Quick come up the drivers have way more than the legal limit on them at all times. Let me start by saying check my other reviews on HERB, all are stellar reviews. Herb has been my go to for a few years now. I'm not sure what has changed it wasn't for the better that's for sure.Recently the drivers have been rude, disrespectful and overall just a displeasure to even be around I'm not talking your normal it's the Holiday Season rude either. Dispatch while I know during busier times the wait for a reply can take a few moments, honestly been hit or miss lately. I know it's various people operating dispatch, but they're all over the place at times. I had to re-verify myself with you all 3 times in one week because someone else didn't do their job.Now to the product, you all used to be honest and have quality products. I know it's not a supply issue so that leaves me to believe you are intentionally buying sub par product then just taxing as it's your normal flower. It's verified by the fact you're now offering smaller quantities of product than before. I'm all for a profit but when you sacrifice your products quality for profit, that's just bad business practice and greed. With federal legalization on the table more so than ever and states around the District legalizing it looks like the guy running HERB is trying to squeeze the industry for all it's worth before he's put out of business.The selection of product isn't a vast as it seems their menu might be extensive it's the same product re-labeled. That info came directly from one of their employees they had told me not order the XxXxXxXxX because it was the same as the xXxXxXxXx.The carts are fake, not one cart offered by HERB is authentic, they're all counterfeit made in some basement using who knows what the base or actual ingredients for that matter. I dare someone at Herb to claim different. I'll have the carts tested at my expense again in front of the owner this time to show the lab results don't line up. I'll even have the flower tested to show the flower of different strains are actually identical in their makeup.The reviews they've featured most are real reviews, ( Champ82 that's an employee ) however they aren't playing fair because I see several reviews left by their employees..Max Ward is an employee MooseWC is an employee. Max W is an employee, It seems whenever they get a bad review the employees either leave a good review and or create new profiles to leave a review.I know no one at HERB care's what a loyal customer over the years thinks, I know me taking my business elsewhere isn't going to hurt your pockets, I'm not even sure why I'm writing this review. It's not like anyone's going to respond nor justify any issues. I mean you never have, not even a damn my bad the bag was short. Just messages left unread until another order comes through.

I've been out in midwest for about a year damn its good to see Herb still around still great quality at a good price!!!

I cant thank the Herb team enough for always keeping it real. Hands down the go to guys when youre in the city, I wanted to try out another company and left me waiting for hours I hit Herb and Im within 45 mins I packing a cone with grade A flower. Thanks Chip youre the man!

The 180 deal is as good as others 300/400$ gifts. The 150,120 deals are right up with it just a notch below top shelf. Product is always what they say it is unlike other companies who just call their flowers what ever they feel like. With these prices and quality its a given you may experience a longer than usual wait time. Even more so durring rush hour. Communication with the drivers is on point, very accommodating. Honest descriptions of their gifts. I highly recommend giving this guys a try!
