A good club
I don't get all of these people saying this place has bad medicine. It's tested most of the time and I never had a bad product. They have a lot for growing your own and someone to help you with those choices if you don't know what to buy. The samples really REALLY need to be changed. All the security guards are nice, if you talk to them they will seem less intimidating I guess I don't know they weren't intimidating to me. Don't like business practices but I'm not going for business I'm going for medicine.

This place blows a fatty! They are trying to shut down all the neighboring clubs to the area because they know that they can't take the competition with their low grade selection and high prices. If you want to do yourself a favor avoid Organicann for the simple fact that there is better buds and prices in the Santa Rosa area.

A NO-GO
Organicann is the worst dispensary I have ever been to in my five years as a patient. to begin,the first thing you will notice is the overwhelming presence of unfriendly security guards everywhere you look. they are almost always rude and in your face during the two "ID checkpoints" required to enter. After they verify you, you are given a card that you need to enter on future visits. If you loose your card they charge $5 for a new one, and wont let you in without it, even if you have your rec.& ID. The medicine is terrible, I have bought flowers that are moldy, covered in powdery mildew, and completely un-flushed bud that crackled, sparked, and left nasty black ash, they then refused to give me a refund or exchange. Also what they charge 45-55 (before tax) for anything quality and even then its hit or miss. With such a large patient base, you would expect prices could be much lower for a non-profit. they wont let you look at anything except a tiny sample in a box you cant smell through, you cant even look at the fully sealed packages until you buy it (wonder why...). the staff is completely unhelpful and un-knowledgeable-- " I dont know about that strain... I only smoke purples". Thats great, but its you job to help direct people to the best medicine for them. These days there are many other options in the area so I urge you to stay away from here.... FAR AWAY!

Organicann
This is a great dispensary. I've come numerous times now and always been well treated by the security and staff. They have a large open space inside which they don't light super well, which may make it seem intimidating to someone first visiting.
However they always have a great line up strains, which are all listed on a long desk which customers are welcome to browse at the leisure. Best of all, they provide effects descriptions for all of their strains, something I find extremely useful in deciding what to buy. They also have a great line up of edibles, I recommend the snickerdoodle.

How can this place call itself organic. They have the worst medicine in sonoma county. Have the owners ever gone to the other clubs in sonoma county to see how they do buisness. The security presence is unreal. Why so many guards? The club I go to now has maybe one and I feel safe. I don't need 4 or 5 muscle head guards to feel safe only intimidated. Don't ever go here stay far away. There are many good clubs in Sonoma County this is not one of them.

A Santa Rosa ORIGINAL, 2nd to none, same staff, same atmosphere, same GREAT QUALITY Medicine. I have been coming here for a number of years and have NEVER left disappointed. Staff knows me and greets me like FAMILY every time I come in. The LARGEST selection of medicine around North & South of the Golden Gate, I have been to them all. The site is maintained and very clean and staff has knowledge of every product they sell. I will continue to come here for many more years to come.

Don't Listen To The Haters!!
By far my favorite dispensary ever! The medicine quality is always good (of course it varies by price). There is always a HUGE variety to choose from. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help if you can't make up your mind. Security is tight but to me that's a good thing. It is located in a metal warehouse type building so if ambiance is your sole deciding factor then you won't be happy... but if you want good quality meds, reasonable prices and friendly faces helping you out then Organicann is your spot!!

OrganiCann has everything cannabis.
OrganiCann is the best dispensary that I have been to; the staff is friendly and very helpful. It’s the Costco of dispensaries; they have everything that you could possibly want in one big store and very good varieties. You can see it smell it and they have a write up on each strain describing what medical benefit it gives you.
I also like the fact that they charge sales tax.

My home club
I have been shopping here for three years now, and it has only improved. I have visited over a dozen dispensaries in the North Bay, Oakland, and the City, even LA and Santa Barbara – and I keep coming back here. I drive 30 minutes out of my way every week. Really large selection, outstanding quality, wonderful edibles (I don’t indulge but my wife raves) really generous discounts on top of the best prices anywhere I have found.

