Are usually have a great experience with these guys but recently I had to wait over two hours for my order. When I tried to communicate my needs I was ignored because of an employee named Kai . I ended up canceling my order completely and found out that my order never even got sent out in the first place. All the other employees have ever had to deal with through this company has been great this is the first time Ive had an issue at all
