My last order ended up growing mold and I had to toss an ounce. Turns out that it wasn't cured long enough. Stored it in the package it was delivered in and put it in a dark place. Came back a month later and the bag had popped open and it was all covered in mold. To say the least, I was very disappointed. The shake ounce I got was pretty good.