Where I go to grow
My husband comes here every week because he loves the product and the prices, but I am the one who tends the garden, and their growers department is as good as any nursery, but with real advice and support, and amazing selection of clones and every type of fertilizer / plant food you could wish for, including home made compost tea. And free classes and workshops on cultivation.

my first dispensary
I just recently got my cannabis card and a couple weeks ago found Organicann to be the closest dispensary in my area, so I decided to check it out. The first thing I really liked about Organicann were the staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful to any questions you may have. The second thing I really love is all of the cool discounts and various deals they have to offer. I haven't gone to any other dispensaries yet, but if I do I feel as if Organicann will always be my favorite. Definatly the best place to go to in the Santa Rosa/Rohnert Park area!

Amazing
This dispensary is definitely the largest dispensary I have ever seen! They have a great bud selection and amazing prices. Their edibles are to die for, including Pizza and Ice cream, and they have great prices on honey oils and tinctures. All in all this is the place to go if your hurting for cash!

Organicann is the dispensary of all dispensaries! The staff is chill and welcoming, always there to help you out when you need it. I always feel comfortable at Organicann, unlike some of the dispensaries I've been to in Vallejo or other towns close to Sonoma. Just wish it was a little bit closer, but definitely worth the trip.

Quality place to get herb
This place is top notch. Their budd selection is rediculous goes from 25$ 1/8 to 55$ ones that is straight fire. I have been going here for 3years now. I am currently a student at Sonoma State and I don't go anywhere else. Also this place has all your growing needs. A good selection of edibles that are mainly larger than usually. The reason why I love this place is because of thier massive herb collection. Thay have a good 20-25 strands to choose from. The 35 and up.is good quality and a good high. Also its always a plus when you see cute girls working there. Organnican all day!

Great Place!
I have been going to Organicann since it opened. It has come a long way over the years. They have done a great job upgrading/updating the building and the business. Not only is it beautiful with the new paint inside and out, but the landscaping is also looking great.
The things I love about Organicann are that it is organized, clean and bright. The “menu” boards are easy to understand and everything is so well structured. Whenever I purchase my cannabis, the place I always go to is OrganiCann. Being a Santa Rosa resident, there are many other dispensaries around the area, but my money goes to OrganiCann. Many would ask why? For starters, they always offer great buds that don't lack quality. The staff are always so nice and assist anyone that has questions. In times of hard economy, the prices are very reasonable for good buds. I also enjoy the fact that they tend to mix the cannabis around, so you can always new cannabis.

This is funny!
How does organicann go from 8 reviews to 70 review in about 12 days? They ask their employees to use different user names and write reviews. The reviews are all the same and you can see there are 6 to 10 reviews writen each day. Go on any other collective reviews and there might be one a day. Its funny that instead of fixing their problems. They have employes write fake reviews and try to cover the bad reviews. This collective is a joke and so is their weed. Why don't we get to pick out what were buying? You don't even get to see whats in the bag until you open it in your car. The bud tenders have no clue when asked questions. I guess thats what you get when you hire stripers. Why are there so many security guards? I know its for our safety but why so many with bad attitudes. This is the only collective in the S.R. area that I feel like I have entered prision. Why doesn't weed maps realize that all these reviews are fake. No I don't work for any collective I am just pointing out the obvious and expressing my own opion. If you want good reviews from past members than maybe you should change how you run your buisness.

As a new patient it can be very confusing and overwhelming: finding the right club, with knowledgable staff and good product. I am finding it is VERY hard to find both. However, walk into OrganiCann and thats exactly what you get: GREAT CONSISTANT MEDS AND HELPFUL KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF. Then after trying a few other places and wasting my money on inferior medicines couldn't wait til next payday to go back to Organicann. Amazing dispensary!
There are a lot of dispensaries in Sonoma County- I used to jump around to all of them, until I found Organicann. It's like getting a really hot girlfriend that gives you everything you want, you no longer need to give fulfillment from anywhere else. Organicann is my sole dispensary now, I go there for the friendly staff, the good deals, and the AWESOME music they are always playing. Go there and see it for yourself, you won't be let down.

