So where to start, don't know what happened to old management that got all these great reviews must of sold it or something. Don't waste your time attempting to deal with this joke ass company. I knew I was going to be in town for Dad's birthday so planned ahead placed my order the night before. Spoke to someone from this joke of a business twice to make sure there wasn't any issues. Day of I text this place 2 hrs before pick up time to verify still on, joker had the nerve to ask me what my order was again and where we are supposed to meet. Told him again said yes we're all set. So 15mins after we were supposed to meet this called me to tell me my order now is going to be incomplete alright I said how much longer. Finally got a call from their driver after waiting for 51 mins telling me it would be another 40 mins before he got to me. Of course whole day is now ruined late for bday and nothing to show for it. So DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THESE CLOWNS. Wish old managers owners whatever were still there instead of this bunch of clowns.

It started off with someone calling me regarding my order 22hrs earlier then expected. So of course worried going to be a replay of prior time trying to get something while on a tight schedule. Day of order called to make sure we were still on for the correct day, they assured me we were. Long story short great Product and delivery. Always give people a second chance, you might be highly surprised.

These companies have the audacity to tell you what you want to hear so you keep waiting for your product that you preordered for a specific time because unlike these people you have shit to do that's not geared to waiting somewhere for x amount of time while they do whatever it is they're doing. NOT CONCERNED ABOUT YOU OR YOUR TIME!!!!!!!

Terrible company don't waste your time. Placed an order on 4/16 for delivery at 430pm waited for over 30mins just to get a call to say be there in 10mins waited for another 20mins for the driver to ask me where I was located, the address for delivery is on the order or you would think, I'm waiting in S.W. and he informs me he's in N.W.. So don't waste your time not sure they are legitimate or not.

Had a terrible experience with them my first and probably last time I used them. Set up order the night before as I knew I was going to DC the next day. Text them the day of delivery at 857 am to make sure we were still on for 115pm said no problem. Trying to kill 2 birds with 1 stone while in town. Waited until 200pm for my so called 115pm delivery. Ruined plans for rest of day. Finally got a text message at 230pm asking if I still wanted order. Don't recommend if you're on a tight schedule if you got nothing to do but wait then give them a try.
