I got a call to confirm my order like I asked but no military/veteran discount on top of their specials. This is one of the few companies who wont budge on discounts. I received 2 more calls from the same operator because both the strains I ordered were out even though I ordered at 10am. She couldnt give me specifics on the new strains she wanted me to buy instead, just said Indica or Sativa, wouldnt tell me which hybrids were indica dominant because Im sensitive to sativa. Delivery was also an hour late but the driver was nice and respectful and kept me in the loop. I contacted the main line to let them know the driver was an hour late and they didnt respond until after I already had my delivery. There were no samples or extra gifts with my order which is also different from the other companies I have used. Subpar service compared to others in the area.

Texted back quickly to answer questions, called to confirm information, and most important to me, delivered the Rx around my morning availability. The 3 for $150 cartridges are a solid gram of quality. Would absolutely use again and recommend to others!

These folks are exceptional in service, punctuality, product quality, professionalism and generosity. I was kindly thanked for my military service and respected enough to be given more than I bargained for. Bought a legit 1/2, received a military discount, 2 free prerolls, a free vape pen and adapter, matches and a sweet glow stick. Good people doing good things for a better world.

Placed my order before they opened at noon because I had to travel down to DC from Baltimore. I figured Id be able to beat rush hour back home even with their 2 hour delivery window. I called at 1:30 to see where they were and ask if they got my message wondering if they had a veteran discount when I submitted my order. They said they got in late today, saw my order and hadnt packaged it yet but they would immediately. I checked online again and my order said it was accepted but the delivery window changed to 3:15pm. At 3:15 I got another message saying 12 minutes away. My 7 year old started getting antsy around 1:30 when I made my first call to them. My order was $120 and with the veteran discount it was $110. In all honesty, Id recommend the courier service Fat Stash. They always call me as soon as they open to confirm price, product and estimated delivery. I went with Astro because they had a good deal on the strains they had available. Dont think Ill be doing business with these guys anymore. Still waiting...

Friendly and responsive to questions prior to purchase and through to the courier who politely calls when he's at the location. I felt safe during the exchange and he was polite enough to come into the coffee house because my 7 year old was along for the afternoon. very professional, I'll be back soon but not too soon

The Blue Dream strain was a little too psychoactive for me and didnt exhibit the qualities I usually look for. After about 3 days I called and they allowed me to swap it out for Sunset Sherbet. They quickly sent a courier to make the exchange with ease. There was no re-weighing or subtracting the difference, just honest humans who arent nickel and diming the power of good grass. Im a Frequent Flier and now loyal to Fat Stash! *ALWAYS TIP YOUR COURIER :)

Mike arrived early the hour of anticipated delivery. He was super chill and even waited until the end of my hour window for me to get through traffic. They threw me a little extra Buddha too which is a fantastic business model compared to other companies Ive used on WW. Dont get duped, use Fat Stash.

Drove to the District for the experience of making the exchange and taking the criminal act out of it. The stars aligned and 420 did not disappoint. They arrived 20 minutes before expected, had great communication with me to make it a smooth transaction and the driver was pleasant. King Louis was just what I needed. Not speedy, not spacey, not panicked and Im completely capable of continuing on with my day.
