Only care about the money, not the customer. Shorted me a whole quarter and don't even have the guts to fix it. Despicable
If you can't be on time and professional, try a different game y'allUPDATED 1/27/21: Found out they shorted me a quarter of Granddaddy Purp after I paid full price for the ounce. Lady called night before and made sure my order time was sorted out promptly to avoid same interaction as before only to instead be an hour past the delivery time. You guys obviously do not care about the customer, only the money. Do not buy. Please take your hard earned money and time anywhere else but here.
Placed a preorder at 7pm the night before...advertised open until 10pm...didn't even start preparing the order, which wasn't even that large to begin with, until a half hour after opening the next morning. Lady on the phone says they need two hours to process online orders....well, you had fourteen. Unacceptable
I don't care how good the bud is, you guys suck at communicating and understanding the importance of being timely in reups. Especially for drivers that come out of state. Not worth all that hassle
Next time make the 9am order a 9am order and not an 11am, 25 mins on the other side of D.C. order. Bomb ass Purple Haze tho.
