Triple-High

I preplaced an order on this site at 2 pm for a few different strains, totaling $390. The estimated time of delivery on the site said 4 pm. I drove 45 minutes and arrived before my scheduled time for pick up and when 4 pm rolled around the driver was not there. After waiting 15 minutes, I called the triple high number and was told that my order was going to be placed in 15-20 minutes and I should be expecting a call at that same time as well. 40 minutes pass by.... and I still received no contact from the driver OR the triple high company. After waiting for an hour, I call triple high and ask for the number to the driver which I did receive. I contacted the driver and he told me he would be there in 10 minutes because thats what the GPS says. Another 20 minutes passed and I am very frustrated at this point. I called triple high and informed them that waiting this long is ridiculous and that I was getting ready to leave because I had to be somewhere else later that day. Triple high did take $10 off of my order for the inconvenience, but I should have never been in that position in the first place. I called the driver next and asked for his whereabouts, he proceeded to tell me 10 minutes.... I demand for his exact time of arrival and he finally says the GPS says 8 minutes. When he FINALLY arrived after an hour and a half, I walked up to his car, handed him the money, and informed him that Triple high deducted $10 off the order and if he knew about that. His reply was, whatever. I do not know if Triple High is able to monitor their drivers, or if the drivers are through a whole different company, but this experience today was unacceptable, unprofessional, and discouraging. I am not sure if I will ever purchase from this website again, the process of retrieving the Bud is not worth the hassle.
