Make sure you know how much your total is when you call. They will try and charge you more than what's listed online.

I have a love hate relationship with capitol kush. I placed a pre order at 2 for a delivery time of 520. 520 comes no delivery and no communication. I didn't receive any communication until 6:00. My delivery didn't come until 6:30. I had to wait an extra hr just to receive my delivery. I voiced my opinion to their office and now they will not respond to me. I tried to place another order knowing that it would take some time to receive it now they won't even respond to my request for another order. They have really good bud and the prices are good but the communication and respect for people's time is horrible.

I waited 4 hours for nothing. They messed up my order and then told me that I could re order tomorrow. Ever since they changed management or whatever the customer service has dropped. When I spend hundreds of dollars at a time the service is good but when I want a small order they treat you like shit. I only shop at Capitol because of the price and the bud quality hasnt been bad but after yesterday Im looking for another service to order from regularly.

I ordered two half's, one supposedly GG4. It definitely was mids--WITH SEEDS! I been smoking too long to not know the difference. i did call and was offered a refund. Will not shop here again. Not trustworthy.
