Communication/Speed- 5*. Called to confirm within 15 minutes of online order, and actually delivered within 30 minutes of my call even though I asked for more time as I was coming from work and just wanted to make sure they were there as my first appointment. When I did arrive at the noted time, they came promptly within 15 minutes of the appointment and apologized for coming too early. I appreciate their speediness- they are TOO DAMN fast but I LIKE IT!! Drivers were VERY polite and made it easy to find them (it was rush hour so parking gets a bit tricky I understand!) Bud Quality- 5* Cindy 99 was NO JOKE I was lifted from my depression happy to cook thanksgiving dinner, concentrate on homework, and clean my house happy all month! Thanks fellas! Huge buds and not a seed or stem in sight-quality packaging and a free preroll to enjoy on the ride home too! how it SHOULD BE. Unlike unmentioned services that try to give you shake and pass it off as quality- for a higher price!Pricing , variety, and ease of ordering- 5*. Clear menu with true descriptions of the product. GREAT prices, best I have seen in DC. Every DC storefront still wants $50/$60 an 8- get that outta here!!! :p I'd rather wait on my delivery and enjoy the COST SAVINGS (I am an accountant by trade), these guys don't have to pay storefront rent and utilities so can pass the savings on to YOU. ;) Easy to place an order, don't forget they will need your ID to verify you are 21!! My only wish was they had more edibles like gummies and lollipops. The flower menu is TO DIE FOR. I LOVE the variety!! About to place another order they have me IMPRESSED. Triple just hit a homerun!!
