Homeboy (picture with a bunch of dudes) with the BOGUS REVIEW below must work for WE LIT! Humble yourself by dude! This is a growing industry. If you cant keep up with the other striving vendors; GET OFF THE POT! Karma is a bitch and its biting you all for having us customers wait hours on end and be lied to or not communicated with at all. Your on your last legs!And sorry; its NOT A RACE THING! Im black and they failed miserably with COMMUNICATION & DELIVERY TIMES! Its been said on 89% of the reviews.No question, the price is right and the bud is fire. But your better off shopping with the other BETTER EQUIPPED services! Tried to support my own (BLACK) but you guys failed to deliver on time and most importantly STANDARD CUSTOMER SERVICE.And youve been quiet on responding to reviews too. NOT FAKE NEWS

Looks like WE LIT has finally folded. Humility, professionalism and respecting your clients time are really important in this industry. Looks like WE LIT is on their last legs and couldnt keep it. Hate to say I saw it coming.

Texted during open hours simply asking if a strain and its special were still available for donation. They replied back TWO HOURS later with a simple "yes. Wtf, so there deal is to wait two hours to even acknowledge your text? Horrible

Looks like WE LIT is finally about to fold. Customer service should always be #1 and respecting your clients time. Maybe its a supply thing but not at all surprised by their demise.

If WELIT would improve on speediness and communication they would truly be #1.Back with another review. My last review I wrote I waited 5 hours for my delivery and was given a free edible and waived the delivery fee. Fast forward to ordering again less than a week giving them the benefit of the doubt and expecting better results this go around.Well, I placed my order in on Friday at 3:11pm and it got to me at 5:41pm. Kind of frustrating you have to reach out to the "main number or "headquarters or "try this number to get responses. I read in other reviews that they were contacted throughout the entire process. Not the case with me these last two orders. I was the one having to do the communicating and finding out if my driver was actually ever showing up or getting an ETA. All in all; the medicine is got slightly overweight on both strains. Not complaint at all.Want to stick with WELIT because the meds are good and the price is right but willing to pay a little more for quicker deliveries from other vendors.I want you to win WELIT. Work on communication with your donors and prompt deliveries.

Was ready and set to go to place an order. Even did the ID/age Verification and went to ATM. Texted in order to only get a long text that theyre sold out of basically everything and the pricing is $10 more for whats quoted on the app. Canceled order. Dont bait and switch. Was trying them for the first time. Kind of shady with the price switch and including strains on app that are truly sold out. Bad business = no business. Smh. I wanted yall to win too smh.

Was really heated at WE LIT this order. I stared donating to We Lit in 2017 and have so recently. Took FIVE (5) hours to get my delivery to me. As WE LIT said in other comments on here "give them a chance to make it up. Shout out to "Jimmy and "Andre for the waived delivery fee and free edible. Because of that I will be back. It was someMix up with them having my number I correct. The communication can be improved totally. I texted/called 4 numbers. My delivery somehow went from "receieved. Confirmed. Wrong number. Again, I was so mad at this point but I was patient with this guys because I enjoy supporting minority businesses in my community.The medicine is fireSkywalker OG. I just pray that next time (very soon) when I place my order that it does take FIVE (5) hours and communication is as accurate and precise as possible.Also, one negative was one of the bags wasnt a full 10 grams more like 9.82 and it had shake. The other two bags had nice bubs but was kind of steamy. Still smoked good but after all of that and waiting five hours I was expecting better presentation but whatever Im happy with the effects of the strain. And at that price, its cool.
