Worst customer experience I have ever had at a shop. The manager is super rude and has no clue what hes doing. I went to check them out for the first time today as I like to support local businesses. This Asian guy with glasses helped me. I was there for edibles and cartridges. He asked what battery pen I had and pointed out all the cartridges that would work with it. I bought a few edibles and two 1gm cartridges- I spent over $220 and left super happy. I got to my car and realized one of the cartridges didnt work with my battery pen, so went straight back to let him know. The manager threw a fit and said, Im not responsible for the kind of pen you have. You can buy a new pen that works with this cartridge. This is the answer I got despite the bud tender hand-picking cartridges that would work with my pen. I was speechless and extremely disappointed. They lack the basic knowledge and experience. Save your money and stay away.
