Saw some of the reviews and decided to be cautious. Thankfully no response from them on here or via phone confirmed I would have been wasting my time.

Placed an order, this website put my delivery time as ASAP. So I cancelled and reordered with the correct time. Get a BUNCH of calls after from the main line and driver, one to tell me they were out of a product, about four others from the driver who apparently didn't know I cancelled within five minutes. I confirm with the driver the correct time.Correct time comes, no show. I call main line, no answer. Call driver, has no clue who I am. When I refresh his memory he says he is on his way. Over 30 minutes later, no show. Call main line again, am forwarded to voicemail. All in all, wasted about two hours of my life on this. And had I looked at the terrible rating this service has, would have skipped. At least I know now why they have that rating.

I've had bad luck with ordering from these delivery services, from cart failure to no shows. The worst I can say about this one is the functionality of this website, and that's not really their fault. They are responsive, inexpensive, and have the most adorable dog delivering your meds. I hope this service doesn't drop off like the others.

Finally, legit carts and a driver who is timely. I am definitely coming back. Little hiccup with a delivery fee but was easily remedied and they gave me a free shirt.