Great Selection and Quality
This is my favorite club in Sonoma. They have a huge store with everything you could ask for! They always have something new and have a very large selection of flowers, concentrates and edibles. They also have a ton of growing supplies and plants if you need that. I like this club because it has by far the biggest selection of QUALITY products than any of the other clubs I have been to. I always find exactly what I need when I go there and the staff is always helpful and kind. There have great packaging and marketing as well. Their menu brochure really helps in deciding what I want before I get there. All of the flowers are on display on a long counter so you can see and smell all of the strains to help decide what you want. It really is a great club and if you are in Sonoma County, definitely check it out!

By far the best bargain in the area for quality buds and edibles. Their selection is double almost some of the others in the area, and with specialty edibles like ice cream and pizza, in addition to their varied price ranges, makes it a must visit. This is by far my favorite club in the north bay. To begin, all of their staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The security guards greet me by name and are extremely welcoming. They have a large variety of product to choose from ranging in all prices. If you are on a budget there are options for you. Great edibles of all different strengths and varieties. Although I have never grown myself they have an entire side dedicated to cultivation including all supplies one would need and they even offer classes. I would recommend this club to anyone in the area.

This is a wonderful place to find medicine. Every time I go there I am greeted by friendly people who are always willing to help or just say hi. Their clone selection is bountiful and healthy and have been proven to provide successful crops. On top of that they have everything you need to start your own garden at home. OrganiCann is a great dispensary--the inside is very much like a warehouse, and they have a wide variety of growing equipment and clones for sale on one side of the store, while the actual medications are on the other. The bud quality is great, all the way from their $55 top shelf eighths to their $25 home-blend eighths, you'll get a solid deal. The staff is friendly and patient too--I'll definitely be returning.

I really like this club and consider some staff friends. I have been going there for years and think they have only improved. I feel safe and cared for there and feel like the only thing I don't like is the amount of people with prescriptions that bought them with very little (if any) need. It risks those of us with real need. But this club has been there for me and I love it.

Organicann is one of my most visited clubs. I've always enjoyed the service that i have gotten so far on all of my trips. They have a HUGE variety of products also. The downside to that is that not all of the employees know much about each strain and always suggest I try the $55 top shelf eighths. Security may be pretty tight, but being a patient walking in there, I feel safe, not scared. The only thing I'm scared about is how big the place is. There's too much to choose from.

Best Prices Around
Organicann has been the most reasonably priced club I've found in the three years I've had my card. They have a great selection for all different tastes and the staff is very helpful when making a decision. They also offer additional discount days for students, veterans and seniors. The friendly security staff makes for a much safer environment than many of the Bay area clubs. While I haven't sworn off other clubs, I keep coming back to Organicann because they are the best deal around!

Bud quality:
With a great selection of buds, concentrates, and edibles Organicann surely has something for you. Over twenty different strains at all price points give you plenty to choose from. If you're on a budget the house brand is usually very decent for the price, although I did find three seeds in a recent eighth. Many strains are independently tested.
Atmosphere:
I have mixed feelings about the atmosphere at Organicann. Being a rather large club, there is a necessity for some security for the safety of staff and patients. When you first come to Organicann, it comes off a little intense with signs stating the rules and a guard at the fence to get in. After your first few visits however, the staff makes you forget all about the commercialness of the building with their friendly smiles and hellos. They also have a very large interior which means you may have to walk around a bit to get a look at everything BUT you will never feel crowded by other patients. All the strains are printed on the whiteboard by price and the samples are in magnifier jars with holes for smelling. Each strain also has an info card telling you everything about it.
Staff: The staff at Organicann is their most impressive aspect, and that's saying something! With such a big business, you might expect some impersonal service.... not so! Organicann has some of the friendliest and most helpful staff around. All greet you as a friend and not a customer. Most are very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to help you make the best purchase with your money. I've never felt rushed by a staff member as there are always plenty around to help whatever number of customers is shopping at the time. Accessibility: The building honestly couldn't be located much closer to the freeway. Their are ramps going both north and south opposite the Todd Rd/Santa Rosa Ave intersection. Hours are pretty solid at 10am-6:45pm M-F, although could be open a little later during the week.
Price: Whatever you have to spend, Organicann can help you out! From pricey premium indoor to budget outdoor at less than a dollar a point, their is quality medicine at every price. I usually shop on the lower end and have only had one strain that I thought didn't meet the price point. I usually buy a couple higher end strains and then use the house brand to bring my average back down to $10/g.

