I been trying to reach you guys for the past week. I've been using you guys for a while now and have ordered off the lower deals section a couple of times. Now I know you get what you pay for but there's no way I order two different strains and they both are trash. Usually I have no problem getting my issues corrected and I understand the covid situation. But I asked thoroughly before I ordered would the purple cake and og kush be good for there price. I was told it would be. What I received fucked me and my guest head and stomach up in the worst way ever. Then we waited thinking the og kush would be good. Nope that wasn't anything. We even tried to sell it no one wanted to buy it. I've reached out several times only to get no response from anyone. It even seems like my number was blocked. I really fuck with you guys but this here is fucked up on so many levels.

You guys ARE NOT A DISAPPOINTMENT. I GOT MY ORDER FIXED. GOT ZITTLES AS A REPLACEMENT. Never really like the ZITTLES because it made me sick but said fuck it I'll just suck it up and deal with it cause I didn't want to be an asshole and call back. But you guys are the G.O.A.T. WHY DID THE CALL ME (YES THEY CALLED ME) HRS AFTER MY DELIVERY TO MAKE SURE I LIKED IT. I was fucking surprised. Told him the problem and low and behold why did they change it for me. Yes I have to wait for a new delivery (definitely no problem with however long it takes). I've never had this level of customer service in my life hell not even from my Dr lol. I fucking love you guys and the gas is fucking fiiiiire??????????. You have my everlasting business. And yes I'm a real person and THIS IS NOT A FAKE ASS REVIEW.????

My second time ordering from here. Got shake yesterday. Read comments before about how if your unsatisfied they don't answer so I was skeptical but ordered anyway. Well smoke 3 Jay's and didn't really feel much. So at 9 am I reach out to let them know it wasn't what I expected. I thought they was gonna give me the run around. Well low and behold I got no run around no hassle and my text was answered so quick I thought I was dreaming. After my avalanche of questions my problem was rectified in a matter of mins. The customer service is beyond helpful friendly and quick. I had to cry because I've never had this happen on here ever. Other sites just give you your order and say "it is what it is" but not here. They stood behind their product and their word. Delivery is pretty fast and friendly. They even did me a solid and upgraded my order for a lil extra $ with no problem. Now I'm waiting to see what surprise I'm getting from their personal choice for my choosey ass. Will leave another review after I receive my product (if I can lol) from what they say my socks are gonna be knocked off lol.

Thank you again Mike for making my donation possible. The only complaint I have is PLEASE NEXT TIME PUT A WARNING ON IT. I'm still trying to come down off that death star. I've tried a lot of ppl but your quality had been the best. Especially this go round. As soon as I can come down maybe I'll get a chance to try the rest. Hope you guys will be around for decades.
