your ailment.
The cool thing is they have a great selection ranging from 50-65 eighths..nothing over 70!!! and like I said the 65 is only the planetary strains and they are WELL worth the extra money trust me!!!!!!! earth-mars-uranus!!!! mmm mmm

Yes the price is kind of steep but not that bad! I paid for 1/2 $160.00 (BIG BUGD) for some dank stuff that will last me a few weeks not so bad for me. It works quickly and lasts awhile. I usually stick to lower cost from them because it lasts longer then the for $$ stuff because those I notice wear off quicker but hit harder. Depends on what you want and need. I need mine to sleep and deal with some PTSD and pain management for a tumor removed from my skull. So I smoke it every night. I like the bud tenders, always nice, courteous, and not pushy. Also knowledgeable. The newer guy is making strides and already doesn't seem new. The staff here is always happy to see you with a big smile and very helpful. I never have seen more then 1-2 people coming to shop when I go at 12 pm. But the staff all 4 times has been more then nice, and helpful to me. I even got lost on my first time there and they were nice and got me there. I didn't see it behind the burger king. Kind of hiding. But if your a SD local or a nearby SD like north county this place is great and worth a short drive or even a longer one. I used to drive to OC every time I needed some but now I go here and I am home with in an hr from NC.

nice separate cool waiting room with lots to read. staff knows what their talking about and actually give good recommendations. The only dispensary to consistently have the planet strains which is what their known for. Probably the best dispensary quality wise in san diego county. i recommend jupiter and venus strains. also the afgoo bubble hash is as must also. edibles are just like any other place here.

So, it's 10:45 PM, and I realize I forgot my meds in the Inland Empire on localish business trip. The only problem is, I suffer from severe insomnia and restless leg syndrome, so needless to say I won't be sleeping tonight if I can't find some meds.

This place was actually open until 11. It's 10:48, and I'm 20 minutes away from the place. I call them immediately, and say "Hello, I'm SOOOOO sorry to ask this, but I'm about 15 out, and I'm in desperate need due to bad insomnia. Can you find it in your heart to stay after a MAXIMUM of 5 minutes while I haul ass to get there".
The lady who answered must have given me the largest sigh I've ever heard in my entire life. "SIGH................................................ OK, but please hurry, because we don't like staying after.". Imagine that, someone who doesn't like staying after work.
I told her that 11:05 would be late for me.
I jump in my RSX Type-S, and cruise at about 95-100 the entire way.
I think I'm about the luckiest person on earth right now, as I pull up to the place, when my phone ticks 11:01.
I walk up, and no one is answering the door. I call 2-3 times, and no one answers the phone.
1 minute after they supposedly close, they completely neglect someone who received a confirmation that they would stay open just a few minutes later.
So, needless to say, It's Teusday at 11:37, and I will be performing a combination of drinking and crying to get to sleep tonight.

Kush planets and colors
I smoked some Platinum Kush and then another bowl of Electric Purp and slept like a baby all night. Usually, I have the irritating 'wake up at 3 am, can't sleep, look for weed' syndrome but not last night! I like the large parking lot, and awesome Burger King next to it with its dollar menu.

House Shake so good you almost need 2 split philli
Green Tree Solutions solves my day to day problems. House shake is a nice mixture of plenty high quality flowers. This has been my 4th time buying bomb shake. Right texture to burn in a Peach flavored split philly, not too dry and not too moist. Takes a bit longer to settle in, [ I had a 15 minute delay ] where I started to get anxious I wasn't gonna get high so I took an unnecessary bong toke.

The place to go..
I was very happy to be verified with my passport since I lost my CA ID. I'm a P.B. local and this spot is just right up the hill from me. I was really surprized that they stayed open so late and it was busy. There was a dude in there painting a big piece of the planets/solor system while I was waiting for my turn with the budtender. Very nice selection of Indica and Sativa, ended up walking with a first time 4 gram eighth of SATURN...a very pungent indica promised to put me out by the budtender. Well it did the trick. I also picked up a couple edibles that I havent eaten yet, but will soon. Overall a hands down 4 outta 5 rating!!! Check this place out.

I have been coming to Green Tree since its beginning, have always supported the local shop. but lately my friendly budtenders have looked so tired... maybe its all the new "constumers", whoops i mean patients, same mistake as the budtender last night... well whatever is was i felt almost unwelcome... which was sad since i have always seen Green Tree an awesome place for coming by and having a nice talk about the medications and getting to know other patients. not just a storefront. only reason i am knocking on the staff is just for some constructive criticism asking for a bit more compassion. (but ladies at the front have always been very nice.)
the management is great over all about the consistentency of the meds. The quality is around where it should be. the donations are just to little to high. 60-65 is too high for a eighth in the hard times for the economy. for example earth and headband both look like very potent and desirable picks, yet cant afford to spend that much on medication. personally i love picking up a half oz and split it into 2 quads. At Green Tree most $100 quads they do for 180 a half (still expensive)but atleast that brings down my eighths to $45. (and i stay awake at night thinking about the other meds out my price range)
well ill definately be back. i still love the place. just hopeing for further improvement. On top of the great job they have been doing. Hopefully i see a big (not tired, or exasperated) smile next i walk thru those doors! ONE LOVE, LETS ALL GET TOGETHER AND BE ALRIGHT

Great club but the pricing on top shelf a bit much
I checked out this place before my trip to Disneyland and it wasnt hard to find. I wasnt expecting to get anything but edibles but i had to at least check out some of their flowers. I checked out most of their planetary strains and the Pluto was a winner. I usually dont pay anything over 55 an eighth but Ive had this strain a long time ago (It was called something else) and I like the Sativa effects it gives me. 65 and eighth was good because it was my first time and they hooked it up with 4.0. Honestly I wont pay 65 again but thats just me. The hash edibles were off the hook though!! It would of been nice for ten bucks but thirteen is okay i guess. Overall they could work on the pricing on the eighths and edibles which would make this club number 1.

"HEADBAND"
Stopped in yesterday afternoon in search of the elusive "Headband". Luckily they had an eighth for me, pretty much the last eighth cause someone came in right behind me and got the very last of it. I love this strain, such a powerful punch it packs...and the smell, it smells like shit, but shit in a good way;)...keep that stuff around! I also picked up some "Vanilla Kush" which I thought would have a lot more taste than the budtenders described.

Picked up a 1/4 of North Shore and a hash brownie. North Shore is really crystally and one of the nugs they gave me probably weighed out to 1/8th which is sick, but it tasted like shit out of a pipe, real harsh and dry even though it was sticky. When I tried it out of a bong it tasted a lot better. I guess for $110 I was looking for a little bit better taste.
Hash brownie was nice. I made sure to not eat before so I could feel the full effects. It was a really chill body high and I'm lookin forward to when I eat the other half.
I'm a regular at Green Tree and this was the first time I didn't buy their best bud because my budget was a little tight. But, I think I'll cough up the extra 10 cause it really made a big difference in quality. If the North Shore had been cheaper I'd probably be a happy customer.babyeyez -
Ounce Selection
Greeen Tree usually has a nice selection of OZ specials. My friend and fellow Green Tree patient and I decieded to split the MANGO and Mr. NICE both priced at 325 an ounce. We both thought the MANGO was rather dry, but still delivered a nice fruity smell and taste. Mr. NICE was nicer, a little crisp, but full of crystals. Both really got us baked and at the price we payed, a very good deal I would say..

Go here if you want consistently potent buds
Have been visiting this chill establishment since its opening in May. Really quick verification/application process. Signed only 1 or 2 pages. And off to the budroom I went where I saw a dozen or so jars of really good looking buds. Especially the "planetary" kushes. Sniffed a couple of jars, and couldn't decide between the Mercury or Uranus, so the BT suggested the Uranus for my ailments since I was looking for a good sleep med. Got a quarter oz, quickly drove home and packed a bowl. Tasty..and within minutes i was practically crawling to bed. So good. I still have a small amount of this Uranus Kush I got in May and it is not as sleep inducing as before. Still strong, but more heady and alert now. Sometimes the Kushes I buy become more sativa like as they age. Oh and the free GDP they had at the grand opening was even more adept at knocking me out, but I'm a more kush guy as I tend to build a tolerance to purple strains rather quickly.
I also really liked the Mars they had in June. So pungent and a really intense, all in the head sativa-effect for me. Seems like this place has an established stable of growers as the buds have stayed consistently potent, with little to no drop off in potency with every new batch.
Price, well it doesn't really matter since I've been burned too many times buying cheaper buds which were not potent enough to treat my insomnia. This place has the goods to help me catch some zzzzzzs, that's all I care about.
Keep up the good work! And please get the Darth Vader in on a more regular basis, it always sells out before I can even try it.Skywalker -

Great guys, hot chick up front that didn't let me forget my keys. These guys know the backgrounds and genetics of their strains, which I think is most important when selling clones. Excellent clone selection that they keep updated daily, which is something 99% of clubs don't do so they can lure you in based on old stock. Wrote the wrong address down in my GPS and visited Top Quality first... bought some crap there, asked for the address to Green Tree and a specific A-Hole at Top Quality wouldn't give me the address or number! And it wasn't my first time there... well, that's obviously no reflection on Green Tree, but it was part of my experience today trying to find it today. Huge lobby, lots of reading material to keep you buys... they do it one person at a time which some people may not find convenient, however I LOVE it because I don't want every mofo knowing what I'm buying or how much money I'm rolling around with. Unlike other clubs out there these guys aren't shady, just everyday dudes... and did I mention the cute girl who made sure I didn't forget my keys? Anyway, thanks guys and you've got a return customer.

Always on Point
This place is the friendliest store front I've ever been to. Great waiting area with couches and lots of great reading materiel. Buds are amazing! loved the planets, Earth was awesome. was in on Thursday and the guy working was very knowledgeable and helpful. I live a little ways away from them but i make it a point to stop in every time i'm in San Diego! Thanks for everything the store looks better and better every time i come in.

Very easy to find, and discreet location right off of clairemont mesa blvd. Once in they had a cute reception girl making verification not so much of a chore. This collective had a very large waiting room with some art on the walls and several comfortable looking couches but it was early when i came so i was straight to the back with no pause or wait.
Once in the well lit back room the menu board looked kinda hectic but i was handed a piece of paper with their huge selection of strains printed on it to get a second look. I was notified id be give an 4.0 1/8 for my first visit which is always a big plus. The budtender was very helpful and didnt mind busting the lid of almost ever jar to allow me to smell and observe many many strains. The planetary strains they have here all looked magnificent, unique and potent. the budtender gave me really good recommendations on what strains to buy he wasnt trying to hype me on any bullshit strains or what not.
I ended getting the Earth and Bubba Kush. Once home i tried these strains and i have to say they are both top notch! Both were covered in trichomes, very dense, super sticky and super potent. the Earth strain had the most unique after taste and smell and the most crippling head rush. Their prices on donations were comparable to the other SD collectives but id still like to see the cap lowered by 5 to 10 bux on 1/8ths. I for sure will visit this collective again soon.strungout -
What's up with the 2 different GDP's?

