I ordered a half of the Jack Frost from them and it was moldy. I exchanged that for what they told me was green crack.... different bud but theres so moldy bud in this pack too. If I could drop pictures in here I would. Theyd have to give me their strongest (and not molded) bud for me to ever feel comfortable buying from here again. Never bought moldy weed in dc ever. Do better as a business. Customers.... spend your money somewhere else

The product is always good here, that I can vouch. But customer service is lacking severely. I placed my initial order around 10:45am and expected a somewhat speedy delivery. I didnt hear back from the business about an ETA until almost two hours later, ONLY after I reached out to them. I had to cancel my order because they informed me I would have to wait on the driver (after spreading waiting two hours) and I was late to my doctors appointment at 1:30pm. I subsequently rescheduled my order for 4:00 around this same time, and I didnt get my delivery until 4:30. When I met my driver he showed me that someone changed my delivery time from 4pm to 4:30 pm....its literally crossed off on my bag. You guys have good product but this is the worst customer service Ive received anywhere in DC. A free pre-roll doesnt make up for this terrible experience.
