Wanted to get some weed stashed before covid-19 locksdowns got any worse. After nearly 15 phone calls with no answer from other deliveries (despite wheresweed saying they were open), very friendly man thankfully picked up! He didn't want to go out (understandable) so had me go to him. Gave me two free prerolls with my order for the trouble. The bud all weighed out exact, seems to be the strains as advertised, and great quality. Looks like stems had even been torn off for more fair weighing (a first). 10/10 fucking solid service. Look forward to future business with them if we don't all die of corona lol.

Previously left a scatching review because last time I ordered from this place they were four hours late and come to find out when I got home and weighed everything out my bags were in total over a half ounce short. To make matters worse when we drove back to DC to get what we paid for because they said they would make it right and it ended up being a wasted trip as we were jerked around for hours until we finally gave up. HOWEVER finally got on the phone with a decent ****ing person there named Mike and he ended up helping us get us the rest of what we paid for quickly and apologetically. Idk what his official position is at reefer express but dude needs a promotion. Thank you Mike! Bottom line...I will definitely NOT be ordering from this service again after that clusterf****. But wanted to acknowledge we *were* made right...eventually. So there's that.

I'm going to start by saying the bud was amazing, considering the price. However my driver was more than 2 hours late. This wouldn't have been a huge deal but come to find out later he forgot part of my order (he still counted and drove off with the money for the whole order) so I ended up waiting nearly *another* 2 hours to get the rest. Also while they didn't charge a delivery fee (as they shouldn't have), the driver was still hardcore pressuring for some kind of tip for coming back with the rest. Which he probably still would have gotten even despite the mistake if not for "thanking me in advance for my tip." I used to work in food service. That would not have flown by default much less while in the process of correcting a mistake lol. Idk, these things happen. Bad days happen. I get it. I will be returning because the quality and price of product outweighs what is lacking on the customer service front. But I do hope next time runs a little smoother.
