Maine's Largest City Approves Medical Marijuana

In recent news, voters in Maine's largest city, Portland, have deemed it legal for adults 21+ to posses up to 2.5 ounces of marijuana. While the act of buying or selling MMJ is still illegal, it is a landslide victor for the city with a 67% vote in favor.
