Usually don't have a problem but my last ordeal left me extremely annoyed. Waited 3 hours to only find out the delivery driver had the incorrect address on the other side of town. Ended up canceling. Disappointed!

Waited nearly 5 hours to receive order. I usually wouldn't mind because I'm used to having an AMAZING experience, however this time I was asked by the driver to meet him at a location 30 minutes away from the initial delivery address. I don't drive, and I don't live in DC so I usually choose to meet the driver at the closest DC metro station near my home. To uber to the new location 30 minutes away, yet still having to pay a delivery fee along with receiving my order almost 5 hours after ordering left a bad taste. Disappointed!
