Ordered online at 7am. No response when the business opens at 9am, until I text at 10:15am. Then told to jump through hoops, go out of my way, & my delivery time was pushed way back even after I said I could come closer. I understand things happen but own it. At 39, absolutely not. Im way too grown & there are way too many other delivery services.
Customer service communication started off pretty weird. However, I appreciate the efforts to make it better & super friendly delivery driver.
Ill be the second to say Im well overdue to leave a review... But today was extraordinarily exceptional. You guys always take care of your regulars & I appreciate it today more than you know. Long story, short my day started by picking out cards for the moms in my life. I lost my grandma in February. Even as a mom myself, this is one Mothers Day Id like to skip. When I looked in my bag today, & saw the extra gift it made my day a little brighter. Itll make putting on a brave face this weekend a little easier. Thanks a million...
