The products are amazing!!! Absolutely love the quality 10 stars!...But unfortunately the drivers customer service is horrible! Some are very rude and nasty, my driver today, who refused to give his name, yelled and argued with me and refused to communicate thoroughly! This does not reflect the home office, they are ALWAYS kind and accommodating! But sadly this last experience has hurt me too much, that if they cant help their drivers with their customer service, i wouldnt like to return :( And Im a frequent and loyal customer, and i would really hate to end our 1+ year relationship!
