I wasn't initially going to leave a review, but after the bad experience I had, I think it's fair to let others know. TL;DR, conflicting information, changed hours, ask for # to hash things out, no contact. So I was new to the whole donation process, stumbled across this company and at the time you could get a gifted a G of wax with a $40 donation. Awesome, lot of good reviews as well. So I shoot them a message and ask if there is a minimum donation amount and a delivery fee, get told no on both. Again, awesome. So on this day their hours were listed as 1pm-10pm, I checked again shortly before leaving to make sure and left at about 5:30. So I get to this place at 6:57pm, go on the website and now the hours are changed to 1pm-7pm.. On top of this after trying to place an order the website was telling me there was a $50 minimum. At this point I'm thinking wtf? So I call, they answer, I ask about the minimum donation and get told it's $60. Now I've got three pieces of conflicting information.I left and later that night I sent a message cause honestly I was annoyed, but I tried not to be too big of an a-hole about it cause things happen. They get back to me, say sorry and they're hiring new people and what not, but they'd like to make it up to me. Great, guess it's not so bad after all. Well after that they stopped gifting Gs of wax, only 1/8th+, which is more than I have to donate for, but they ask for my # to hash things. Well here we are a little over two weeks after sending them my number and no calls, texts, messages, nothing. Maybe others will have better luck, I'll look elsewhere.