Now you know I have a preference for your shop but what's up with the 2 different types of GDP's? One was definitely a weaker strain. Pissed me off! Because my last pick up was some bomb ass GDP and then a few days ago I got GDP again and it was weak sauce. But then tonight, I got the way better heavy-hitter GDP. And my lungs don't lie so if I coughed like a 13 year old again, you know it was good. And you know it's good when 5 minutes after you take your first toke, you're not thinking about getting higher because you're already hiighhh!!
My last awesome experience with this batch was a record sleep time of 5-6 hours! Usually, I'll take my last toke, sleep for 3-4 hours and then wake up at 3-4am like "damn! wheres my bong?!" But this time, I didn't wake up until maybe 5:30a-6ish which was like holy crap because everyone misses those days of wake and bake. So I get to wake, bake, think about food, then pass out until 10am.

Yo.. Big Nick here.. I've been to Green Tree Solutions twice but never gave them the review they deserved.. First time in was GREAT.. Got the first time patient deal but I cant remember what that was.. I grabbed a quarter of Headband and a quarter of one the planetary strains because the tender highly recommended it.. I believe it was Earth.. I even talked the guy down on price.. Oh how I hate paying those kook prices.. I'm soo used to that special treatment.. The Headband was nice like always but the Earth was FIRE!! The next time in I went straight planetary.. I got a quarter of Neptune and I think a quarter of Venus.. Either Venus or Mars.. This time he was trying to charge me the kook price.. But I'm not a KOOK.. This was hard for me to do.. OK the strains were BOMB... But not the KOOK pricing.. I took a star off on staff and pricing because 1 I had to pay the KOOK price and 2 because the staff wouldnt lower that KOOK price when I'm buying a little something.. It was a half.. The only reason I took a star off on quality was because of the FAKE names.. The planetary starins are BOMB but what are the real names.. I can tell they all are Kushes but which kinds.. If they are crossed.. Then crossed with what?? Well if you read this they definitely get my thumbs up.. Their flowers are TOP NOTCH!! I just like to know what I'm getting.. So I found this place on weedmaps, saw free 4.0 eighth for 1st timers. I thought the 1st timers thing was 4 free grams, but then I started thinkin about it, and thought no way. So you just get a free 1/2 oz when you buy a 1/8. Making your 1/8 4.0 grams. I'm spelling it out for any of you who are already medicated or thought what I did the way they word it. I got my card in June, so I've been going everywhere getting the free 1st timers stuff to find me a spot. Check-in was fast, very nice girl @ the desk, but the guard was not friendly. I'm from Arkansas, and being a true southerner I'm super friendly and a chatterbox. I'm making small talk while I'm getting verified, talking about the PIT BULL in the waiting room (she looked so NOT scary, just chillin being sweet), But the whole time he's got his arms crossed giving me this go to hell look like I'm packing heat or some shit. I'm a mom of three who is probably the LEAST scary person ever. That was annoying. But a HUGE waiting room, going into a very small med area. I got a gram of some banana OG, which was very nice, smelled like banana and mj all at the same time. Good body high. For my eighth, I split it between Headband & Fire OG. Both were awesome, and the budtender was super nice, knew quite a bit, and weighed it out in front of me which I loved. Especially since instead of 5 grams I probably left with 7. But the Headband and Fire were both TERRRIFIC. Normal prices. I wish the planets were cheaper, but I haven't tried them yet, so I don't know if they're worth the price. But I totally will be going back just for those planets, I just won't say anything to the jerk guard, I'll just pet the dog and talk to her instead. lol.

Fire, Decent Prices, OZ deals....but some of the budtenders are kinda lame. all uptight when they weigh out the meds, they weigh 8ths out to exactly 3.5 and if it weighs 3.6 3.7 theyll put the extra back in the jar. when i have bought oz's and asked for $5-10 off on something else on top of already paying $300-400 they wont budge except for one time and the guy was acting like i was being cheap or trying to rip him off. Besides that the meds are top quality and most strains are decently priced, the check-in girl is nice, the guard is polite, and i like the dog. Murals are cool and they also got a water tank dispenser which is nice if your thirsty. Overall, i still recommend them to anyone looking for real top shelf strains.

mmmm lambsbread!
i came by green tree a few days ago and picked out some lambsbread that was very potent and full of trichs. the aroma was pungent and the bud was not too dense but perfect. i was told to try out the gdp because it was "fiire" i took a peek knowing i dont like gdp . CRRRRAAAAAP DADDY PURPLE.i was reminded why after he busted out this "fiire" gdp.it was very leafy, could have used some trim work and i saw no visable trichromes nor any satisfying smell.i wouldnt have recommended that gdp to anyone.

Nice murals...
While it is clear this place is newer and still setting up, it is a nice sized location with good strains to choose from. I love the Alice and Wonderland mural and the space mural currently being painted...
When I first got my card, I went to five dispensaries (on 8/12) and liked what I got (Bubba Kush) here at the Green Tree the best. Hands down. I was disappointed when I came back 8/17 and they were out of the it but I got some good Indica (Earth)
Overall I like this place. There are always nice people here, it's got good parking, its well lit and bright, and the strains are overall good quality.StoneFox -

AFter visiting other places in the San Diego area makes me like GTS more and more. Brief pause of a wait the last few times, didnt even have enough time to sit down and look at any of their great reading materials. I like how this place has consistent high quality strains at 50 an 1/8 that other places would likely charge for more. And when it comes to their top strains i cant help but enjoy the planet strains here even though they were 65, the earth, venus and saturn were all amazing. I also have noticed them overweighing my meds here which is also a pleasant surprise and they also cut you a price break even when mix and matching 1/4s or 1/2s. See ya soon thanks again GTS.

Went in and got some Pineapple express and green crack. The buds are great. Overall I'm clostrophobic and the back room was a little tight for my taste but the lounge where you wait was quite comfortable. Easy check in, nice staff, good selection and easy parking. Nice they give you a break on most quarters.

my first visit..
When I arrived it was right in the middle of lunch time so there were a lot of cars in the parking lot and in line for BK drive-thru. Check in was quick and only a 1 page form to fill out. I really liked all the murals and the big open space with the couches is chill!
The back room was way smaller compared to the waiting area but the BT was very friendly and the buds looked good. Overall good prices on all buds, except for the planetary strains but they could be priced worse, I guess. But on a recommendation from the BT, I purchased some Saturn and Chem Dawg. Both were very good. Saturn put me right to sleep- and I slept all through the night! Right off the freeway, good buds, and good peeps I am for sure coming back! Thanks!LiLMissMayShine -
Another trip to my local pharmacy.
Went here the other night it was busy but not a long wait. I like the only 2 person(s) at a time. I also like how quickly I got seen. Got heavy duty was great for a cheaper bud, very sleepy bud too. Back room is like a 20 x 10 I wanna say in size, so its not super tiny I have been to other clubs whom sell in a 8X8 size room with little stuff, and like 4 people at a time in the tiny room to buy. Unlike this place whom has a wide variety from clones, to buds, to clothes, and so on. A 2 person limit. So it's not really that small. Great deal on the smoke and awesome buds. Been coming here for a few months and I really like it. I will be trying an edible next trip down to the pharmacy. I will make a review on which one I get and how good it is. Lots of buds, great quality, average to lower price(s) for some stuff and wide variety in selection. And as always knowledgeable staff, whom are very friendly and whom want to help. So I will keep on returning until their bud sucks, prices go up like gasoline or the staff sucks. And I will be sure to let you all know. :)

unique murals - nice selection
Came here on a monday looking for some things to make my week a bit brighter. Got two top shelf eighths, $60 each. Some of the blue dream, and some of the sour diesel. They had two different blue dreams, and the tender told me they never have two different kinds unless the first one was just bad and they buy a batch from someone else. So i went with the 2nd batch of blue dream. I was not too impressed with the taste or high on the blue dream, especially for the price. The sour diesel was not a very true diesel. It looked and smelled good, but once i broke it open, i saw some evidence of pest problems during the grow. It smoked mediocre. I'm going to give this place another shot since i did like the comfortable setting and the large selection. I do think that taste and quality should determine the prices though, not just how many nutrients were used on the plants to beef up the look/smell.

ok walking through the parking lot i could smell the sweet sensimila leaking through the door of the place. as soon as i get to the door though the dam security un straps his gun like some shit is gonna pop off or sumtin(paul mccarty lookin muthafucka) o well cute girl at the reception desk made up for it(had some REAL hash cakes if ya noe what i mean) verification took as long as i could rush through the thankfully one sheet of paper work, girl personally walks me over my recommendation as i lounge on the comfortable as couchs thats wat i call customer service. bud room was small but perfect so i could see all the bud without walking a dam football field, guy was chill as hell(ryan i think) and helped me pick out the best bud. snagged an edible and i was out that bizzness. definitly a must for true pot smokers. aint even smoked yet i but i knoe the dankness of the shyte is on point

Good selection!
All the employees here are extreamly nice, they have a really nice waiting room, it is big, with comfy couches, and menus to check out while you wait! I enjoy this place, but for me it is a bit of a drive, and I have a huge truck, parking kinda sucks for me. But when I do go there it is always worth it! A really great place! The selection is amazing! I have tried a lot from there, and EVERYTHING has been really good! The hash brownies are really stong, they get the job done, and they are super yummy!

