Made a first time order from these guys the other week. Tried a cart but was really after edibles. I tried all the edibles (syrup, cookie, lemonade) and all three were great. Easily some of the best in the area. And though I generally get carts from elsewhere, the cart I tried here was very solid tooThe process and delivery was smooth as well with no complaints. Will be back

The vape carts scene in the DC area is generally a travesty. I've been sold all sorts of garbage. I had a good first experience with Promoco though. The cart flavor is off but the potency is quite good, esp for the price...with no other problems.The guy I dealt with was really good too as he explained things well and was timely, with a very easy pickup. He also gave me a few extra goodies as 'it seemed like you had a long drive.' All in all top notch. Will be re-ordering at some point.

The Golden Owl cart is a complete waste. Doesn't even pretend to be fake oil and produce an actual hit. It was cool that these guys refunded me for it but it's troubling to know they sell something of that low quality. It's not like they don't know.

Used these guys awhile back. Remember both products being quality. Came back in the area recently and tried them again. Odd experience with the initial phone guy. I simply ask 'could you guys deliver to xxx in georgetown?' Simple 'no' could've sufficed. Instead, the guy replies 'not a chance.' Then w/o any further prompting, 'lol our drivers will never meet you in the borders.' Didn't understand the odd instant attitude. But more importantly, the cart quality seems to have gone down. Won't be back
