Great group, great service. Ordered a couple of carts (which they make in-house, important in these black-market times), and they are all up to standards. Whats more: when I first got my order delivered, one of the cartridge packets was labeled but empty. No worries. An honest mistake, in the midst of coronavirus demand, no less. So I called the delivery driver, who was contrite and responsive; and she gave me their business number to call. I called the it, and three words can describe the customer service I received"responsive, attentive, and understanding. They told me they would send a driver with the missed portion. No questions asked! He came an hour later, order in hand. I was initially doubtful, but Im happy to say these folks are legitimate and that anyone can trust their service.