I live pretty close to this co-op so I stop by when it's 10:30 and I want something different. It's a very LA-style dispensary, with a nice waiting room and a cute receptionist. I'm not a big OG fan so the planetary strains don't usually do it for me, but they have a good selection of other top shelves if you come in on a good day. My only complaint is the prices, I know how expensive those strains are wholesale but 25 dollar grams are an ancient SD relic of a drier time down here and I think we can all agree it's time to make 20 the basic

Vast selection and the best waiting room I've been
I really feel comfortable coming here. The vibe here is welcoming and relaxing. I was so un-paranoid! The waiting room has the feel of a veterinary office, being dog-friendly, and comfy with appropriate reading material while you wait, which isn't long. This is important to me, I don't like going to sketchy places that have that dealer-ish, unsavory feel. Green Tree Solutions, thankfully is not sketchy at all. In fact Green Tree Solutions has a, dare I say, "wholesome" quality to it? I feel safe here even at night, and parking is never an issue. The secretary is prompt and polite, verifying is quick.
The selection is vast. So many strains, were talking dozens, several dozen varieties . I've had "Bubba Kush", "Brainchild", "Sour D" and "Snocap", to name a few. I think the general quality is good, not great. I've never gotten shitty buds here, but I do question the pricing method. Is a $50 strain 20% less potent than a $60 strain? It seems I've gotten both $50 and $60 strains and the quality varies: some $50's are stronger than some $60's. What dictates prices? Supply/demand? The scarcity of the bud, like wine? I'd really like to know.
I really have nothing bad to say about this place. Other than I wish their meds cheaper;) I did ding GTS one 'bud quality' star for keeping strains that were obviously dried out and crumbly looking. (Hint: time for a half/off sale.) Still, I recommend Green Tree over others for the level of customer satisfaction and professionalism from the secretary to the budsmen in the back room. I am a modern day neandirthal, so I will try to be as specific and helpfull to whomever may be concerned. Let me first start by telling you that I am now high, and typing while high is very difficult, atleast for me. However, that will be my only criticism, for I feel that the positve effects of the medicine far outway the negative. Let me go further and state that I am not a psychologist, but I would highly recommend this product, as a supliment, for marriage counciling. Soon after my wife and I smoked the product, we began to not only talk, but communicate and otherwise be merry with one another. I won't get too detailed in the specifics, but I would say that we recieved great benefits while medicated.

at first i thought this place was top of the line. but every time i go there the planets are always their best meds. if your like most of the people you cant afford it. 10 bucks and 20 bucks help normal people like me and most of the world. the first time i went in there the staff was nice and cool then went down hill from there. they seem like they dont care, or their just to high to care. anyways i had the mars and the platinum sour d out and the guy was confused which one i got and how much my change was. it was really just lame. i say that because the guy next to me was helped real fast with no stupidity.

i wasnt too impressed with green tree. the building was nice with a comfortable waiting room, but upon arrival there was a bunch of kids my age(19ish) standing outside high and just hanging out. the girl behind the desk was very nice and her cuteness added to the smooth registration. i was taken back to their room which seemed more as a skate shop due to skate decks, rasta colors, and bongs posed against the wall. the meds were of decent quality a bit higher priced, i felt i was a nussance to the two guys behinde the counter, due to their discussion of one of the girls from outside they were watching on camera, but bought some of the mars and a brownie. i cant say the environment was pleasing but the meds were pretty good and the later hours allow me to stop by after work.

This location was raided, and it is of no surprise that it was.
The location, next to a tattoo parlor and a Burger King, and right across the street from Cheetas, might seem appealing; but it is crawling with neer-do-wells and other individuals i dont feel safe around. Almost every time i frequented this location there were teenagers hanging outside, sitting in their cars; waiting for friends to return from inside the shop.
Even though the girls are cute behind the counter; i have seen, on several occasions, the girl rolling joints right behind the counter....questionable at the very least.
The meds themselves are a tad bit overpriced; and the quality is somewhat questionable. I hate it when a club just puts fake names on product, assuming that we will buy the "OG Kush" because the label says so. This collective puts its own names on strains....and most were mediocre at best.
The folks behind the counter looked like people i would have purchased off the street from, had they not set up shop. The murals and other artwork on the walls are nice to look at; but the overall atmosphere of this place was shady at the least.
If you are looking for a quick fix, this place will meet that need. The nugs are better then some of the other fly-by-night collectives in town, but the edibles are nowhere near worthwhile.
When you see stuff like big screen TV's, XBOX360s, and thousand dollar murals up on the walls, you might want to question where the money for such unnecessary decor comes from. The answer usually is, the overpriced meds you are buying.
It seems as though the lack of regulation in San Diego has allowed places like this to open up. Despite the raids, these places all seem to have a similar modus operandi; set up shop, get as much cash as they can, and wait to get shut down.
I would love to see people operating these locations with the strict scrutiny that some of the finer LA collectives use. I hope that once everyones tempers flare down; that the city will recognize that collectives need to operate, and that the city needs to set up standards that allow them to operate within the letter of the law.delta hedging -
The Real
I believe they were raided, but for me this was one of the better spots. Med quality was great and prices were better than most if you buy more. I consistently recieved great GDP, bubba kush, sour d, and sour og and prices didnt break the bank, would give deal for halves, which no one else has done thus far....was paying between 170-190 for top of the line meds(half oz prices). True, area was questionable, numerous younguns around, girl receptionist(the younger one) was great eye candy and always nice, the budtenders did seem like your average dealer though...pretty funny to me. Location was cool but once again was raided and there is always a reason for that! THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICES WHILE YOU LASTED THOUGH!!!

Of the 14 "shops" that were raided it appears Green Tree Solutions was indeed operating within the law. The long arm of the law may have taken all there was to take but when you operate business properly you can start re-building.

Prices for planetary were 65...too high for San Diego if you ask me. Staff was very friendly, girl behind counter was cute...good business idea Green Tree. Atmosphere was great as there were murals and cannabis related reading materials. Concerning the meds...mostly indoor super chemed buds...that being said, they were flushed well and turned out quite well but I do prefer my meds with minimal additives for ease of mind.

Glad to see GTS back. This has been the primer club in SD for awhile. The quality of the higher ends meds is good. The planetaries are cured very nicely, taste good, but need to come down 5-10 in price, because they are not THAT good. Far from Norcal or even LA quality, and I'm laughing at the guy who thinks Mars is the "best shit ever", but its still very bomb. The house shake is a great deal for you joint and blunt smokers, usually has some decent size nuggies in it and is a blend of everything they have so there is a good mix.
Tried some Vanilla Kush that was recommended. It was crap.
Tried some Allen Wrench that was recommended and it was excellent.
Its very hit or miss here, as some $55 are better then the $65, but then some are worse then the lower end buds. And stop buying GDP here, thats there low end strain. Those who shop by how "crystally" something is are going to be disappointed, the best bud here is not the best looking.
GTS, here are some tips:
-Drop the top shelf buds down, and save those $60 and $65 dollar price tags for something that is worth that much.
-Get some nice outdoor grown stuff. You can almost smell the chemicals in your weed, and good outdoor is much better then good indoor. I've gotten a headache from 1/4 of the bud that I have purchased from you.
-What happened to your menu on here? I like to see what my options are before I drive down there.SDOCLA -

Used to be a Green Tree regular back when they started up to when they got raided...the employees have recovered nicely after being harassed and robbed by our fuckin idiot city officials. They don't realize these guys will soon be back up supplying San Diegans with a wide choice of medical marijuana and I hope it happens soon! The back room has been stripped of the clothes and posters but I'm sure it'll all be back up soon. Picked up some Grape Ape had a really nice taste great indica buzz, always impressed with Green Tree buds!
I wish nothin but the best for Green Tree and i hope they don't have to endure another episode like the raids on the 9th.

Very Nice!
I'm really glad this place opened back up after the raids, I had heard a lot of good things and really wanted to check it out. Verification was quick and easy. The buds looked great, especially the planetaries (straight fire), but they were a little over priced. I was able to pick up a nice eight of Sensi Star and a gram of Ogre and both were awesome. The staff seemed to know a lot about the different strains and they were very helpful. The only thing that could make this place better is if they capped the eighths at $60. Other than that this place was great and you should definitely check it out if you're looking for a safe and convenient place to pick up your meds.

I was giving these guys a lot of slack, what with the raids and everything, but they're really blowing it. Honestly, maybe if the budtenders weren't some teenage jerks it'd be alright, but I always feel like I'm inconveniencing whoever is serving me. No hook-ups EVER, and expect to pay 65 dollars to get anything good. I'm not saying the planetaries aren't fire, but I can drive 5 minutes in any direction and get fire OGs for at most 60, without having to get condescended to by a budtender.

Aweosme Place!
Disregard all negative comments about this club. Yes the atmosphere is a little weird, but that is to be expected after you get raided. They are slowly building back up to where they used to be, and the meds are not disappointing at all. The edibles and concentrates are back and dank, and the new budtenders are not too bad if you actually take the time to talk to them. From somebody who has been to tons of clubs, I think that Green Tree is one of the best in San Diego. The prices are unbeaten all around town, and the quality of buds is always better than anywhere else. They have the best hours, and nicest staff around. I will always go to Green Tree over the competition, any day of the week. Be open minded and show them a little bit of support.

I used to frequent Green Tree all the time from when they opened up to a couple months ago...and the bud was always great and I enjoyed coming in and talkin to the budtenders that I knew on a first name basis. Green Tree was my number one place for awhile and I really had no complaints. Then the raids happened. Things have never been the same here and it's really disappointing. There's this new guy budtending now, doesn't know shit, like SHIT at all. Only that the highest price bud is "the dankest".
I gave them a 4 for price because they did have a lot of buds on the board that were 100 quarters which is really nice to see...unfortunately, the new budtender led me to believe the were "not worth it, if you got the $120 you should probly just go with the Mars". I don't know why you would buy meds that aren't worth it if this dude is just gonna advertise against them. I did end up going with the Mars because I know its a tried and true good bud and it tastes really good, but 7.2 for $120 worth of bud? I know any of the homies at Green Tree woulda been a lil more compassionate than that.

Good San Diego Dispensary
I've been going here a while now, its a good club for san diego. There is usually a good $50-55 eight that is as good as the $65 planetary eighths and the homies hook it up. Definitely the only club to go to in san diego, i just wish the cap was a little lower, like dispensary's in LA. But the service is always good, and I'm never disappointed in my visits to green tree.

Not the same as before
I was a loyal member at Green Tree for some months before they were shook down by Boston Bonnie's Henchmen. It seems that there quality, and overall patient consideration has all but dissapeared. I want to make clear that MOST of the staff there is excellent. However, on more than one occassion there have been these two characters that "appear to work" there, but only work to impead selection by recommending their most expensive, which from my experience isn't always worth it. I can justify $65 an eighth, but only if it is the "1 hitter quiter", not because of a fancy name or presumed genetics. I find it bothersome when you are a returning patient and it takes longer than it should to check in because the guy who looks like Rob Dyrdik is on myspace and not letting the receptionist sit in her desk to access my file. Dude, I saw it with my own eyes. Another time I came in they told me I needed my original recommendation since the popo's took their files. So I returned home to fetch the documents. I wish that they would have posted that info on weedmaps before sending me on a circle jerk trip home and back. Upon return, I was informed that the flower I had been geting consistently was priced wrong even though their advertised price on the menu was the same price I have paid several times for the same flower. I pleaded and explained my case, however the budtender chuckled and pretty much told me too bad so sad. They wanted to charge eighth prices all the way up for a 1/2 oz of their mid-grade. Insane. If I hadn't waisted my time going home to get my original rec., I would have walked out laughing and wishing them the best of luck in their "venture" and made my way to one of the several other locations around them. That will probably be he last time I spend a penny in there. I have posted this review so that other patients may be informed. For me Green Tree went from the cream-of-the-crop to the bottom-of-the-barrell. GreenTree remember: If you don't help your patients, someone else will.

Still holdin' it down for quality San Diego clubs,
I strolled into GTS the other day for the first time since they had gotten raided. I came in prepared with original documentation, which just seems like common sense mainly because you are supposed to have it on you at all times anyway, but that is beside the point. I was initially greeted by a lovely young woman working behind the counter who was extremely kind and got me verified very quickly. I helped myself to their decent candy selection and was then greeted by a couple of new spunky bud-tenders. They took me back and immediately started asking intriguing questions about which effects I preferred more, and generally seemed intelligent and like they were really concentrating on patient satisfaction. I eventually sided with the highest quality they had to offer which was exceptional but five or ten dollars an eighth over priced. All in all, I have yet to find a club with the compassion and awesome selection of quality meds. GTS is back my friends, and it appears that they have really stepped their game up.

