I waited 3 hours only to get nothing. Placed my order and received a confirmation call, thats great. But that was the last time in the 3 hours that THEY contacted me. I waited 2 hours before bothering them, only for them to tell me the driver would be there shortly. We are short on drivers. Being short on drivers must also mean that they are short on communication and guest satisfaction. The 3 hour mark hit and the driver FINALLY acknowledged my order and said 35 minutes!! Fuck. That.
