The gift was great but the service was horrible. I usually have great service but today I did not. When I said the time they didnt say yes it would be okay. They just said I can promise it be within two hours of that time. They call me ten min prior at the time I said initially and said hes there. Im like what why didnt you even text me saying yes I will be there at 4. So then he tells me when I finally get to the location to meet at another location. That was 13 min from the one I said. I dont know the city so I said Id wait. He said well it be an hour. I can understand if you have other drops but for an hour to get to me? I laughed and said that doesnt make sense but whatever. I guess he was mad I laughed at him because then he try to belittle me because I couldnt figure out where he was parked. (Mind you I couldnt understand what he was even saying)My friend hangs up on him because he continues to belittle me by saying oohhhh you finally figured it out. I told him to just give me my stuff. I really liked you all and was telling my friends about you. But never again