MY NUMBER ONE SPOT
I went to Green Tree for the first time. Let me start out by saying great service, great tender he was very funny and was very Knowledgeable. The selection was amazing and the strains were awesome. I was advised to get a certain strain called "jupiter" which was very nice and very stoney. :).....my overall experience was great!!! i will be back to get more!!!!

staff is more interested in video games than ringing sales.... cant keep any of their top strains in stock, and what is left is a joke. they have forgotten the recipe to a successful co op and i dont find it worthwhile to wait for them to figure it out. good luck gts, the area you have taken shop is highly contested, and if you cant bring the fire someone else will.

GTS still is the premier collective in SD. I like video games too -maybe it's because we are extremely medicated from all of the 'snicklefritz' you claim to be in stock.
but it's not snickly its fucking fire and YOU KNOW THIS.
Any planet is better than most buds you can find in the county limits and any 60 dollar cap bud will medicate the fluck out of you.
Don't complain just be happy with the bombs that are available.

A visit since the re-open
Have had some ok visits in the past. Finally visited since they re-opened. Their selection was a lot smaller which is to be expected, quality wasn't what it was before but I was never blown away by the menu. Got some Gush that the BT misquoted the lineage on. Anyways, I like that they are still open to 11 pm which is why I went a few nights ago. The wait was shorter then the last few times I visited which was actually nice. Still found some of the people hanging around to be just young peeps waiting for their friends to come back. Can't these people just wait in the BK and get a soda or something. I will be back b/c of their late closing time but it is not my first choice.

My Favorite Collective
I have visited Green Tree about six or seven times now and I have never been disappointed. The bud quality is superior to any other collective I have visited in san diego (and I have been to quite a few) and the prices are more than fair. The blue dream I picked up today is absolutely amazing, one of the best Sativas i've ever had. Super dense, sticky, and skunky smelling buds that looked like they were DIPPED in trichomes, and it only cost me $55 an eighth (would have definitely cost $65 at most other clubs I have visited.) The atmosphere here is great, verification is quick and easy, and the budtenders here are more helpful and enthusiastic than any I have dealt with in SD. I have rarely had to wait to go into the bud room, but when i have it was only for like 5 mins. max, and they have a lot of magazines and comfy leather couches to sit on. Like I said before, prices here are more than fair. The only time I have paid more than $60 for an eighth was for the planetary strains (which were the only strains priced over $60 and they were more than worth it.) Long story short, Green Tree is the best, that's all there is too it. Keep up the good work GTS!

decent when I was there
A standard collective, Green Tree carries a decent selection of meds. I have not been in there since prior to the raids so Im not sure about whats currently going on but my past visits have left me satisfied. The selections when I visited in the past were more diverse than what is currently offered but that is to be expected for a collective in a post-raid state as GT is currently in. I hope you guys can get your game back on. I do remember the edibles they had were fire! Pleasant medicating to all...

Since re-opening....
I don't really know what those below are talking about when they say that the quality is not the same anymore... I have been since they have re-opened, several times. Each visit has been great, they have been getting this fucking amazing blue dream that just makes me happy I have my rec. every time I medicate. On top of that, the GDP still helps me sleep when thats what I need, just as well as it did before the raid as it's the same stuff.

Green Tree had lots of parking and inside was just huge! I like places that have spacious waiting areas... The staff was just amazing too... Would have given them 6 stars for it!!
Krista and Adam I think it was... Sweetest girl at the front and the guy tending had so much energy. It was wonderful NOT to be greeted by some kid stoned out of his mind, but rather an enthusiastic young man ready to help me find my perfect med.
It's hard for me to give a five star for bud quality as I didn't see any hydro, but I may have missed it. I like soil, but once in a while I want something dripping with trics. Convenience was great but coming from the 163 was a little bit of a trick--- hint: turn at the light near the burger king just before the shop and sneak in the second drive way to the back of the parking lot.
Prices were acceptable; on the good side of average...
This place is definately worth the visit...

I recently visited Green Tree to purchase my medicine. I was relieved that the parking was good , thats always a plus. The first thing I noticed when I arrived though was a young kid smoking a cigarette out front, not cool, especially being an asthma patient. I proceeded to enter and was shocked to find that the door was unlocked and no security guard or employee was there to assist me. I had a little trouble becoming a member because I had no referral but they worked with me. The atmosphere is descent but not very welcoming, I sat in a couch that looked and felt dirty and old. When I escorted myself into the bud tending room I was greeted by to kids who where fast to ask " What do you want?". They didn't seem to care to much about me because I had to tell them I was a first time patient, they didn't ask me. They seemed to have little to some knowledge about their product but I was not impressed because I seemed to know more about the strains then they did. Organic.......Where? Some of their indoor I can gaurantee is outdoor so that kind of detered me away. They had many good flavors to choose from but it was too hard to decide because I could not accurately tell the differance of the herb besides the smell. Their lighting is too dim in the back, you can not see the herbs good at all. I like seeing the product under a magnifying glass to see if theirs mold, bugs, dirt, etc. they had a magnifying glass but the light was broken :( I have to say I was not impressed at all. I had more anxiety when I left than when I got their. I hope their is a Co-operative out their that can suit my needs better. I will not be coming back to Green Tree Solutions due to their lack of COMPASSION! Spread the love, plant the seed, smoke the weed!

Find That Referral!
Green Tree came highly recommended to me at a recent ASA meeting. Glad I got the referral since their prices, location and high quality meds are a huge plus. Beautiful lobby, but the pharmacy itself was a little congested while I was there. However, they handled the multi-tasking well.

Okay I guess
They do have a couple of bomb strains at any given time.. I just cant pay 65 for any eigth even if its from uranus..The BT's are average stoners, Ive only been here three times and only p/u twice. Its the biggest place I've been in , but bigger doesnt mean better!! There are a couple of other collectives in the area that I also frequent. I like to "shop" for the best meds at reasonable prices. Green tree is a great place... just not for me I can find equaly potent buds for considerably less within blocks from here.

First time back to the Tree since the raids and I'm happy to write that they haven't changed a thing....Bomb strains at decent prices plus the chillest staff in Clairemont. Got an eighth split..half eighth of Electric Purp's (20/55) and a half eighth of Platinum OG (20/60). Both meds were extremely potent and full of trichomes. Taste was quite flavorfull, especially the Purp, but both packed a solid stench. Got hella ripped off these meds and since I wore a costume I got 10% off...so my eighth came to $54, not too bad.

Just want to start by saying...Love the Mars! Bud quality is comparable with any place I have been in
SD. Parking can be a pain in the a$$. Experience you will recieve depends on how the staff feels that day. I have had both good and bad experiences that generally include entirely too much foot traffic for my comfort. Good news is orders usually weigh a bit heavy. Don't really like paying $65 for ANY meds if I can help it and there are other places with equal quality and cheaper prices. All things considered, GTC is certainly worth checking out specifically for the planetary strains (Earh and Mars are stellar)!bboysd -

Bud quality is good. A few great strains but they're 65 an eighth and no one should pay that.
Atmosphere is great. The lobby is very nice with couches and reading material. Which is great because you will likely be waiting a while.
Staff -> My experiences with these guys have ranged from uninterested to dick-ish. They often seem annoyed at "another customer" in the endless stream (and as busy as they are, I almost can't blame them).
Convenience -> If you are in a hurry, go elsewhere. I'm not sure why, but a lot of people come to this collective and you will likely have to wait.
Price -> Ounce specials, when they have them, can be good. Otherwise prices are average at best, and often too high for the product.LivintheDream55 -

Great overall vibes here. I like coming here and plan to continue too. I dont really mind the 65 an eighth price, for some of that "Earth" it might be worth it. The planetary strains here are amazing, never had any better than these. as far as other buds go everything else is pretty standard. good friendly staff, nice big waiting room with huge comfy couches. This place is chill. def worth the trip by.

Incredible Planetary Strains!
The Jupiter was out of this world! For starters, my gram was way over; thanks for that guys. The Jupiter nugs looked more like sugar frosted meteorites. Tight, dense nugs and scent reminiscent of rocket fuel and pine trees. One blunt pulled me through a wormhole to another dimension.

Presidential OG
I've heard of planetary strains, but presidential.?? I was in the area, really didn't need meds, but I had to see what all the hype was about. I saw all the positive reviews about this strain, plus a couple of my boys gave me the heads up after trying it themselves.
Once inside, I went straight for ol' Bill and even though the BT showed me some Saturn that almost brought a tear to my eye, I went with my original choice; a gram of their BC OG 20/60. Turns out GTS offers specials on Sunday's..$5 off planetary strain eighths and on Tuesday's the BT's dish out heavy handed 4 gram 1/8's..excluding planetary strains.
Went home, weighed my gram, and turns out the BT had a heavy hand on a Sunday!! 1.7..thank you very much.
Bill Clinton OG is no joke. A pungent member of the OG family that's just as beautiful as any planetary I've seen. Dense, heavy nugs, glistening with trichomes..I mean like GLITTER. Taste was awesome with a smooth after taste to boot. I felt this strain is more of a stinger than a stoner...a real elevated high with those kushy vibes. When i got inside to look at the buds they only have three sativas on their menu.. BUMMER. i am a huge sativa fan, and if you are going to have many many buds, you might as well have an equal amount of both. I hate when ther isnt a lot to choose from..
***Well turns out there were 4 sativa strains, THEY HAD THE MENU WRONG, they had sativas listed under indicas.. okay well thats NOT good.
Then the budtender who was the same one i have had every single time, the short blonde guy, who was SO helpful and so knowedleable my first visit was HORRIBLE this visit.. First of all he couldnt find any of the strains, he made one suggestion but wasnt helpful at all, he was TEXTING the whole entire time not paying any attention to me, while there was another bud tender sitting on the other side eating BK.. I would ask questoins he didnt know how to answer, and he kept saying SORRY to me more times than being helpful.. It was an awful experiance. So I just ended up buying a Gram to be nice when there was clearly nothing i even wanted.. and to make it worse he couldnt have looked more dissappointed in me just buying a gram..
well maybe if he was more helpful, knowledable, had the strains on the right menu, and stopped texting, i would have gotten a larger amount..
anyways to sum things up..
Bud = first time experiance amazing, third time not very good strains.
Atmosphere = The place itself has become much much better.. Eating behind the counter is disgusting and texting blatently infront of my face is also very rude!
Staff= again not good when the receptionist isnt there to check you in.. again, Texting is SO rude! i Do NOT WANT to hear SORRY a thousand times.. instead do your job!
Convience=This plac eis right off 2 freeways, very simple to find as long as you look for the BK drive in sign.
Prices=Are good, a lot of 60 caps but also some 45-50 so that was cool to see the pricing on some come down..
All I have to say is that I think Green Tree when they wer smaller with less supplies were actually better and more knowedable..
Now that they are bigger and everything is put together the staff has gone downnnnn and become just lazy and careless...
I was really bummbed to have such a horrible experiance becuz this WAS my number one in sd.. Hopefully they can shape up their staff and be a little more on point.. Thanks anyways.

