First time getting flower here and was an all around really positive experience!! I called to ask some questions about the freshness and quality of their flower as well as recommendations and they were really helpful and nice. I ordered Wedding Pie and Layer Cake and both are fresh, smell super good and smoke great. Definitely coming back and recommend.

I JUST FOUND A LIVE BUG (small orange worm) IN MY RUNTZ FLOWER FROM CLOUD 9. I'm horrified. I'm a longtime customer. After calling the main number, the Cloud 9 owner called me to apologize (after I demanded to speak with a manager). They got me fresh, clean flower, apologized and refunded my money (after I insisted) for the horrible bug experience. Owner was respectful and polite but finding a live crawling bug in "top shelf" indoor flower is something I won't ever be able to shake.

Just spoke with Jade on the phone at Jackpot and she was super helpful with answering my questions about which strains were freshest (I've been getting dry flower from other wheresweed deliveries). Quick processing and she reassured me if I'm not satisfied with order they can swap for better bud. Thank you!

This company actually cares about their customers! First time getting from DChronixx was great. Spoke with a really cool guy named Alex who gave me suggestions; I ordered Lemon Haze (bomb af) and Lava cake. Wasn't vibing with the Lava cake so when I called back, Alex kindly offered to swap it out no charge - I got Blueberry og instead and its smells and smokes fire!! Great service, good quality bud and really respectful business. Def coming back.

Second time using cloud9 and very happy with my experience. I called to ask some questions about the strains and they gave me great recommendations based on my preferences. I ordered Kosher Tangie and Acapulco Gold and both are great quality. Definitely recommend!!

very disappointed with the bud quality. Ordered blue dream and cherry bomb and both were very mids. decent prices but bud smells+tastes terrible.

My review was just deleted because it was bad. They didn't label our weed and shorted us by 3 grams. Will not be using this company ever again.

This company didn't label the two different strains we bought so we didn't know which was which. Also, wasn't the correct amount, they shorted us 3 grams. Won't be using this company again.
