SLOW. Multiple times its taken me 4 hours to receive an order. Always have to follow up to get an ETA, and the dispatcher just says your driver will call you. Generally dissatisfied with the bud quality compared to what Ive gotten from competitors. Unless you wanna be waiting around trying to figure out when your stuff is coming, I wouldnt order from them.