Presidential Shit
First off this place is very centrally located which makes it great for any patient in san diego. Upon entry i was greeted by a cute girl which makes for a good authorization. it was fast and easy and i was immediately placed in the bud room. although they do have a couple couches, reading materials, a TV, a cool ass BOXER and a chill security guard. Dudes seem to know about their bud which is a plus. I was drawn to a couple strains automatically: The Bill CFlinton OG, The Nixon Og, The Obama OG. all were very good and potent. great tastes stickyness everything a very well rounded couple of strains. i would go with the Clinton over all of them. there other bud was very good as well some to dry for my liking but over all great spot and much love

They have earwax people!
Ok, so if you dont know what earwax is it is the most potent concentrate out there and usually goes for 70-90 a g in LA minimum. This is the first place Ive seen it in SD ever and they are practically giving it away for the asking donation, 50!!!! That price is unheard of for the product and quality. And its the wax people no joke, not oil with butane floating around, straight wax thats been extracted the right way. Shits clean, potent and flavorful taste.

Space Case
It's a must I swing by the Tree on Sunday's. I can't see paying 65 dollars for an eighth of meds, but on this day their Planetary strains are at a more down-to-earth donation price $60.
I was hoping to score some Saturn cause last time I was there I peeped it and it was out of this world..but just my luck though, no Saturn..they're also out of Obama OG. The BT ended up steering me towards their Earth..which didn't look as fire as the Saturn, but was still stunning and just as stinky. So Earth it was..raced home and weighed my eighth as I always do and what do you know..? 3.9 baby!
The taste test revealed some genuine OG flavor with a mega crippling high (no pun intended) that lasted until I finally crashed out (excellent sleeping medication). Overall, I was thoroughly pleased with my selection and the amount of it I was given. I really appreciate the compassion and professionalism GTS brings. I will be returning next Sunday, hopefully they get some more of that Saturn in.

Sativas Worth Checking Out!
Don't forget about the sativas! I tried some of the Hawaiian Goo today. Just a little pinch in a pipe and thirty seconds later there was a volcanic rush of well being and excitement. What a great way to get thru a day of shopping and phone calls. And with their special oz. pricing, it's a fantastic 5 star value if you want to stock up. And try a little Earwax (if there's any left)for a unique smoking experience! The staff is still friendly and helpful, the murals are still beautiful, and it's always a great experience at the Tree.

Stopped by for the Sunday Special
I first visited about three week earlier and never left a review. It's not too far from my pad so I think it's pretty convenient. Eric and Kelsey (I think that was her name) were super helpful and generous with some NL and Earth. Got hooked up with 4+ grams of NL since it was a Tuesday. Good medicine and nice people so I had to stop by again for the Presidential's and some more Planetary.
First patient in for the day, walked on back and met the BT (forgot your name, my fail since you were pretty cool). Sunday's are great because of the planetary special. They had some Uranus, Earth, and new Jupiter in. All smelled great. I didn't even ask for the Presidential's after I saw the Jupiter. Got some Earth and Jupiter. Both are good, but I'm swayed by the Jupiter. Tasty, earthy, and potent bud, great pain reliever. Thanks guys!sdchargers -

I drive out to stores to buy meidcine to help wit hmy many bad problems. gts meidicne really helps me. the earth o.g is the strongtest of the mdiedicnes i have had yet. so it is worth the high price. i liked the very cool murals in the budroom and waiting room. very nice waiting room. spacious. nice couches. nice tv. nice books. budtneders were ok, not very knowledgable. love their bottles. they handle the bud with chopsticks hwich i like. gerat strans too. uh, strains. they are good . good choices. not like, th...the normalo ld stuff. good stuff. Great selection of dank!
The presidential strains are off the hook, but i picked up some Sour Kush and some Blue Dream last time I visited. The sour kush was super potent; 2 bong rips and I had to quit...for a while. Great deal at a hundred a quarter. The Blue Dream had a great fruity smell, lite green sugar frosted nugs, and a positive uplifting high. I'm sure I'll be back for more.

The buds are off the chain, the staff is cool as hell, the prices are matched with ther quality of bud you get, they have bud for every budget! Adam is the Man you wanna see when you want best knowledge on your medicine! Dont forgot to try the Planets when they have them, a bit on the pricey side but the flip side, you wont even question it! I feel that GREEN TREE SOLUTION is hands down SAN DIEGO's best spot when it comes to serving patients! I drive from temecula every friday, or when my pocket says so! Superb Meds, Knowledgable Staff and Chill Location
I swung by about a week ago and was enjoying the medication so much i had completely forgotten to send in a review. That should give you some idea as to good the meds. are at this place.
The location is easy to get to and is nicely set up. I went in looking for Jupiter and Mars and found them both, beautifull dense buds, completely covered with Thrichomes and the most potent smell you could imagine, everytime i open the jar the room i am in is immediately filled with the aroma. A bit pricey but for the quality you are getting it's actually a good deal. The budtender was very nice and helpful, we spent some time chatting on the pros and cons of vaping and even spent some time going over one of the Silver Surfers they have in stock. Overall this place is nice, my only gripe would be that they didn't offer anything to new patients. Put that aside and you have one very fine dispensary, excellent meds, knowledgable staff and chill location. This place just made it's way into my weekly rotation :). Love the Presidential OG's
The George Washington OG is the bomb! Terrific dense dark frosted nugs with a strong signature OG scent. Half a blunt gave me the munches, big time, and had me laughing my ass off to an 80's skate flick "Thrasher." Good stuff!

Overall very pleased. Picked up some MARS and GREEN CRACK x LAMB'S BREAD. My buddy picked up some JUPITER. We tried JUPITER first. It was not the greatest tasting OG and it was kinda harsh, BUT it is head-rocking. Next went on to MARS. Bomb-diggy OG! Very strong and eye-stoning high. Love it. The GREEN CRACK x LAMB'S BREAD is on of the best sativas I've had, ever. Super uplifting. The price was kinda high, but went on a Tuesday, so I got the Tuesday + 1st time patient hook-up of 4.5 eighth. That made up for it. Check these guys out, they're good dudes.

A Must visit in San Diego
I love this place!!!!!!!!!! I live in San Bernardino but every time I'm in San Diego, about twice a month, I stop in to see these guys. I love the planets, Jupiter and earth are my favorite. This place has fire no bullshit. I have been to several spots in Dago, but I must say the flowers they carry are RIDICULOUS!! I stopped by and got some of that OO OG and a G of some Pre 98 Bubba.....EL FLAMO!!!!! These flowers are serious top quality. The lil homie also gave me a G of some nice bubble hash for 10 bucks!! Man, gotta lov this place. For sure top spot in Dago. If your'e a baller like that, I would recoommend for you to try the planetary strains, a little t0o pricey for me,but that would be anywhere for planetary, but don't trip....they always got somthing that will suit your budget. This spot got the Nuggs. I picked up some Mars and That shit is Firey..Plus it was only 60 and it was 4 Grams. The budtenders were mad cool and they had at least 8 Flavors that were all Good Lookers. The Waiting room was all done up festive and had candy and donuts in their for the patients. I recommend this spot for anybody who loves flavory Nuggets.

Jupiter!
So, after hearing all this hype on the planetary strains, i knew that this was the place to check em out. Me and my friend ened up going during their patient appreciation weekend and got hooked up. The bt's were super friendly and def knew what they were talking about. Plus the selection here is quite nice, even if you dont want a planetary strain. The Jupiter def stood out more then the others. It almost smells like an OG of some sort. The high was crazy too. I also got some venus, but the jupiter is way better! we ended up getting 4 grams on the 1/8 and we also got a 10% discount for being a newbie. Overall this place is worth checking out. The planetary strains are fire but dont think they are worth $65 an 1/8. But thats me, thanks for the hook up guys.

Venus Vs. Mars
First timer. Came in on patient appreciation day and left very pleased. Receptionist was very friendly. Verification was quick, but I wouldn't have mind waiting because there was football on and some snacks and sodas out for free. BTs were chill, Adam (I think that was his name) was cracking me up, but he also knew his stuff. They had plenty of bomb strains but I had to try the planetarys. Ended up getting Venus and Mars. Venus was good, two bowls before bed and I was out. But I really like the MARS!! It is a sativa but has a strong indica taste. Instant effects also felt like an indica, right when I smoked a bowl my whole body felt it. But it has a great long lasting up high. I'll be back here for sure.

4G Tuesdays
I always try to make my way out to Green Tree Solutions either on a Sunday or a Tuesday cause they have killer deals on those two days. They offer $5 off planetary strain eighths on Sunday's and with today being Tuesday, I was awarded a 4 gram eighth (excluding planetaries). The main reason behind my visit today was to check out this George Washington OG I've been hearing so much about lately, but unfortunately they were fresh out of our first prez.
I ended up having a look at all of their top shelf flowers, but nothing really caught my eye. Some of their strains looked real nice like the OG Bubba and Blue Dream, but they both smelled kinda fresh/grassy and had no recognizable odor. I tell ya, I really wasn't too pleased with the strains they had outside of their planetaries and presidentals.
I went with an eighth of their better $60 OG (President Thomas Jefferson) which is actually not even on their on-line menu. These fragrant little popcorn nugs are "the business". Taste and potency are definitely up to par as well. I have really bad insomnia and need a strong indica to blow me back before I can even begin to think about getting some shut-eye.
So if you use indicas too and you find yourself medless on a Tuesday, then swing by the Tree and pick up a 4 gram eighth of their new presidential OG (Thomas Jefferson).
I would love to see GTS beef back up on their selection again. Last time I was there they had damn near 30 strains and now they're down to about half that.mixdking -

I always enjoy stopping by GTS for my meds, because their menu is DEEP and the Bud tenders know their ish! The last time I dropped by, I picked-up some Earth; the best planetary strain I've had yet. For the Indica lovers out there; this one is for you! The nugs are sweet and sticky, with a fruity skunky scent; very nice. Very potent! Couple bong rips damn near put me out for the night!
Thanks to the Budtenders, especially the guy with the sweet blue Nikes (Anthony I think it is}. Your recommendations are always on point and I got to thank you for keeping those sacks fat!

after a long day of work i was able to make it in for some medication to help me sleep the B T recommended the melt concentrates so i scooped up some Chem Dawg melt and boy o boy was he right this is some really stoney stuff taste good too. Big Fat Sack of Mars......
Went by yesterday, Vikings / Saints game was on so i watched for a few minutes before i headed in to the bud room. Went specifically for the Mars and Amber Crystals. Both were in stock and very nice indeed. Got home and was extremely happy to see 4.2 on the scale :). One of the better batches of Mars i've seen. Thanks GTS, see you guys next week.

