Girl named Casey has a problem with Vets and stated "were tired of Vets coming in and getting the 11¢ Vet preroll everyday single day and not having the 11¢" I said that's why they have a donation jar she says " were talking about taking that out" This conversation was brought on by the fact that she made me go to my car to get 1¢. She says otherwise her drawer would be short I said that's why I give my Penny's to the Donation jar in case someone needs it. I'm a Vet I was buying more than the Vet preroll as I usually do, but after that I will not be back to this place I don't care if they are giving it away for free.

This is what happenedI was sitting on there couch waiting to be seen when a fellow customer sits next to me and states that there is a guy outside the building who is a violent sexual offender, the the guy that is sitting on the opposite couch stated how much he hates those types ......i agree with him at this point..........he talks about what he would to him....i still agree then..... he talks about how he used to be a enforcer for gang that would knock on someones door if he had to......im wondering why this guy that is so OUTSPOKEN yet he will not deal with this violent sexual offender who is right outside the building and he even know's the hotel the sexual offender is staying at...........this guy then starts saying how he cant do anything because it would be considering a hate crime (i think he said that because he knew i was starting to question his chracter/motive and i bet he talked about me after i left the room)........the counter girl did not like this and has started to spread rumours,Can someone please explain to her how REDFLAG"S work Pleaseread the rest of the reviews and decide for yourself if you want to try marisol's and if you do,ask for santana whose is the chillest budtender around (i am still a member but that might change if i can sue in a court of law)

Was terrible..I'll never go there again. Worst med quality bud I have ever seen or tried. Plus they knew nothing!! I asked a couple questions and they had to call someone each time or had to look it up. Prices are too high . The bud I got I had seeds galore in an eighth I found 9 seeds and there was a black bug on one ..gave me a headache . I am a member at maggies farm and I try the local competition sometimes but another dud place. So disappointed! !

Terrible. I've been there 4 times now and each time the experience has worsened. Last time I spent over 300.00 on 3 different varieties, 2 of which were worthless. I go in yesterday and the guy at the front door was totally wasted he asked for my ID which we realized had just expired 3 days earlier on my 50th birthday, he said he couldnt let me in with an expired license which I totally understood. he then said go and get renewed and come back with the renewal and we'll help you. I spent 2.5 hrs in the DMV and guess who was there getting their license renewed also....yep the same door guy. I went back today and a different person at the door greeted me and I gave him all my ID and he said he couldnt accept my paper temporary even though I had 2 other photo IDs with me. Did I tell you I just turned 50. That was the last straw....NEVER going back. BTW.... dropped over to the next place up the road showed them the same IDs and there was ZERO problems.

Yep I'm also done with marisols. This plc is a joke! I'm a medical patient with a rare liver disease. When I frist started going to ths place they wer so nice, plesent, helpful, wat I thought was genuine caring staff an owners all turned out to be a big ass let down of feeling used! These ppl can give 2 shits about thr patients. It's all about tht mighty dollar! And to top it off, fr thm being my care takers on my red card wer my mmj doc prescribed 12 plants. And wats evn sadder is Tommy Chong bought in to Marisols. I've given ths place plenty of time to shape up an treat us as thr patients betr. But it nevr happened. I'm done here, sick and tired of given ths place chances time and time again. I'm truly embarrassed to say tht ths place was pueblos first recreational dispensary. I'm outta here! Takn my biz to Todays health care in co, springs. Awsome place!

    horrible
This place is stupily over rated. I have never seen such low quality bud, and even lower quality people backing it. This is the worse dispensary in pueblo. Also I read on their website that they support mexican cartels.

this place is 100% not worth the wait
Each time I've gone to Marisol I have stood in line forever only to be greeted by pushy not really too knowledgeable budtenders. the first time I went I waited in line for 15 mins while one budtender tended one customer. I understand that not everyone is up to date with weed, but another budtender or even two would have greatly reduced wait time. I ended up leaving after 15 mins of standing in line. Seeking wax one day it was suggested to me I try Marisol. AGAIN I stood in line this time with my gf only this time to be greeted by a lady who clearly did not want to be there.. I ended up paying 70$ for .9 of a gram of wax of unknown strain and or which process it was extracted by. All in all unless all other stores in pueblo burn in a wildfire I would never go back here unlessthe prices drop and the quality increases.

