I tried their MCT tincture, I loved the taste since i like coconut. My girlfriend is not a big fun, she likes to take hers in her coffees and shakes in the morning. If you like to make it sweet heat up the bottle just enough to make things melt easier and add raw honey or monk fruit till you get desired sweetness level. I say about 20 mins after consumption you start feeling relaxed and buzzed followed by a burst of energy. I Love it, I can have this all day through out the day ,very discreet lol. Great product
