They offer u pre rolls if u give a 5 star review PRIOR to getting delivery or product. I assume thats why they have a high rating. The drivers were great but they were out of a cart I ordered and never updated the price with driver so I ended up getting shorted a cart. I mentioned this next order and showed them the text where they said they make up for it but pretty much ignored it ever happened. Two other carts tasted like burnt clutch . Idk how they made it to the consumer. Another OZ I got of critical mass was so dry it turned to dust upon touching. Other times carts were good and so was herb but its to unpredictable for a long time smoker. Drivers were amazing thought !

I been getting deliveries since day one in the district going on 4 years now and cloud 9 is the only place Ive had to tell THEM to wait because they were so fast lol . Never had an issue w product and price is right .

Used them 4 times so far no issues. Products good n price great . House cart little loose but no biggie works fine.

Used the service 3 times now n had no issues. Everyone n everything as needed n looked professional not mid grade junk .Been getting delivery going on 3 years now n these guys r just as good as anyone. I dont get the low rating especially with the prices.
