There was a mess up, the package was super short (package was included in weight, an accident that can happen)I was told it would be fixed. I was even willing to do another at the same time as the fix delivery. I have Called and texted. They have been closed for a week apparently. The product was some fyre for sure. If they fix it.. I will be a return customer. If not, I guess I learned my lesson.

Order was 12 short, took almost 3 1/2 hours, and they have been conviently closed since then.