I would give the staff a 10 if it were allowed. My mother has cancer, and was given an rx. I took her here, and they took one look at her, and got her up and running in no time. The staff is very friendly and caring. They're always willing to help you find the right medicine for your needs.
The prices are good, and the quality great. They have a wide range of edibles that are quite tasty.
The security may be off-putting to some, but I find it reassuring. I know I'll be safe when I stop in to get my mom's supplies, and really, they are all quite nice.cmybliss -

Santa Rosa's Shangri-la
I live around the corner from Alternatives, but I prefer going to Organicann. In fact, I don't go to Alternatives anymore. They've really gone downhill these recent months. If you're a veteran like me, Organicann offers great incentives to purchase their fine products. I've been to a few dispensaries throughout N. California, but Organicann definitely gives you bang for your buck. And their edibles are divine. Every time I go there (and especially being summer now), I have to get their seductive and divine intervention ice cream. Yes, that's right. They have pot ice cream that's so good when you take a bite, your natural tendency is to show your o-face. Not only great and delicious medibles, but this place has a great selection of herb and hash that their friendly staff will patiently explain to their customer. Plus, they regularly update their web-site to show their patients the different products. Highly recommend to purchase your med. mar. needs here.
The two aspects I would improve for Organicann is to lax up on the security and I didn't appreciate waiting 20-30 minutes to be a member at Organicann. When your new patients are getting their membership examined, they should be able to roam around the dispensary instead of being at the waiting room. Other than these minor issues, I still suggest patients to try this place out.jayock -

I have been coming here for 3 years now and have always been greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. It is organized and well run. The security guards at the gate and inside make me feel very safe shopping here.
The quality is surprisingly good, and there is a wide range of prices, making this dispensary affordable. It is also the most diverse that I have seen in the north bay. This was my second time visiting Organicann and I, once again, found myself overwhelmed by the large amount of high quality products. This place has EVERYTHING, clones, pre-rolls, edibles, t-shirts,and a ton of top quality, reasonably priced, gardening supplies. Their staff were courteous and helpful. Organicann, a winner dispensary
In my review of Organicann I found the staff and atmosphere to be very good to excellent [however this year the cloans I purchased were mismarked which left me with 4 of my 10 plants just going straight to budding in May and have stayed that way, 12" plants,(the other 6 plants are all over 4') when I went in to ask about it the sales person did very little to help me or give me some sort of advice, she just said that without the tags from the plants that there was nothing she could do (as if the tags were going to help me); this was the only time that I've had any problems there in over 2 years]. I have found the bud quality to be excellent although it is hard to get any real smell of the bud you are buying. The little clear cubes with a sample bud in them doesn't allow a good smell. Sometimes the higher priced bud isn't as good as some of the lesser priced bud - but what can you do! The House brand and the "fat sacks" (a quarter oz. for $10 less than buying 2 eighths) are a great to save you some money and the discounts that you can get on the bud on for spending over a certain amount, ie. if you spend over $450.00 you get a 20% discount! I also like the fact that you can buy two ounces now instead of only one. Since I am permanently disabled, being able to get 2 ozs. really makes the drive from Sonoma to Santa Rosa worth it. Overall, I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful but not always very knowledgeable about the different types of bud besides what the card descriptions of the different varieties. I have only been to one other dispensery so My info may be a bit skewed but I think Organicann is great. They usually have a great selection of different varieties of both bud and clones as well as a great inventory of all you need for a successful cultivation if that's what you do.

