Happy with the process overall. Customer service was great, they called to confirm my appointment beforehand and even though the delivery was 30 min late, they were quick to respond to my texts and the driver reached out to me during the delivery as well. The bud itself is great value for the price, and quality is to be expected. The wide selection will definitely make me come back!

Customer service is something to be desired. First, driver was 45 min late for a meet up. Then the driver and what seems like the owner tried to not give me the 190 Exotic Mix and Match that I had claimed. Then added a $15 delivery fee that wasnt stated on the web page, and Im pretty sure the delivery driver stole $20 from me by saying I shorted him. For a donation that was supposed to be 255, I ended up donating 300. Quality is alright but for what youre paying you can get a better overall experience elsewhere.

Overall good experience. Customer service was top-notch and quality was great. Would highly recommend!
