I just wanted to take a moment to give these guys a shout out for their amazing customer service and quality guarantee that they actually back up. I received my delivery at my scheduled time after closing hours. One of the items I got was a cart and when I opened it, I noticed it was leaking. I immediately sent pictures to them but like I said, it was after hours and so didn't get a response back. Tbh, I actually wasn't expecting one because this has happened a couple times before and I've never gotten a response back from any other service. Most don't care and you just gotta cut your losses instead of being upset. Also, I feel like that's the chance you take when you choose delivery because you aren't in the store looking at the product to tell if it's bad or not. Anyways, the very next day at opening, they sent me a message asking me if the cart was still leaking, to which I said yes. Then they said they would replace it! I was so shocked that they were immediate in their response to correct the problem! I'm talking about sending me a message one minute after opening! I got it exchanged the very next day with no hassle! Great great great customer service!