Weezy OG!!
These guys always have the best selection of OG and the Weezy OG tops them all! The structure of the buds are huge fractal nugs, that grow in every direction. The smell reminds me of jet fuel and the taste is intensely acrid. I choked on my first rip...so dank!

So i went in with a couple friends last night and i am glad i did. This OG is ridiculous. I honestly havent felt this gone in awhile. There is only one word to desribe it and its "FIRE"!!! With that being said, go and grab some before it gone. You will be bummed if you missed out!!!! Believe me. Like the BT said, this is better then the planetary indica! so what are you waiting for???

Great version of MARS OG.
Originally went in for some WHEEZY OG, but to my dismay it flew off the shelves before I got there.
I instead left with an eighth of MARS OG. This OG is definately tight. I have had it a couple times before from other collectives, once from Green Tree Solutions. This batch is excellent. I'm thoroughly medicated after only a small amount. It is encased in glistening trichromes and has a very strong OG scent. The taste is slightly musky with a bit of sweet licorice. Very smooth and heavy smoke. Burns well. An awesome planet!
I was told that WHEEZY OG will be back, but to get there quickly when I see it available, because it will fly out the door. I will be keeping my eyes peeled for this one. As I've heard from many of you, it's supposedly the FIRE.
These guys are very knowledgeable and are straight-shooters. They'll hook you up, they're good people.

summary of first two visits: nice buds, actual weight didn't match up though.
third visit: picked up some very nice blue dream per the bt's recommendation, as well as a g of their blue diamond hash, a pretty good deal for only 20 on concentrate thursday. this time, the blue dream weighed out to 3.9, so that was cool and helped make up for the previous discrepancies in weight. They have a good selection of nugs, lots of nice og's and kushes, as well as sativas and other things. their amber glass concentrate is really nice, melts great and seems very pure. I think that's gone now though. the dog that's here sometimes is pretty cool. nice place, i'll be back.likestomedicate -

I visited Green Tree Solutions for the first time. I walked in and it was really nice and spacious. The receptionist was very pretty and professional. Our budtender was very friendly and outgoing and eager to show us and talk about the products he had. My bf and I ended up buying an ounce of GDP because it looked really purple and was very fairly priced and also got a gram of pineapple trainwreck that he recommended. When it came to smoking, the GDP is better than what you would have expected for the price and the pineapple trainwreck was yummy. Overall it was a good experience but nothing really stood out.

Always got somethin new!
I'm a regular at this place and these guys are on top of their shit! They always have new strains every few days if not every day and there's so much top shelf I don't go anywhere else anymore. Green Tree's been around for quite some time now, they know how to take care of the patient and provide a variety of meds that would strike the interest of just about anyone. Picked up some of the "OO" G this time, was hooked up the fattest I've ever gotten from this place, which was a nice surprise when I got home. The bud was unbelievable in smell, taste, and high just as I expected. I've also sampled the various batches of the Weezy which have been incredible! This stuff puts you down hard and I love the taste. Also, you can't beat the planets! Planet Sundays are the shit, I love the Venus, Neptune, Mars, and Earth when they're around. If you haven't been to Green Tree yet, check them out! Definitely worth stopping by, especially if you're a first time patient.

Nice planetaries
When I went here it was only like my second or third time to a dispensary so i wan't to sure what i was doing yet but I asked for something that would knock me out (i was having trouble sleeping) and it was planetary sunday so they pointed out the earth. I was impressed lots of trichromes and nice and sticky. They hooked it up a little fat because it was my first time in. In retrospect the price was a little high but the quality of their Earth was definitely out of this world. If you guys dropped the cap ten or fifteen bucks you would be one of the best.

i have been to GTS twice and for me the first time was kind of shaky.... verification took a little longer than most places then after i was cleared i waited in the waiting room for about 10 minutes....:/(no other members where back there)...but then when i did get back there i immediately saw there GDP and it was by far the purplest stuff i have ever seen and great tasting stuff!
The second time i came in i asked the bud-tender (sry im bad with names) if they had gotten any more of the GDP from a couple weeks back he did but not the same kind....He did know i like the purples and showed me some of the lavender.....very solid nugs and veryyyy stinnky!! i got a half for a really great price (below menu price) and it was very generously over weighed.....great potency as well!

First Time!
A friend of mine has been coming here for a few weeks now, as it's quite close to his work, so I decided to tag along last Sunday... I was not disappointed :)
This place is sorta close to school, but all the long lights along Clairemont Mesa Blvd can make the trip from the freeway and back take forever.. Very friendly, quick verification and check in, I love the huge waiting room with comfy couches- they should turn that into a vape lounge! Didn't have to wait at all, headed straight back past the trippy mural and into the budroom...
I was a little hesitant at first because the budtender looked young, like REALLY young (i'm 20 and he looked like a kid to me) so I decided to see what he knew... I immediately gravitated toward the Jedi, as I loved it at the last spot I got it at, but then the BT said something that made me appreciate and trust his opinion: "it's not the best batch of Jedi we've seen, check out the blue cheese"- OMG that never happens! it's a rare and momentous occasion that a budtender admits the faults of one of his expensive strains and recommends a cheaper alternative instead! that is awesome!
The Blue Cheese is a tasty, tasty morsel indeed! Got hooked up heavy for being a first-timer- this stuff is comprised of medium sized, fluffy, super crystally light green nugs with light orangey gold hairs- the trichomes are so dense- it looks powdered like a cheesy poof! lol gives me munchies for cheesy poofs too! smokes smooth, with that telltale cheesey salty taste- that lovely cerebral brain-wrap combined with the timely relaxing effects make this a really ideal hybrid- I smoke this during the day, before school, and often as a starter to a nighttime sesh- it really is a multi-purpose strain!
I will definitely be back sometime soon- looking forward to seeing a bigger selection next time, and thanks for the bong drops! I know they're cheesy, but they're kinda cool sometimes! The edibles looked delicious, will have to try some of those soon!ivyhellcat -
Vanilla OG
Popped in the other night to check out a couple OGs I hadn't seen on the menu before; RADIUM OG and VANILLA OG. I've been to this collective before and have had mixed feelings about some of the staff, the prices and the meds. One staff member I've had a couple times and was not thrilled to have him as a budtender, but this time he wasn't there and the dudes who helped me were very cool and helpful with my overall experience. The prices are kinda high and there weren't too many impressive strains on this particular visit. I checked out the RADIUM OG first. It looked good and smelled classic, but nothing too crazy. The VANILLA was a bit different than most OGs I've seen, so that is what I picked up.
VANILLA OG(indica)- Really at first glance it looks pretty classic, only a bit bigger buds than most OGs. Very frosty with trichromey goodness, but a bit leafy. The tiny leaves that did remain after being trimmed are covered in crystals though, so they are definately smokeable are weren't harsh on the throat. Softer, fluffier body than what I'm accustomed to in OGs, but that didn't bother me. The aroma does have a bit of a warm vanilla scent to it. I don't know if that's what I'm smelling because of the name or it actually smells like vanilla, I can't decide. :) It is very pleasant though, like a vanilla car-freshener tree on a hot day with the windows down. I thought, in no way did it smell like a classic OG though. Once I sparked the pipe, I changed my mind. It does taste like an OG and has a sweet candy, vanilla-ish flavor. It's pretty cool. It has sharp, lung expanding smoke and I really enjoyed the buzz too, it was clear and focused. I'm happy I gave this unusual OG a shot, it was a pleasant surprise.

So I was actually on clairemont getting ready to stop by King and get me a chicken sammmich, when I look to my side and what to do I see? That tell tale window tint that you gotta love. Being a roller I of course had my paperwork in the car so I said eff it. Nothing like a big stinky cone and a burger to recharge the packs for the rest of the work day. I digress. The receptionist was seriously beautiful, check in was quick as you would need. Really big space inside so seating isn't a problem, which is good because when I went there it was super busy. I must say it looked like a bunch of sketchy peeps in the room so that wasnt to cool, and I literally took like 25 minutes to get any where near some meds. Cruise back and the back room is legit. Bunch of meds and other goodies, seedless merch on deck too. I was kinda stoked to see that. Anyways the tender was cool but kinda akward. Real sorta quiet dude that had some good recommendations, but I got the feeling that he was either over it or tired or medicated or something. Just felt like he was talkig, but not really speaking to me you know what I'm sayin'? Prices were cool, little on the high side, but I can definitely say it was worth it. Pulled a couple super firey strains outta there and went about my sandwich hunt...
I will definitely be returning to GTS in the future. However, if I was asked about the customer service I would probably chuckle and mutter something under my breath. If I was asked about the meds... I would LOOK you straight in the EYE and say "quality at a price".:) Thats pretty much the name of the game I have found so far.

GTS to relieve the stress! This clinic is by far one the best clinics in SD. They always have the "top" shelf buds experienced smokers are looking for. The Weezy OG they have right now is out of this world.. Dankies. If you have a chance to swing by the place, do it. I'll pay $65 for an eight all day for their planetary strains and Weezy OG... If your honestly looking for the best smoke in SD, I really suggest you check this place out. I would never spend this much time writing a review unless I really think it would benefit all. Peace.

Got some edibles and a tincture here. They were an okay strength and tasty. This place is very easy to find, thankfully, and it's close by me. The art on the walls is awesome! The prices are pretty average although the tinctures were $25 which is a little cheaper than most other places. Nice atmosphere, cool people who work there.

Young Moolah Baby!!
Came in to purchase one of their new Cal Med bongs and ended up leaving with some Weezy too.
The main purpose of my visit was to get this beautiful piece I saw on my last trip and had been thinking about ever since. Needless to say I couldn't wait much more than a couple days before I came back. What's so unique about this bong is that you cant buy one in a smoke shop, it's exclusively for MMJ patients..hell it even comes with a certificate of authenticity!! It's annealed by master level scientific glassblowers and believe you me, it hits like a dream! Go get yourself a little piece of history buddy. They go for like $250, but since I sprang for an eighth of their Weezy OG $25/$65, Adam dropped the bong down to $200 and kicked me down fat on the flowers!! The Weezy OG Adam showed me was soo fire I had to get it, even at the high donation price of $65 an eighth, this is the type of bud that forces you to swallow your pride and fork out the extra dough for a piece of something special. The Weezy is so stuntin, I mean bling bling! The trichs are just sparkling all over these buds, super sticky, gooey, and very hard to break up. The smell reeks of OG, intoxicating earthy, lemon and garlic notes. The taste doesn't really hit till the exhale and it has a spicy, garlicy, and hashy flavor to it. The head change was immediate and came on very strong. It had me feeling like my eyes were swollen and seeing fuzzy. Very relaxing, almost immobilizing, I was stuck on stupid for quite some time and hitting the sheets soon after.

Got some bubba walker that was good but not completely fllushed. lemon skunk that was good but had some beginning seed pods. strawberry cough that was average. usually have a decent selection, bt's are often too medicated though, and are off in their own world. security guard's nice, receptionists are average. The short guy that works at the tattoo place next door meanders over and walks into the bud room, and because the waiting room is filling up I get helped by him. He's not a budtender, he doesn't work at your collective, he weirds out patients and doesn't know shit about the bud. I come here to see my regular tenders who know their shit and can actually give me some info. Just do us all a favor and just don't let this dude weigh please.

