Not Happy with these guys today normally I have no problems but today I get no response at all if there is a cut off time to order it should be listed on the site like everything else. Good customer service would be to reach out and say something not just ignore the person. Then wanna send an I'm sorry text next day. Don't bother I'll take my money elsewhere smh

Im not sure how these people got this high rating. I got one response and then nothing they keep accepting the order and then not even reaching out at all. If they dont want to deliver to the address I provided then why not say so. Sad customer service!!

NOT HAPPY AT ALL!! Wtf wants to wait 5 hours for a delivery when your meeting the drivers at that. The prices are crazy and the wait is beyond ridiculous. If you have all day to wait and a lot of money to spend then by all means. There are plenty of other services who have the same quality and better customer services with way lower prices! Ima take my money there!!!

The prices are way too high to not have a description or at least the type of tree. I'm not finding any of these names on Leafly. I need to know about what I am spending my money on. This is not good at all!!

Ordered this am from these idiot who can't read and fucked up my order then has the audacity to give me attitude like they did me a favor by coming at the time they supposed to come in the first place. The customer service is some shit and not worth the money. They will never get another dime from me.
