Knowledgeable and willing to help customers make a selection and answer questions. I explained our elderly dog had terrible dry, scratch, irritated skin and asked if the CBD oil would help. Watz Poppin gave an honest answer: They were not sure.I decided to order it anyway and Watz Poppin gave advice about how to give the oil to the dog. They also asked me to let them know how it worked.We opted to rub the oil her skin - it is safe for ingestion so we figured rubbing it on her skin and her licking at it would give us the most "bang for our buck."We just gave her a third treatment and the difference is AMAZING. She is 14 yrs old and we are afraid to just keep her on steroids, which have been the only thing to help her up to now. We have used 1/4 teaspoon of oil and applied it to her with our hands. We then let her lick our hands and, of course, she licks where we just put the oil.We loved, loved the "people treats" we got, too.