First impressions
Came in on sunday with 2 buddys of mine to check out the planetarys. the waiting room was very large and comfy, twice the size of the bud room. verification took some time even though it wasnt busy at all. we were greeted by the bt, he was chill but seem to be over medicated. the bt spent alot time on my buddy that referred us then the me or my other buddy being the new patients here. my buddy had to start asking about the buds before he really pay attention to us which was frustrating. the planets that they have look and smells really good, not impressive as other strains i have seen but still top quality. i was a little disappointed on the fact that neither me or my friend got anything for our first time, but our other buddy got some edibles for referring us, little confused on that. overall, a little pricey and they really didnt give off a good impression to us but i do believe in seconds chances.

Overcharged Patient, Refused to Fix
Green Tree treated a loyal, honest member like crap today. I was needing to pick up some top shelf medicine today, specifically a quality kush and something else, based on what I saw. After looking at the menu's of the couple collectives I have trusted with my money, I decided PLANETARY SUNDAY at Green Tree would be my destination. PLANETARY SUNDAY advertised on this website, on weedmaps, that on sundays all planetaries were 60/8. I saw that jupiter and mars were both 60, and that the menu had just been updated, when I checked today at around 3. Literally, updated within hours based on the info displayed on the tracker. I tried calling them at, 11:03 am, considering they open at 11:00, to ask what sort of discount they apply, figuring it was the same 5 off, but was greeted by an answering machine. I had faith in them as they'd never let me down, and being up to date, I trusted their menu. This was the biggest mistake of the day. Their menu also told me that a quarter of jupiter would cost $110; he charged me 120 for that, and 60 for the other 8 of mars I also picked up, giving zero break. WTF? I let it slide assuming he was hooking it up fat, considering he was being all sly when asking me if I "wanted to spend 180" when I told him I wanted about three 8's, depending on what was there. I'd been to this bt numerous times before, and didn't figure i'd be getting screwed like I did. Upon weighing my medicine, I found the quarter to be just barely over 7, and the mars to be just barely over 3.5. Full price, per 8, when your menu clearly stated, and still does, I might add, that a quarter of jupiter is 110. by that rate, that other 8 of mars would be 55, too, making 165 total. instead, I was charged 180 figuring he had some great idea/customer appreciation thing going due to the great service i've received in the past. Didn't see this coming one bit. I also picked up a g o their skywalker hash for 35, making my total 215, when it should have been 200, max, if not less if they were also honering planetary sunday, which apparently was mysteriously cancelled also. I called them after finding this out, and the receptionist was understanding and took my info, and I was told i'd be called back. shortly, I was told that the website says planetaries are 60 for planetary sunday, which I pointed out is their standard price and asked, why is it on your website as a promotion? she had no answer, and was basically just mad. I pointed out the fact that it is listed as a promotion, and counts for $5 off two planetary 8th's, each, normally, that it implies there's a deal. she said no, that it was just on the site for whatever reason, despite it just being updated. cool. I then told her that I was charged 120 for the quarter, when it is listed as 110 on their website, which I had checked just minutes before leaving for their club. She said the bt would call me back. He did, and was immediately defensive, after, "hello?" on my part, and asking him how he was doing, his first words were, "I didn't overcharge you!" um, or we could just talk about this? I told him his website clearly shows that that quarter should have cost me 110, when he in fact charged 120. His response was that the website was wrong. somehow, this justified his price, even though its THEIR website with the WRONG price. He just kept saying it was the wrong price; well, your mars, at 60, was listed at 110 for a quarter as well. I suppose that price is wrong also? Um, my mistake? nope, theirs. He also justified it by telling me it cost a little more and that he couldn't do that price. then why list it for that? that's terrible business. After pointing out these issues to him, he was adamant that he "didn't owe me any money," and that it didn't matter because I brought it up after paying him. Well man, I was expecting to be taken better care of than I was, weight wise, based on that price, and based on my past great experiences at your club, which had always reflected price breaks and generous weight. what ever happened to taking care of the customer? He flat out told me his site was wrong. Well, your site's info was a large reason why I came to your club today. so, that's your bad. and still, refusing to just credit 10 to a returning customer who makes referrals? terrible business strategy there. I would be soooo much more inclined to come back if when I was charged a different price than advertised, (has only happened this once) and called them on it and my dissatisfaction, they would just cover $10 to a patient who can really use that 10. Seems... Greedy. I'm not the type to just go straight to this review to deal with this; I called them back, and clearly articulated the situation, and my problem with it, and they were simply unwilling to work to a point of logical satisfaction. so, I'm writing this as honest criticism. He offered to hook me up a little extra the next time I come in. It's not exactly convenient for me to just turn around and come right back, let alone for an unspecified amount, after being denied a mere 10 I was clearly owed. So... as you can see, I have few other options but to share the discouraging details of this ordeal with fellow patients so that they may do with this info what they please. I've always had good experiences with this bt in the past, as I've said, and they often do have nice strains in. the jupiter was a fine batch of jupiter. and the skywalker hash is great. that said, their customer service has been horrendous today, and has made me far less inclined to take my business here. I know the kind of volume you guys do; 20 bucks, to honor planetary sunday and the quarter discount, or even 10 for just the accurate quarter price was too much to promise to a returning customer, who would have to come back in and would likely buy something that next time, is too much to let go in the name of proper customer service? well, then i'm sorry for speculating on that crucial crucial 20. If I came in and picked up one extra gram sometime, along with my usual items, you'd have made it back already. just saying. I may be making this point all too clear, but as is probably equally clear, this terrible service has really frustrated me. They're clearly making a profit, and yet cannot part with ten dollars they clearly owe. thanks, gts. today, you caused me more problems than you solved.

you didn't satisfy this customer, when needed. On the phone, I articulated the situation many times and gave every opportunity for it to be made better, but was only offered "some extra" the next time I come in, not the money I was owed, or any specific amount. That's not doing much to satisfy the customer, never mind how rude your bt was to me on the phone. That is a huge factor as well. this isn't bashing, this is honest criticism for the purpose of possibly helping others, its why this feedback area is here... so you admit there was confusion on the budtenders part? then shouldn't you have offered to credit the $10 back? you admit he was confused, yet he admitted no wrong doing or never overcharging me. Yeah, gts, you're welcome for being "patient," there's a lot of collectives out there that treat their patients like real patients AND customers, treating them well and addressing their concerns when they have them. This never happened. I was very happy with your collective up until this point, but this gave me a different insight into your operations. Feel free to impress me still and prove you're a good business, but it's not currently happening.

Groms running the place
Yo- Thought I might check the place out cuz I usually hit up GKC in PB and they said they are run by the same people. Check in/Verification was a joke. Scanning machine INOP. Receptionist was snoody. Sat down in waiting room and BT came out choking. He obviously just got done snapping one and cruised out to tell me to come in. Checking out the flowers and security comes back in and says I was never verified. Had to go back out and start the process over again. Finally peep the buds-they look nice. Got decent pr's and then I notice the atm is out. BT tells me he does not really know where the closest atm is . Luckily the security guard tells me there is a sevey up the road a little(good lookin).
I dont know if it is me just getting old but the lack of professionalism is a turn off at this spot. I am tired of BT's being irie all the time and not knowing what is going on with the strains. I know you guys are young gromits running the show having fun but seriously-come up with some better customer service skills.

Don't know what's good with some of these reviews lately -all going on about really petty mistakes that a BT working an 8 hour shift would make -but that's besides the point.
I've been coming here since the doors opened; since the first day my doctor signed my recc; and there's a reason for this. These are the best buds in the county and I'm not the only patient who's vocalized the same opinion, not to mention a pretty fair price for meds well over the designated amount.
Aside from meds the staff is outstanding -Always feel like home coming in here (maybe because I come in so often) and have NEVER had ONE bad experience. The bud tenders look out for my best interest and for that -they get a pretty damn loyal customer..
Hope everyone overlooks the bad reviews and heads on in to the Tree to see what you're missing.

Made my first visit here the other day got talking with the BT adam and the other dude who hooked it up fat overall their real tyte guys, the receptionist was very nice the waiting room i would have to say is one of SD's largest, they have some top flight security guards but the best part is there meds, very very chronic and with a good selection of oz prices got me back at 10 30 later that evening dont let bad reviews sway your opinion this place is great and they have planetarys which really can put someone out

Green Tree is the solution
I have come to this collective a few times and tried all th planetarie strains they carry. I have picked up good gdp here for 50 a slice which is cool when the gdp is of quality. I have never been disappointed with what I pick up from here. The staff has never skimped me and trust me i know cause i,ve weighed it out. The girrl with blonde haIR IS real helpful and courteous everytime shes there. The bts are always decent although some are chiller than other. My only gripe would be price but it looks like its dropped so thats cool. I stop in here when I need car service monthly and never am disapointed. They are a distance from my house so i dont frequent as much as id like.

GTS is where it's at!
This place really is where it's at. I have been going here for a while, and it is a 25 minute drive from my house. they always have such a great selection and you can mix and match as much as you want. Planetary Kush's are always fantastic. They have everything you could want here so hit them up. First time patient gift, they hook it up and are flexible on prices. convenience is only a 4 cuz im far away so thats my fault

Not The Most Welcoming Experience
I came in here to look at the ghost and possibly purchase an eighth of it. Verification was awesome girl up front is real nice and efficient with getting me into the bud room. I have been to this collective several times but never dealt with the bt I had. Like the post below I feel like this kid thinks hes the shit. Im not saying I expect to have my ass kissed but what i am saying is show me the meds be of help so I can make a selection. I normally have a great experience shopping here and might come back . The selection they had did not overlly impress me. I have seen better days there for sure. I declined to make a donation because of the attitude I felt. I do like green tree as a whole im willing to forget about it but it did affect my visit negatively. I also think if other people feel this way im not the only one than maybe you should present your self more proffessional. The selection wasnt aweful but not as good as ive seen my past visits. They also have cal meds and some other nice peices at an alright price. I would at least recommend checking this place out and forming your own opinion. They do consistently have qualitry are conveniently priced and everything is 55 except planetaries but they have specials. So pay them a visit and see what there about for yourself. It probably was just an off day not the usual green tree experience I have come to love.

