I placed an order on 12/7 at 11:30pm for two carts and had to cancel because I was getting out of work later than I thought. I texted the number provided explaining and set up re-delivery for 10am tomorrow. This was confirmed between both parties. On 12/8 at 9:44am I text the # to let them know I'm in the area and a storefront near me for reference. At 10am I get a text letting me know my driver will be on the way, 10:05 or so, I get a call that one of my carts needs to be exchanged. After confirmating the order again, I get an ETA of 10min at 10:44am. I received my items at 11:04am, an hour late, no discount, no apology, etc. I'm very unhappy and will not order again until the system is smoother and able to care for it's customers.