The staff is rude here and dont care about the patient, just making a buck. Medicine is good, prices are high though. If you need compassionate care this is not the place.
They require you to sign over your perscription to grow medicine to them. Then always claim that the medicine will get better. They give you 3 leaf joints a week and never any of the bud they grew with your card and call it compassion. You have to smoke all 3 joints to feel anything.
I complained to managment one time about the quality and the manager made me feel like a mooch. She told me to buy my medicine if i didnt like it.
They have a large selection of clones and growing supplys.
They also have alot of unessary rules here and i feel like im walking on eggshells evertime i go here...so i dontkennyg -

I can see that the dispensary saw it's abysmal rating and is now pummeling the weedmaps servers with faux good reviews. the truth is that organicann is a terrible dispensary. the giant purple warehouse sticks out like... a giant purple warehouse. i will give it one thing: the old gentleman checking our paperwork at the gate was nice. it's too bad he's associated with such a shitty operation.
right away, they treat you like shit. most dispensaries i have gone to at least pretend to have some interest in their customers and fake it like they are happy to have a new patient. not here. it was like attending a prison informational lecture. i got a nice long list of things i arbitrarily can't do around this dispensary (but can at most others). beyond that, their staff (old guy exempt) is trash. i should never have this train of thought "that's nice that you like purples, mr budtender, but that's not an excuse to know nothing about sativas."
their staff is not knowledgable. their security guards look like gormless monkeys, aimlessly milling the building and intimidating customers.
finally, the true dealbreaker: their bud is terrible. T.E.R.R.I.B.L.E. I've had homegrown ND schwag that was in the same price bracket and had a better cost to value ratio. 15 dollars for that shit? i would have preferred the budtender spit in my face instead of smiling, it would have really fit in with the whole scene.

Pretty much has every single thing youre looking for from gardening supplies to medication...all the medication is priced fairly and you get what you see. great deals allllll the time! staff is always friendly i have never had so much info given to me about the clones i was purchasing which was very refreshing. highly recomended. avid smoker.

everybody who works there is very friendly. i like how they have a monthly newsletter with different information about cannabis. the dispensary is very organized and the giant board in the back helps to distinguish different medication in the different price ranges. definately helps to figure out what your price range is than to have to read each bud individually.

Deleting bad reviews?
My experience here has not been that great. The chick couldn't answer my questions on the medicine. And their concentrate was made with butane. The security guys are cool. They actually talk to you. Everyone else acted like they didn't really like their job.( Couldnt get the girl behind the desk to even smile. )

its really my first time useing medical marijauna when i stepped inside the organicann dispensary the staff made me feel very welcome, willing to answer any questions i had. as far as price goes well i am disbabled so i do collect disabillity so you really cant a beat a good 1/8th of house brand for $20. the price on other blends and strains are pretty good also $30-$50 for an 1/8th of whatever your flavor. and they also have some of the best deals. convienance cant be beat in my opinion since they are only down street from me.

Really nice dispensary
Huge selection of medicine but it's still very easy to find exactly what you want. Everyone i've talked to is very helpful and friendly; it's a really comfortable environment. I can always find good product for great prices, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I decided to come to this place for the first time on monday(8-29-11).i pulled up to this building and was surprised how big it was this place is like the cosco of dispensaries!! I wasn't looking for flowers so i just went with the honey comb and the chem dawg shatter. Both concentrates are excellent with my TI and vapor globe they evaporate completely just like how you want them too. the brownies were also good. Youll be seeing me again soon

Couldn't write a better review for Organicann, the staff is helpful and knows what they're talking about, the vide of the place isn't like a prison, as most other dispensaries in the area are, all their products are priced very reasonably, and its easy to find. the quality of the bud is also top notch, which is pretty nice. if you want a place to go were you have freindly staff great attitudes and welcoming enterance this is the spot. not only that but the prices are perfect buds start from ten a gram to 15 or 16 a gram and even on the 10 dollar grams the potency and effect is strong unlike other clubs organicann has it all clones soil all farming supplies also they have edibles kief hash joints honey oil so much more you must go they will not let you down.

Biggest selection in Santa Rosa. Never disappointed. Always affordable prices from the clones to edibles and grams. I love the wallpaper it makes me happy EVERY time i go in! Overall set up is great. I like how you can see and smell the bud without touching it unlike other clubs.

