It's been awhile since I left my last review 11/29/20, still no response since or anything since I got fake carts from you guys, horrible way to go about service, even reached out to #BIG CHIEF EXTRACTS through email and have proof stating that they are indeed fake, hopefully someone has better luck than me, this place is a ABSOLUTE JOKE!

Trash, just like there service apparently, left a review almost a month ago in ref to my fake stuff no response or anything, I've seen kids with better business demeanor then these "professionals"

I left a good review at first, but now I'm questioning a lot because one of my tops was off to my cart like I mentioned in my first review and one of my other carts where it says BC on it for Big Chief extracts is upside down, so I took it upon myself to scratch the stickers on the inside of the carts to verify them through Big Chief extracts and I know I typed them in correctly multiple times andnone of them come up as verified so when I received an email back from Big Chief extracts to get to the bottom of this, they told me they were indeed FAKE! So I feel very mad at this point and makes me want to leave more bad reviews explaining how unprofessional this place really is or we can resolve the issue and get me some carts that are actually going to do something, because right now I feel like I've just wasted my time!

Great for first time, from Stacy to the service and being prompt with delivery and time, only issue I had was one of my BC Naplam OG carts, the top came off and it came out everywhere, but other than that, everything was great! I'll keep using you guys for future ref. Haven't let me down yet!
