This was the worst experience I have had. They estimated arrival time was between 5:30-6:30. The driver did not reach my location until 7:30 and he did not reach out until 7pm. I had to follow up 2 separate times to receive any kind of response. It would not have been a problem if they could have just communicated they were running behind. I was also supposed to get a pre-roll with my order and did not receive it. I will not be ordering from these people again.
