I've been using i71 compliant vendors in the District for a while now, and PromoCo clearly stands out as the best. Every vendor will have positive ratings, and people saying their product is good, but with PromoCo this couldn't be more true.I like my concentrates, and everything I've received from PromoCo has been excellent. The shatter is some of the most tasty, terp-filled wax I've tried in a while, while the diamonds and live resin are a great choice for an intense feeling.The carts/darts are another area where PromoCo excels, beating nearly every other company on this website (and I've tried a bunch), with a killer product that I'm confident is safe and non-toxic.The flowers gifted by PromoCo are incredible. A quick look at their social media pages will show you the stunning quality of all of their bud. Even at the lowest end of their offerings, the "great value" category is still what many other vendors would advertise as top shelf.Finally, PromoCo really stands out from the competition due to their customer service. They treat their customers in an incredibly formal, professional, and non-sketchy manner, and occasionally include a nice freebie. Pickups from them are the easiest thing ever, and now make me wish I could do them for every vendor.

Carts were excellent, some of the best Ive found in DC so far. No fake brands, just quality carts. The shatter on the other hand was not great. The grams I received were all very unstable, more resembling a sticky form of rosin than shatter. Even after putting it in the freezer, it was very hard to pick up and dab.

Great service. Ordered distillate darts and was not disappointed. Very strong hits and tasty terps. Ordering/Delivery process was 10x less sketchy than every other delivery service on this site, with the delivery man being incredibly friendly and even throwing in some freebies. Will definitely be returning for more.
