I had bad experience during last visit. Did call in order. Rep no help in suggesting best product. Informed had punch card that had free gram. Refused to place order stated needed to see card. I arrived and spoke with same person on phone. She didn't understand card was already punched for free gram. She said it was not put had already taken the card so I couldn't check. Customer service is good mostly with the exception of one worker who doesn't care about the patients
