Extremely disappointed. Waited 2 hours and we did NOT get our pens which we paid for. Upon realizing called the guy back and was told to call the main number. Well they arent picking up and I cant leave a voicemail. We spent 2 hours waiting only to not get half our order. Horrible experience I encourage them to call us due to this issue. They should be aware of who we are.