I've been going to GTS for awhile now and I felt it was about time they got a wake up call. Now that I can see several other customers clearly hold the same feelings I do towards GTS, I must get some mounting frustrations off my chest. My intention has never been to destroy or diminish the image of your collective or any other club for that matter, but with that being said I did create an account on this site exclusively to give your collective a review, so here we go. First off, are you kidding me with your rookie staff and the unprofessionalism they possess; not to mention the lack of knowledge. I am sorry, but 90% of your staff are sloppy looking east county kids that appear as if they're still attending high school or better yet have dropped out. I don’t know what the deal is but half of your staff is either getting doped' out on the job or they literally must have started consuming cannabis within the past 2 years, because every time I get back to the bud tending area 2 out of 3 of your staff members can't even open their eyes let along speak a word of translatable English. Yes, it is completely understandable for staff to occasionally and discretely medicate while on the job, it comes with the territory; but to have pubescent amateurs appearing as if they had just taken the first bong load of their young lives is not cool by any means. If your staff is getting doped' out then somebody needs to let them go, if their simply consuming cannabis than someone needs to give them a lesson on concealing their high and maybe have them drop down to some lower grade cannabis that they can actually handle. The appearance and vibe that your staff members exert is exactly what authorities and members outside of the marijuana community stigmatize and scrutinize our cannabis culture for. On top of the sloppy appearance of your staff, the majority of them put off an arrogant, "too cool for school" type of presence that is a major turnoff. I don't like to name drop, but that Adam dude in there might be the worst of all, although he does appear to be the most "sober" of any the bud tenders. Listen little guy, I know you must feel all high and mighty cuz you got a big boys job at a cannabis club now, but don't act like your some higher being that is doing me some kind of enormous favor. There are a million other sources I can get cannabis from and I'm sorry to inform you but you aren't providing customers with anything special. Your an errands boy that weighs out sacks to a bunch of giddy customers, woooo I was doing that in 8th grade buddy. You didn't discover marijuana and your knowledge is lacking little man. Cut the smug attitude this isn't high school and nobody thinks your cool because you work in a cannabis club. Once you get over this idea you might be able to provide your customers with some real service. When you go to a bar you don't expect to be served by a drunken idiot who thinks he's above you because he's the one providing the booze, the same ideology applies while visiting a cannabis club. It doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure that one out guys. I understand that you don’t need my service to maintain your collective because you have thousand's of other uneducated customers who are excited to merely be inside a collective, but for those of us who know what were talking about and can look past the pizzazz of purchasing marijuana legally within a dispensary, you need to step it up big time and get down to business. I could go on forever about your guys unprofessional demeanor, but aside from that I must speak on the adolescent way your staff handles their product. What happen to the wooden tongs that you guys used to use to handle your flowers. You guys went from putting zero oils and other harmful skin substances on your flowers to completely manhandling and mangling them. The past three times I went to your collective I watched the bud tender literally rip apart my nugs with his bare hands to make my sack weigh out right. ARE YOUUUU KIDDING ME???? Are you honestly that cheap and that brain dead that you would actually smush the nugs I am purchasing right in front of my face. This is one of the first and most fundamental lessons one learns in handling marijuana, especially if your dealing with flowers that you are about to sale to a customer. I was able to grasp this concept in middle school, maybe you guys should offer a "Marijuana for Dummies" crash course to all your uneducated employees. I mean seriously, where do you get these kids from...Do you just continuously reel them in from all the charter schools in east county? I don't mean to be offensive but come on, where does it end? This is a very fragile industry that is repeatedly being examined with a fine-tooth comb, yet you insist on hiring employees that would endure a great deal of trouble just to get hired at the Burger King right next door. Don't you think it would be a good idea for yourselves and the legalization movement to hire some legitimate employee's over the age of 21 who are actually cordial and seasoned in this industry. There are prerequisites to become a bar tender, why wouldn’t there be the same to become a bud tender? Yea I know you give your employees little scripts to read about what a sativa does versus an indica, but any shmuck off the street can relay that information. The last area of your collective that needs some serious improvement is the method that you store your flowers. Your collective stores its flowers on hand using some of the worst techniques out there. First off, you put them in plastic food storage containers that are clearly not air-tight in the slightest bit. Yea, they have that little gimmick rubber thing that is suppose to push all the air out when you close the jar, but that is nowhere near as effective as using glass mason jars. This is another one of those concepts I was able to grasp by middle school but your collective has obviously spaced out on. The other problem I have with those plastic jars, is the fact that they are the sole containers you use to show samples of your various strains. You guys fail to provide small separate sample jars with a nug of each strain, so instead you must open your stock jars continuously throughout the day to show people what you offer. Would you want someone opening your personal sack every five minutes??? Cuz that’s basically what you are doing. It’s not that hard to get small sample jars for customers to look at rather than have them repeatedly open the jars that everyone is purchasing from. Not only do you guys open the flower containers every five minutes but once you do open them you lazily leave them open for the duration of the patients visit if not longer. I have tested my theory on several occasions and I always find myself having to shut the plastic containers on my own after I have allotted the bud tender a substantial amount of time to close them himself. And no there is never any question of whether I am done looking a the particular strain or not, I always make it clear that I am done in hopes that the tender will shut the jar right away, yet he never does. This ridiculous method of showing your various strains causes the flowers to dry out and lose their flavor at a mush higher pace. You guys obviously don’t think anyone pays attention to this kind of stuff, but you are dead wrong. There are people out there that aren’t sloppy stoner idiots who would appreciate a little more care and professionalism. The only reason I ever go back to GTS is for the weezy or the planetary strains, all other strains are mid-grade and never amount to anything worth my while. The appearance and quality of your guys flowers are always diminished by the lack of care and compassion you put into handling your product. If you guys would just hire some educated employees who are motivated to provide quality service and take immaculate care of your product, you would be one the of the best collectives in SD. I am interested to see if you guys can muster up any kind of legitimate response to my review. Hopefully you don’t just delete my comments and hide from the truth, but we will see. Thanks

Get a "freaking" clue
People obviously do not know what they are talking about when they review GTS. I've been to tons of SD and LA dispensaries and GTS is by far the best. They have the best bud by far, and now that they dropped their prices there's no reason to go anywhere else. Adam is actually a pretty chill guy and hooks it up when I go, probably because I'm not a condescending douche bag like zeak. All in all, try this place out, you won't be disappointed.

I know the bud moves fast here and a lot of strains are only on the menu for a day or two but WE NEED THE ONLINE MENU. It must be a pain having to change what's in and what isn't multiple times a day, but I'm sure the ladies at the desk wouldn't mind if it brought in more patients! I don't have to travel far but for those that do it sucks if they drive the distance not knowing what they'll find...and I just like seeing if anything special is in before I take off.

So the first time i went in and Josh helped me! Definently this guy freakin hooked it up! I thought I was looking at double went I looked at my meds! Super bomb Jupiter, Pluto and Saturn!! Well second time I went there was no freakin planets and thats there bread and butter so very disappointed! Adam the little dude that tries to be hard he is mediocre at best for a BT no enthusiasm what so over a think a rock has more energy than him! Seems like all the kids from Mesa hang out there! Pretty unprofessional when you can see people through a back door kickin it partying like a kick back at someones garage when its really a medical shop even if its in disguise! Now before I go I'll just call to make sure Adam is not there! Maybe I should try Good Karma Solutions maybe Adam doesn't work there?

This is for everyone that hasnt been into GTS, ive been into about 3/4 of SD clubs and GTS is #1 by far...with the BEST meds and a $60 cap no one can come close. I have been going to GTS for a year now and dont plan on stopping.

Whered all this drama come from?
This place has always had the dankest buds (the planetary strains, and weezy, and a lot of other strains have always been good), they have cheap shake, and decent priced concentrates, their edibles also, aren't super cheap, or over-priced. The staff has always been friendly to me. Some staff are better than others, but I don't think judging people by appearance helps anything either. When you go to a dispensary, you should be worrying about the quality of the medicine more than anything, and if you've gotten top shelf at many dispensaries you would know that green tree carries potent and effective meds. I came on the site to look for their menu today and I saw a lot of negative comments.. I would prefer if their menu was up on here, and it seems like it would be in their best interest to have it due to all the negative comments and stuff, who knows maybe they removed it because someone freaked out after driving long distance for something that was out of stock but on their menu? maybe they removed it due to legal reasons? who knows.. but I'm sure you might be able to call and ask if they have a specific strain in stock if you really need to.

Nothing what i had expected
This place honestly had some dank strains but for the most part. just a bunch of planetary strains. Price cap was a little out of range, A little too unproffesional if you ask my opinion. The bud tender was some punk kid with the worst social skills you could imagine. Didnt have too much knowledge of the matter at hand except for "it gets you pretty stoned" I wish the atmosphere was a little more inviting. Unfortunatly i will not be returning.

Great selection of bud and edibles - the bud is impressive, the edibles not so impressive. Even the hash edibles didn't do the job for me.
Friendly staff, good service. Location is easy and convenient. Prices are high-standard. The do have some weekly specials.

I had to come to your rescue since I have never had a bad experience at GT and I continue to be a regular customer. My budtender is usually Ryan and he has always been very generous in pricing and quality. I don't know all of the staff, but the ones I have had have been fine! I was in a bad place on one occasion and the budtender chipped in $10 to help me buy my meds! That's GOOD customer relations if you ask me. You know, you get back whatever you put out there. So if you get lemons, make lemonade or "as you think, so shall you create". If you see somebody without a smile, give them one of yours!!!

I gave a 5 star review a few days ago regarding the Weezy, saying it's some of the best OG I have seen in SD. For some reason it was erased?..... Well I came back today to get some more, and still I'm lovin it! Glad you guys keep this on the regular, would like to know why my first review was deleted though...

Happy Anniversary!
Wow. I just got back from gts. That place was bumpin for their anniversary, they had catered bbq, I walked in got checked in in about 10 seconds, got a plate of macaroni and cheese, a free soda and sat down at the table to wait to go back, this place was packed, but there was lots of room to sit and there was free food cookies and sodas, everyone was having a good time. I've never been to a coop with that many people there at the same time without it feeling crowded, it was pretty cool seeing there large lobby being used. So in back I'm greeted by some of the most potent strains, weezy and planets btw some of the best batches of them I've ever seen here. They only had one type of kief when I showed up because it must have been a busy day, so I went for the Jupiter, I woulda got the weezy but I still had a tiny nug at home. So I got a nice fat 1.2 g of the jupiter, along with the promised mystery anniversary gift bag. When I got home I got the gift bag open, Inside there was a nice gts sticker, a $5 off coupon, a livestoned bracelet, a tastypuff ghetto grape flavor tobacco flavoring bottle, and a BOMB fatty OREO BROWNIE, and a pre-rolled J, I have no idea what kind it was but the container smelled like ear wax and it was potent and delicious! Wow, this anniversary deal is too good to be true I'm stoked. I was one of the last people of the first 42 and I arrived right around 1, or 1:10 so I'm glad I decided to show up early, the raffle is going on right now but I unfortunately had to miss it. Anyways the Jupiter by the way is amazing, perfectly cured kushy and crystally goodness, and it tastes good too! Thanks GTS, when you have a party you deliver! The environment was great, everyone was chill, there was tons of food. good times, cheers!

Happy 1st year anniversary to you guys at GTS. You guys had a dank selection of BBQ & on top of that it was free...lol Thanx for the drinks & cookies. Picked up some earth & it tasted FantastiC! Got a gift bag with the same stuff the previous guys said, & it's G - oo - D Good. =) See you guys tomorrow...hahaha Catch yall on the flip side!
