Put in an order at Cola Cove today. Ordered a strain on line called Sweet Thunder, went & picked up and found it was not what I ordered when I got home, but "Sweet Tarts" a strain that sucked. They changed the name on the product listing online to avoid the candy copyright of "SweetTarts" but of course, on line its Sweet Thunder. If I had known I would have never bought. Cause I've already wasted money on this horrible strain. I'm also not happy because your employees just basically said, "TOO BAD!" They said, "It was named properly in the store! But I didnt order in the store, I ordered on line. and again "sorry but not sorry." Now im stuck with 3/4 of oz of lame, dull bud. I wont ever go back. Shoot I can get a better deal at Chalice or if desperate, Nectar.
Do not go here! The first I went, had great prices on cartridges, bought a winberry. The seals on glass tube was not crafted correctly. leaked oil into my battery. I return to have it replaced. They told me it was my fault, I put too much torque on the cartridge. try to blame it on my pocket, even though I only smokes it at home & told them that. I really wish I could give a no star review. They refused to admit manufacturer defect. Blamed me, & sent me away with a broken cartridge. Worst shop in Portland, everyone owns up to their defective product, except for hustlers. Do get scammed like I did. This place is truly GARBAGE!

This recreational shop is efficient. I appreciate that everyone has a smile and seems to be happy with their circumstances. The products are top to medium quality overall, which I appreciate. Prices seem to be comparable to other stores. I pretty much go because the flow of the store works well.
I ordered from you and you will not mail what I ordered because you told me that because of the address that the post office would be confused as where to deliver. That is not true--we have lived here 10 years and NEVER EVER had an issue with our mail. I am disabled and know that this is discrimination.e live at Troutdale Terrace and their office address is differant than our specific building address. i have been going to the location on Allen and Murry BLVD in Beaverton,Or for over a year now today is my birthday and they kicked me out all cause my ID expired today even though Oregon state law has a grace period of 60 days after it has expired this is bullshit to the fullest I will never go into Nectar again besides their prices are shit their tax is'nt included in the sales price leaving a bad review Nectar sucks royally

Amazing products, amazing customer service, and great prices. You can really tell the difference here between a delivery only service and a dispensary that is just attaching delivery as a side thing. Highly recommended!

I did get asked if I needed help quickly the bud tender was .. well she seemed distracted. Kinda like either a police officer distracted or a crack head distracted. She appeared to not want to be where she was, as she mumbled something about just getting some kind of degree and ended up here. Oh and lastly she kept my $2 change as if she expected to be tipped... her karma I usually tip a lot more âœŒï¸

Long time Chalice Farms customer here. - They're higher priced than the majority of other dispensaries that I've been to in the Portland Metro Area BUT the atmosphere is cool so there's that :) My recent purchase (complaint) - I purchased two pen cartridges. The first cartridge brand: Golden Private Stash (Sour Diesel) has worked perfectly. The other cartridge I was interested in was Purple Hindu Kush (House Cartridge by Chalice Farms).....and the employee just couldn't find it in the drawer for the life of him.... So I was sold on another product made by a company called "Reserve" which failed horribly on first use last night. Literally the bottom of the cartridge disintegrated on first use with wires coming out. So I called Chalice Farms today to see if it was possible to get an in-store credit. I had thrown the receipt in recycling (I made the purchase a couple days before New Year's Eve & had just got around to trying this cartridge out) and wanted take this