    Disrespected
There is a manager there - a woman that needs to be gone. She has a terrible, nasty attitude which made going there unpleasant. I am a medical marijuana patient - last time I went there 3/27/14 and all they had for medical was sativa. I use indica, saliva won't work for me. They actually could not understand why I didn't just but the sativa - WOW. I WAS a member there - happiness is seeing their front door in my rear view mirror. They should never be out of product for me - I am a member & I am a Patient! Never again - ever!!!

    I had reasonable expectations
Yes, the wait is atrocious. Yes, the atmosphere could use some work. It's day 3 of recreational purchasing, I think they're doing pretty damn good for what it is. It's a long line and cliche music for having an early piece of history. I'm going to enjoy watching Marisol develop over time.

I'm never going back. When they go out of business it'll be a public service
Tried to shop at Marisol Theraputics on Jan 1, 2014 (the BIG day) and have never encountered a worse company. Utterly incompetent and callous to their customers, both medical marijuana users and recreational users. I'm never going back. And when they go out of business it'll be a public service.

Got there at 12:50 pm on January 1, the first day retail pot was legal in Colorado. Marisol got their license to sell recreational pot well in advance so they should have been ready for the influx of customers. I got in an outdoor line I estimate to be about 120 feet long, with I'm guessing 200 people. Though I couldn't see how many people were lined up in the store. I waited over 4 miserable hours in the cold and wind in a line that barely moved, until I got close enough to the store to look in the window and see why the line barely moved.

Marisol only had one cash register active. It appeared that they only had one employee waiting on the one person at a time that could be accommodated. A second register at a separate counter went unused until the occasional medical marijuana customer came along (more on that later). There were many more Marisol employees but they were standing around looking bored and doing nothing. If they were at all concerned with the hundreds of people who had been waiting hours and hours in the cold it wasn't apparent. I could see thru the window that there were around 75 people packed into the store looking furious.

From that point I was 15 feet away from the front door. It would have taken another hour to progress to the front door, and--according to the store security guard and a man in front of me who gave up and left once he finally got into the store after 5 hours--another 2 to 3 hours until I could have bought something. Once I realized that the excessive wait was due to the store's incompetence and lack of planning I decided that I was unwilling to give this crummy company a penny of my money so I left. I was exhausted from the 4+ hour wait. Still I left not because of exhaustion or the additional wait, but because I decided to boycott Marisol.

But wait there's more. I just wanted to buy recreational pot. Marisol made their customers for medical marijuana wait outdoors in the same freezing eternal line. I was standing beside a cancer sufferer who had to keep getting out of line to puke. And after 4 hours a man about 15 feet in front of me, almost to the front door, complained to an employee and at that point was finally allowed to get out of line and go to the medical counter to get what he needed. He was clearly pissed, and for good reason.

Marisol's callousness was just appalling. They could have had signs up directing medical patients to go directly inside to the medical counter. They could have had employees come outside to announce that medical customers could go directly inside to the medical counter. They could have distributed flyers telling medical customers to go directly inside to the medical counter. They could have distributed flyers with their product selection so people could make their choices in line and decide what else to get if the store ran out of some products. They could have done countless things to be more efficient and less callous, but they didn't bother. Hell, some shops even had propane heaters so the people outdoors in line could be less miserable. Not Marisol. Nope. Screw the customers.

A lot of people around me left in disgust without ever getting to buy anything after we got a look into the store and realized that there was only one employee running one cash register. A lot more people vowed never to patronize Marisol again. I'm one of those people.

Such a sad case of Medical Marijuana practice
The lady greeted me with unprofessional customer service and it was later followed by an uneducated budtender. It was an all around failure and I couldn't even see the product because they have it so far back. The 2 I made sure to examine were said to be pure indica and the other pure sativa... they both reaked of chemical and looked of poor quality. Don't come here if you can help it... place looks good from far away but holds nothing but pure disappointment.
