HorribleBeen faithful customer for many months they messed up an order left me without stash for a whole month on my way now as we speak and they dont and won't do anything about it all I get is we got you but you dont got me at all won't give me the right kind that I've gotten for almost a year and won't give a deal on anything else to replace it 7 hour trip to our favorite place with 1100 donation in hand and they dont want it ok fine whatever have a good one I will not be back I've been nothing but kind to you guys you should feel ashamed to be like all the others especially to the disabled

Just spoke to a wonderful gentleman named Johnny who was concerned about order and satisfaction THATS GREAT what we ordered was probably for new smokers ..we aren't rookies lol he was helpful and has made plans to fulfill our satisfaction AWESOME tysm Johnny I appreciate this cuz I need you guys!!!

Going well so far I figured I would just be another come and go customer but gee someone took time.to ask if we were ok with our order and TBH I wasnt ok at all...I guess I have a higher tolerance than what I ordered and with that being said my order will be fixed ...downfall is the 3 hour.. 7 total max... long trip but they got me so cant wait again!!!