FAKE REVIEWS!!! Jamming up every review site with payola reviews...what BS!! She is offering a free joint to anybody who will write a good review for her - it's too bad that she is using the poorest quality bud for those joints; try trimming or curing that stuff, or maybe using something other than stemmy-throw-out garbage. It costs a petit-bourgeois swine next to nothing to throw her scraps to the peasants in return for fake praise. I bet during her record store days she fumed against 'corporate rock' and sell-out DJ's, only now to exploit those very problems for her own monetary gain which also turns out to be your loss!!! A company is only as good as it's owners and directors - look at any oil company, any major credit card company, any major bank, and see how they treat their employees as well as how how they treat their customers AS WELL AS how they interact with the public...ooooh that smell? Grate Job
Now I am certain that Organicann is absolutely my favorite dispensary in sonoma county. I went shopping around through some of our local dispensary and found that their isn't mush costumer apparition to be found out side of organicann. Most everywhere I went I was, I was feeling pushed through my sale without any manners to speak of. I LOVE THIS PLACE! I go here when I have the chance but money's tight. They have a wide selection of edibles and flowers. Not too bad of a concentrates section either. My favorites are the pre-rolled and the Honey-Js. Fairly inexpensive way to experiment with strains and always about a gram in each. Just enough :)
The edibles section is huge. From Ice Cream and Cookies to Pizza and Honey, they'll have something you'll like. The Pecan Pots will take you out of commission. you've been warned.

Organicann Supermarket for Growers & Smokers
Organicann has become my dispensary of choice since I stumbled upon it early this year. I love having all the supplies for growing weed as well as smoking weed all together in the same place. It is a supermarket for the future and if I could buy my groceries there too, it would be one stop shopping. Special thanks to Matt for hosting seminars every month to help neophyte growers like myself to find the best and most cost effective ways to grow the best we can. Organicann has recently become my favorite dispensary in Sonoma County. They've got a wide selection of chronic flowers for the most economic prices at the same time. The staff are always friendly and helpful to me. The edibles look mighty delicious, although I haven't tried any yet.

Great Selection, great Quality, Great atmosphere.
OrganiCann is by far one of my favorite dispensaries in SonomaCounty. The prices are generally reasonable and the wide variety of flowers offers flowers at a multitude of prices, which is quite nice for students struggling to medicate. The staff is extremely friendly and are always there to help. there is a very small wait time, if any, and I am generally in and out quite quickly.
The medible selection is absolutely PHENOMENAL! big props to OrganiCann for offering such a wide variety of medibles.I mean, c'mon, PIZZA?! who wasn't interested when they saw it? I know I was!

Where's the sticky?
It's true that Organicann has a large selection of flowers, edibles, clones and growing supplies, but just once I would love to get something sticky from them. The flowers are always so dry. I have been going to this club on and off for about 4 years, each time hoping they would get fresher flowers in, to no avail....

I mean wow what a selection, form their brownies to their pizza this place has some of the best eatables Iv ever had the pleasure of eating and would highly recommend some of their ice cream for a cool desert. you surly wont be disappointed.

Organicann is like the Costco of dispensaries! I became a member almost a month ago and love this place. They have so many varieties of product, you're sure to leave happy. Oh man, The edible section is a place from dreamland! From baked goods and caramels, to olive oil and pizza (which is really starting to tempt me). This place is great, I totally recommend it!

Hello, Welcome To Walmart, I mean Ocann
Its the Walmart of Cannabis in Sonoma County. Take it or Leave it Love it or Hate it.
They do so much business and yet they still charge up to $55 an eighth! RIDICULOUS!!!! I know people who have grown for them and they low ball them for cost recovery and turn around and charge this, despite price caps at near by competitors.
They DO however, have a consistent supply of strains at good quality, and consistent cheap flowers. They have concentrates at ok prices not great though. Some times have a honey comb wax which is good but over priced when you can get higher quality for same price elsewhere, but its unique and tasty and great smoke.
They also have a grow section/shop there. This is the best part of the place. They have hundreds of quality cuts/babys, plenty of teens and mothers, all at decent prices, and best in selection in the area hundred fold. You can go, talk to the staff about your problems, no pussy-footing around like you have to in your general hydro store, pick up more clones for your next grow, pots for your rooted cuttings, soil for trans plants, nutrients, cubes, guides, mediums, etc.
I try not to buy flowers or concentrates there but the grow section is unbeatable.Toil in the Oil
