Horrible when it comes to response to clientele as Ive received an excuse as to why a requested 3 hours out schedule and to be reset for a later time without giving a range of availability. All this after asking for I.D. which leaves me to believe theyre conning for personal information and makes me think theyre shady!

Highly recommend customers go elsewhere. After two times of order here the result confirmed dissatisfaction and disappointment on both occasions. Three times a charm and trust me, wont get my business and please please please... read the negative reviews and trust that their right as Im informing theyre not quality, suitable or not qualified as reputable business. Theyll tell you one thing and you wont get 100% satisfaction. I left a long clear review and it seems to missing. Dont say i or others havent told you so! A disgrace, I tell you! Very bitter with their service.

This is the second go-around with placing an order with this distributor and I must change my review from the first initial reflection made roughly two weeks ago. The quality of the products suffices but the service is awful. The first delivery was forty minutes late from a scheduled delivery time of 9am with me having to call to ask where the driver was twenty-five minutes after nine and the driver then showed up at 9:40am. This go-around I preordered a day early for delivery to be made at 9 this morning and the deliverers didnt appear until three hours later. The business reached out @ 9:11am to inform me my order was out for delivery for the morning batch with no reasonable range of time to receive products. Also, I didnt get all that was confirmed in my order which was 2 half Zs+a pre-roll, 3 carts+pre-roll and a freebie from giving an initial review which was more like to hype their business which is false. I had confirmed the total order within the order in notes yesterday as well as in direct text format this morning and only received 1/3 pre-rolls. Ive had much much better service from other businesses who are prompt with response and DELIVERY without the excuses. So, Ill certainly look elsewhere as their is ample suppliers elsewhere. Be advised and beware!
