Ive tried three or four other vendors on this website and my experiences have been mixed. Decent Customer service has been hard to come by and reliability has been scarce. This has NOT been my experience with this vendor at all. Munchies provides the best customer service Ive witnessed by far; always trying to find a solution to make the customer happy and they are great to their regulars. Not to mention they got that GAS. I am a heavy smoker with chronic pain and insomnia and the premium gorilla glue has been doing wonders for me.

Updated Review: I sent Elevate a referral, expecting the prerolls I usually get as a free gift. We always look forward to the prerolls; theyre always filled with good bud and are a good little bonus. We were given 5g of Shake (after driving an hour and waiting an extra 45 minutes for a second delivery because the prerolls we were expecting were missing from the order I was picking up) instead and it smoked like dirt. Since they arent doing prerolls anymore, Im Not too sure the free gift is an incentive at all. Hopefully this changes soon.

After my 15th order or so, I got something I wasnt satisfied with and unfortunately I was out of town and could not exchange. Not only was I offered a refund, we agreed on an alternative accommodation since I was so far away. Great bud. Great service too.

Kinda disappointed... this was my first time venturing out from my usually vendor on this site and I wish I wouldve gotten to try the bud, seeing all the great reviews. I set an appointment for delivery (I dont live in DC so i had to drive to the city). I waited over an hour in my car waiting on a call from the delivery driver. I texted the point of contact and they kept insisting the driver would call; having been sent out 30min before the appointment time. Within the last 10min of me waiting, I was able to place an order with another WW vendor, set up a meetup, and get my bud within 5 min of the new appointment time set by the point of contact.
