Everything about this business is A+++. I had one of my first experiences with them last week and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Communication was quick and easy, and I even received a confirmation phone call and text. The bud was good quality, and they even threw in a free preroll in my order. I think this is going to become my go-to for WW. Congratulations, you just gained another loyal costumer.

I truly feel the ratings should be set much higher for this company. I've been a frequent user with THC Bank, they are beyond great with communication. Give at least 10-15 minutes after you make your order, and you'll receive a friendly phone call for order confirmation along with the eta arrival time. They are very speedy with delivery, I have had absolutely no issues with any of their drivers before. Products and prices remain great!! Probably my favorite company to order from in the dc area.

I placed an order for two carts and ended up receiving three in my order, which no doubt was awesome, however I did come across a few issues. Being a frequent user on this site i am used to waiting longer than normal for drivers across the board. I was told my eta for delivery was between 8:30-9pm, I didn't physically receive my order until 9:50pm. The driver was super nice and apologized for the long wait, I just hope in the future that communication will improve so users aren't stuck waiting for extremely long periods of time. Secondly, one of the carts I received in my order barely looked like it was even filled past halfway. Given that I didn't order one of the carts, it wasn't a huge deal, but this experience will impact further contact. :(

I've had such a wonderful experiences doing business with Deja Vu. They are quick & speedy with communication. I even had a polite woman call to confirm my order. The bud is always great and the drivers I've had in the past are nothing but lovely. They even threw in a free full-sized brownie with my last order just because!! Will be a loyal returning customer :)
