I've ordered from at least ten different services in DC. These guys have to be the fastest delivery with the lowest cartridge prices.

If you had a good experience with them then more power to you, but I ordered from this place 3 times and they were a pain in the ass from day one.The first order got cancelled because I didnt reply the second after they sent me a confirmation text (though the time between me placing my order and hearing from them was anything but hurried over an hour). After being told progressively later & later delivery times I finally received my order. The product was OK but the price and selection made me decide to give them another try.The second order was delivered without much hassle, but they managed to deliver the wrong strain. The order was for ONE single gram and they managed to screw it up. Apparently the words "AFGOO and "SOUR DIESEL look more alike than I previously realized? "Apologies driver error, we will include a free gift next time.. was the excuse they gave. So, I felt like I pretty much HAD to give them a third chance if I wanted to see how well they could correct a mistake.Short answer: they couldnt.The third order was placed and 10 minutes later I received a call informing me that none of the item I ordered was in stock. My only options were to either cancel the order or go with some random assortment sadly, I chose the latter. After receiving the order and noticing that no gift was included (I had made sure to remind them of their error when ordering) I contacted them. As requested, I sent them screen shots showing where they admitted the error and said a gift would be included next time. "You received a dab tool as a free gift, what is the issue was their reply. WTF? They must think their customers are as thick as they seem to be. They told me on the phone (and it states on their page here) that a dab tool was SUPPOSED to come with my order. When I pointed this out I was met with mealy-mouth excuses about "changing availability and was told that if I was not satisfied to please choose another service (because apparently they were not interested in correcting their mistake). When I replied that I indeed would be going another service their was reply was simply a sarcastic "Great!So, thats been my experience; there are better product, prices, and service elsewhere.

Placed my order around 11:30am hoping to get an early delivery. Estimated delivery time 12:30pm-01:30pm. Didnt hear anything until I messaged them around 2:30pm ("Still waiting about 1-2 hours). Its now 5:30pm and Im cancelling my order.
