Product is great, but guy just told me "you arent as important as you think you are" when I asked for a 30 min delay in order AFTER confirming it was ok w/driver and being almost an hour late with last delivery... with so many choices in DC, choose someone with ANY customer service and you will do better than these guys. They openly tell customers they dont need them. PS- I have screen shots showing if they try to deny. Screw you guys.

This is the ONLY place you will need in DC! Stuff is always medical quality. Always. And communication is great. They are always willing to work with customers and make you feel like they really do appreciate your business. None of this would matter if they didn't have great product, but they do!! We are everyday smokers and haven't gone anywhere else since we met Metro Meds. Thanks guys! You've got a customer for good with us! Did I mention shit was ?? :)

All of my cartridges leaked! The Gs were fine, but the halfs ALL leaked. Everything sticky and a huge amount of waste. I had ordered full G carts and they were out. Excellent customer service was quick to replace with tastey half g carts but they each leaked so badly it wasnt worth the waste. Sucks cause the quality was good... but I didnt get much of it.

Product is fire and by far best communication from any company around. Both the product and company interaction made us feel comfortable enjoying the gifts of DC while in town. We will be sure to purchase again on our next visit. Thanks!

Carts = awesome. Just sayin... We didnt get the flavors we ordered, but all were tastey. They could work on the price, but delivery was awesome and accomodating. Finally found quality carts so we can switch from flower. Thanks guys.

Awesome communication. Worked with us so we could get delivery before closing. So glad we did. Included some great gifts and it was all great for best price in town. Will def use these guys again. And again :)

Carts are great! First time I ever got a true effect from just carts. Flower is all fire too. Didnt get what I chosen, but both strains they chose were still great. Will def be back! Thanks!
